That person has learned their lessons in the trenches of life through trial and error . . . . and brings a life time of wisdom to the table.

Your Integrity Becomes Your Calling Card

Motivational Power Quote

Your Integrity Becomes Your Calling Card
No one will question your integrity
if your integrity is not questionable.”
Nathaniel Bronner Jr., Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your Integrity becomes your calling card

Your integrity precedes you . . . . and people will judge you based on the quality of your integrity. Put your best foot forward and have your integrity become your calling card that opens the doors to a future of lasting relationships and prosperity.

Your integrity is a positive calling card . . . . that creates long term business relationships.

People that see you as being honest and someone that can be counted on to do what you say you’ll do . . . . is seen as a person of integrity.

When you build your relationships on a foundation of integrity you create a bond of trust with that person on bedrock. Your potential comes to the surface alone with successful long term business relationships and increased opportunities.

It’s far better to follow the path of integrity . . . . and to walk away from people or business opportunities that would compromise your integrity.

Integrity takes a 100% commitment 100% of the time.

Your integrity becomes your calling card. People make a decision if you have the qualities they want in a person to create a business relationship with. They will also ask themselves if you are the type of person that they would refer a friend or family member to.

Be Like a Duck

Motivational Power Quote

Be Like a Duck
Always behave like a duck – keep calm an unruffled
on the surface but paddle like the devil underneath.”
Jacob Braude, Circuit Court Judge

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be like a duck

When you see a duck on the rainy days you will see that the rain . . . . is beading and running off the ducks back. You need to be like that duck. When you encounter those rainy days in your life . . . . you need to allow the rain to bead and roll off your back and focus on solutions.

You will also notice that the duck seems to be gliding smoothly through the water with a sense of ease. What we don’t see is . . . . how hard the duck is paddling under the water surface to go forward.

Some days you are going to have paddle as hard as you can to make progress and to go forward.

You have to remain calm when you are navigating the turbulence that you have encountered. When you lose your composure and become disheveled . . . . you lose focus on the issues. Instead making progress you paddle around in circles without a real purpose or progress.

Be like a duck and once you set your course paddle like the devil to get there.

Motivational Power Quote

Positive Activity Makes Things Happen
Good thoughts are no better than good dreams,
unless they be executed.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803 - 1882, American Essayist,
Lecturer, Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Positive activity makes things happen

The very best of thoughts have very little value . . . . until we take positive activity and apply them to make things happen.

Success is in the consistency of purpose  . . . . and the activities to create a successful outcome.

Great dreams and thoughts die in the waste land of unfilled promises. Not because the thoughts or the dreams do not have merit. But they were never acted on.

The biggest break through where accomplished by the people that where told that there idea or dream had no merit or was not achievable. They believed in themselves . . . . and worked with there dreams through the trial and errors until they achieved the break through and fulfilled there dreams.

They did not allow other people to rain on their dreams . . . . they took action and found a way to successfully achieve their dreams.

Positive activity makes things happen, take action on your thoughts and dreams because there is no limit on how far you can take them.

Treat the People You Meet With Respect

Motivational Power Quote

Treat the People You Meet With Respect
Treat all others with the respect they deserve,
not with the respect you intent to gain.”
Author Unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Treat the people you meet with respect

As you meet new people treat them with . . . . the welcoming hand of respect. Make the person feel good about being in . . . . your presence and make them feel good about being who they are.

Treating a person with respect has a magical effect on them and . . . . can create a bond of a lasting relationship.

Treat the people you meet with . . . . the respect that they deserve.

There will be time that you meet people who are absolutely miserable and treat you like dirt. It takes courage . . . . to stand above that person and not to respond in a like fashion. Stand strong and . . . . treat the person with respect not out of weakness but in the faith of who you are.

You will also find that the person will not know how to react to you and by treating them with respect . . . . you may find that the person changes the way they interact with you.  And you may also find them returning the respect that you have shown to them.

If the person continues to treat you with a lack of respect . . . . make a decision and  if you’ll have any future contact with that person, or to just flat out to end the relationship.

Treat people you meet with respect and you will stand above the crowd and . . . . in time people will treat you with respect.

Listening is an Art

Motivational Power Quote

when you’d rather have been taking.”
Aristotle  BC 384 – BC 322, Greek Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Listening is an art

We talk to be heard . . . . and we listen to learn and what we learn becomes a valuable resource. The information that we learn becomes the thin slice of achieving greater success.

A professional listener will proactively listen about 80% of the time and . . . . . speak with a purpose and ask questions about 20% of the time. The listener gains knowledge, prospective and . . . . creates a competitive advantage through the gentle art of listening.

When you listen to another person . . . .  your showing respect for the person who is speaking. In a business environment the person that you’re listening to will give you all the information that is needed to help them successfully through the sales process.

Three Constants in Life That Makes a Big Difference

Motivational Power Quote

Three Constants in Life That Makes a Big Difference
There are three constants in life . . .
change, choice and principles.”
Stephen R. Covey 1932 - 2012, American Author,
Businessman, Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Three constants in life that makes a big difference

In a fast pace world of endless change . . . . you have to continually adjust and adapt to change to stay on the leading edge of innovation to remain competitive.

Change is a constant in life . . . . and you have a choice to adapt and to get out in front of the change . . . . and become an innovator or you can resist change and allow change to control us.

