As I see it. . . . . . . .

Listening is an art

We talk to be heard . . . . and we listen to learn and what we learn becomes a valuable resource. The information that we learn becomes the thin slice of achieving greater success.

A professional listener will proactively listen about 80% of the time and . . . . . speak with a purpose and ask questions about 20% of the time. The listener gains knowledge, prospective and . . . . creates a competitive advantage through the gentle art of listening.

When you listen to another person . . . .  your showing respect for the person who is speaking. In a business environment the person that you’re listening to will give you all the information that is needed to help them successfully through the sales process.

With the gentle art of listening the professional listener gains the information and insight to remain in control of a conversation and to understand the other persons, their needs and their motivation.

Listening is an art and is a success tool . . . . that’s properly used creates a pathway to unlimited success.
