Motivational Power Quote

You Can be In Denial or Accept Responsibility
“Acceptance of what has happened is the first step to over-coming
the consequence of any misfortune.”
William James 1842 – 1910, American Psychologist, Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You can be in denial or accept responsibility

We may not always be in control of a misfortune coming into our life, but we can accept the fact that the condition has occurred. Accepting the condition is the first step in successfully correcting it.

Denial of the condition will most likely make the condition to become worst and can make it increasing difficult to successfully correct the condition without pain.

After a misfortune has happened you have evaluate the condition and make a decision on what would be the best course action to take to either  correct or successfully modify the condition to an acceptable level.

You may not have created the condition. But you have to accept the fact that the condition has occurred and take the responsibility to correct the circumstances. Take massive action to create your desired outcome.

You can be in denial or accept responsibility . . . . For the change you want to see.

A Disadvantage is an Opportunity Waiting to be Discovered

Motivational Power Quote

A Disadvantage is an Opportunity Waiting to be Discovered
There is an advantage in every disadvantage
and a gift in every problem.”
John Johnson, American Businessman and Publisher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A disadvantage is an opportunity waiting to be discovered

How you look at a disadvantage will determine what you see and how you’ll respond to the condition.

When you look at a disadvantage and look for the opportunity you are looking for a way the turn the disadvantage into an advantage and an opportunity. When you’re looking for the opportunity you see the disadvantage through a positive prospective of your glass being half full.

When you’ll be able to see the advantages in your disadvantage you will see the best in your conditions and will look for the ways to maximize your opportunities.

Success will be achieved by the person that can effectively work through their disadvantages and turn them into advantage.

When we look at your world through a positive paradigm we will turn a disadvantage into an advantage.

A disadvantage is an opportunity waiting to discovered . . . . Look for the opportunities and when you find them turn them into a business advantage.

Energy and Imagination is the Springboard

Motivational Power Quote

Energy and Imagination is the Springboard
“Those who start with too little money are more likely to succeed
then those who start with too much. Energy and imagination
are the springboards to wealth creation.”
Brian Tracy, Self-Help author, Speaker and Consultant

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Energy and imagination is the springboard

It’s not the amount of the money that you have at the start of your success journey.

Money at the start of you success journey is not the most important factor in creating success and wealth. What’s important is in your ability to earn your success and wealth as we travel the pathway of our life.

What is essential is your energy and imagination to create a pathway to your objectives.

It’s would be nice to have a lot of money at the start of your success journey but that money alone does not create success. It’s what we do with the money that you have to create your success that’s important.

Have a vision of how you will create your success and have a plan to achieve the desired outcome.

Success is achieved as a result of having an effective plan to create the success and the discipline to follow though on that plan. You have to the foresight to adjust your plan or your efforts when we are not creating the desired results.

You have to generate the energy to pursue your success through the good times and through the challenging times staying focused on the end result.

Image yourself as be successfully . . . . Achieving success and fulfilling your dreams.

Believe in your ability and believe that will achieve success and successfully achieve your goals.

Energy and imaginations is the springboard . . . . to success and creating wealth.

You can choose to make the decision to follow the path to success that will take a commitment and focused effort to reach your goals.

Success Will Mirror a Great Attitude

Motivational Power Quote

Success Will Mirror a Great Attitude
“A great attitude is not the result of success.
Success is the result of a great attitude."
Earl Nightingale 1921 – 1989, American Author and Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Success will mirror a great attitude

The person with a great attitude looks at their world as one of unlimited opportunities. They will approach their day from the standpoint that their day will be a great day and they will do everything possible to ensure that the day meets their expectations.

A great attitude is a positive outlook on life . . . . Success is the result of a great attitude . . . . and success will mirror a great attitude.

A great attitude is followed by the exceptional efforts to achieve success.

Your attitude determines how you respond to the challenges that you encounter on our success journey. A person with a great attitude looks for solutions in their challenges and focuses on turning their challenges into positive building blocks for their future success.

A person with a great attitude has a purpose and they will pursue that purpose with passion and the belief that they will achieve their goals. They will see their obstacles as temporary conditions on their success journey.

They will work through their challenges as quickly and as efficiently as possible and will not lose sight of their long term goals.

A great attitude is never the result of success; success will mirror a great attitude.

“Trust is like a vase . . . . once it’s broken,
thought you can fix it the vase will never be the same.”
Author Unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Trust once broken is never the same

Trust lowers the barriers of resistance in a person and strengthens relationships.

A lack of trust will create a barrier.