Choose to adapt to change and become an innovator.

Your choices become connected . . . .and will either fuel your success journey to achieve your goals or create roadblocks stopping your forward progress.

Your choices are a critical component of your success. The choices you make today . . . . will multiply and impact your future. The choices that you make today . . . . are the seeds for your future success. What you harvest in the future will be in proportion and an accumulation of those choices.

Focus on making the choices that will drive the engine of your success journey to the desire outcome and put you over the top.

Your choices will determine . . . . your actions and the path that you will follow on your success journey.

Throughout your success journey never lose sight that . . . . your principles are your moral compass. Your principles will give you direction and keep you on the right path. Follow your principles and be seen as a person of principles and values.

Your principles make . . . . you who are and you will judged by your principles.

The three constants in life that makes a big difference . . . .are change, choice and your principles.  When you master the constants in you life, they will make a substantial difference in your success journey and what you achieve.

Don’t Settle for Less Than Doing Your Best

Motivational Power Quote

Don’t Settle for Less Than Doing Your Best
If you’ll not settle for anything less than your best,
you will he amazed at what you can accomplish
in your lives.”
Vince Lombardi 1913 - 1970, football coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t settle for less than doing your best

In the pursuit of excellences in your chosen field . . . . don’t settle for anything less than becoming the best at what you do. If you decide to settle for less than doing your best, you compromise your potential.

Doing less than your best creates a downhill slide and pulls you farther away from achieving your goals and fosters negative self-talk and expectations.

Setting high standards and expectations of doing your best is . . . . setting a goal and a target to aim for in our pursuit of excellences.

Successful people expect the best out of themselves and work very hard to ensure the desired results.

Don’t settle for less than doing your best . . . . is making the commitment to be the best person that you can be and making a continued effort to achieve that goal.

That commitment is actualized with the persistent to stay on course to be the best at what you’re doing and not to become sidetracked into settling anything the being the best.

Pursue being the best with passion and stay the course.  Don’t settle for less than doing your best  . . . . and being the best becomes within your reach.

Everything is Possible With Perseverance

Motivational Power Quote

Everything is Possible With Perseverance
The journey may be hard, exhausting, and frustrating . . .
But you can accomplish practically anything
if you persevere.”
Paul Lawrence, screen writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Everything is possible with perseverance

What is the difference between the person that succeeds and . . . . the one that falls short?

What separates the person that stands in the winner’s circle of life and the one that watches?

The differences can be found . . . . in the word perseverance and in the attitude of I can and I will. That person believes in themselves and . . . . in their heart they have the determination that they can and will succeed.

They will demonstrate their perseverance through the ups and downs and remain focused on their goals. If they get off course they adjust . . . .  and get back on track. If they get knocked down . . . . they will pick themselves up and keep their eye on their goals.

The person that has perseverance knows where they want to go and . . . . will act with a sense of purpose and with a sense of urgency to get there.

Everything is possible with perseverance . . . . when it’s combined with the belief in yourself and a attitude of I can and I will.

Planning Creates Focus

Motivational Power Quote

Planning Creates Focus
Planning is bring the future into the present so that you
can do something about if now.”
Alan Lakein, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Planning creates focus

Planning today for future creates . . . . the vision of the path that you will follow and the mile markers for your success journey.

As you plan you . . . . bring your future into the present and it allow you to go forward with a purpose and a road map on how you’ll get to your destination. Having a plan also will show you when you have moved off course and the way to back on track.

Planning creates focus to move forward and in the right direction . . . .

Because you know where you’re going . . . . you have options. You have the option to adjust or to change your course when you encounter roadblocks and obstacles, or you have the option to continue on your current path.

When you have a plan for the future and you follow the plan . . . . you move forward with a sense of confidence in your actions which will results in better decision making.

With a plan you’re knows where you’re going, how you will get there and you will make progress in the direction of you goals. A person without a plan has the tendency to drift through life without a clear direction for there life.

Planning creates focus . . . . Planning creates options; the person with a plan creates the option of following a path way to success.  A person without a plan picks the option of drifting through life without a vision for their future.

Your Thinking and Ambition

Motivational Power Quote

Your Thinking and Ambition
Ambition leads me not only farther than any other man
has been before me, but as far as I think it possible for
 a man to go.”
James Cook 1728 – 1779, British Explorer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your thinking and ambition

How far can one go in life?

What is the limit to your reach?

How successful can you be?

What can I achieve?

What is my destiny?

The answer resides in your thinking and ambition.

You will go as far in life as you think you can go. When you hit the wall of limitations . . . . the limitations are self-imposed in your mind and in your thinking and will only go as far as you think you can go.

The person who stretches their thinking stretches their possibilities and their limits. They will move beyond self-imposed limitations and into the possibility zone.

They will achieve more . . . . then they once thought was possible and they will expand their limits beyond any previous boundary.  They have expanded their thinking into the anything is possible zone.

The person with ambition will stretch the limits of what’s possible. They look at what has been achieved in the past and will use it as benchmark to stretch forward and not as a limitation.

Your thinking and ambition . . . . will light the flames of your motivation to stretch your limits . . . . How far can go in life is as far as you believe that you can go.

Motivational Power Quote

They . . . . Only Exist in You