Customers will resist moving forward in a business environment until the bond of trust has been established in the relationship. Your customers have to feel comfortable with you and that comfort level is built on bond of trust and confidence.

Developing a professional relationship built on trust is critical to successfully conducting business. Mutual understanding and respect are foundational steps in building a business relationship. The foundation of a successful relationship is built on the philosophy  . . . . of honesty leads to rapport and rapport leads to trust and trust leads to a successful business relationship.

When trust is lost it becomes similar to a broken vase. The vase can be put back together but it’s never the same.

Treat your relationship like your would a rare vase that’s a one of a kind that can not be replaced.

Your business relationships are a one of a kind that’s can’t be replaced. If is trust is broken the relationship breaks down and the relationship will never be the same.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Setbacks happen

Setbacks can happen at any time . . . .  They will happen without notice.  Setbacks are part of life and they happen when you’re sitting on the fence or when you’re growing as a person.

The Law of Personal Responsibility

Motivational Power Quote

The Law of Personal Responsibility
“The price of greatness is responsibility.”
Winston Churchill 1874 - 1965, British Prime Minister

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The law of personal responsibility

Take personal responsibility for your career and your success.

No matter what your role is with your business or a company you work with. You are operating a personal service business within that frame work of one and responsible for your results.

The quality of the service you provide is a reflection back to you as person and to what your future customers would expect to receive from you. The quality of your service will also determine if someone will continue to business with you or your company. Or if they’re going to drop us like a piece of hot coal or refer customers to us in the future.

When things go wrong people don’t want excuses; they want action and results plus they expect it quick and done right.

The words “it’s not my job” is not in the vocabulary of a successful person. They will go the extra mile to achieve the desired outcome for their customers, their company and themselves. By taking personal responsibility you will create raving fans and customers for life.

You are personally responsible for the path that you travel, your choices, your decisions, your success, the person you become and your results.

When we take personal responsibility for your life we take a giant step forward in controlling all aspects of your life.

Do You Trust a Person That Lies to You?

Motivational Power Quote

Do You Trust a Person That Lies to You?
“I’m not upset that you lied to me, I’m upset that I can’t believe you.”
Friedrich Nietzsche, German scholar

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Do you trust a person that lies to you?

The moment that that someone lies you everything changes.

The bond of trust is broken and the person is no longer seen as being trustworthily or someone that can be relied on.

Relationships change and the person is no longer part of our inner circle and business relationships fall apart.

Our confidence level in that person drops to an unexceptional level and we will longer have confidence in that person in business or in our personal relationships.

If we continue to associate with that person we may be painted with the same bush by others and our reputation can be tainted as well.

The person that lies to us made a choice, and now we have a choice to make. Do your trust a person that lies to you? Do you maintain the relationship with the person or do end the relationship and move on?

Motivational Quote

“Don’t wait for extraordinary opportunities.
Seize common occasions and make them great.”

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t wait – seize the opportunities

Many times our biggest opportunities often seem insignificant that the time. They can easily be overlooked and not recognized for their true potential and slip away.

Opportunities are what you make of them . . . . And only become an opportunity when you have an open mind to recognize them for their true potential.

It’s not until you begin to seize the moments and the opportunities do they become extraordinary and have a positive impact on your business and your personal success.

An opportunity without action on your part will soon fade way and be gone forever.

Don’t wait – size the opportunities and you will grasp the moments in your life and make of your opportunities.

Dig In and Roll Up Your Sleeves

Motivational Power Quote

Dig In and Roll Up Your Sleeves
“Hard work spotlights the character of people.
Some turn up their sleeves. Some turn up their noses,
and some don’t turn up at all.”
Sam Ewing, writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Dig in and roll up your sleeves

Many people talk about success . . . . But very few are committed and willing to dig in and roll up their sleeves to put in the effort to achieve success.

Show up every day prepared to succeed with your sleeves rolled up to take on the tasks that will move in the direction of succeeding.

Your success journey will take a committed and a consistent effort to make your day a productive and successful day.

Focus your activities on doing the things that will continually move you closer to achieving success.

Everything becomes possible when you have a purpose and you believe in yourself and what you’re doing.

Be willing to dig in and roll up their sleeves . . . . Success means that you may have to get their hands dirty and work hard to achieve the desired outcome.

Quality is in the Eye of the Consumer

Motivational Power Quote

Quality is in the Eye of The Cosumer
“Quality in service or product is not what you put into it.
It is what the client or customer gets out of it.”
Peter Ducker, author and management consultant

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Quality is in the eye of the Consumer

The consumer, your client or customers determines the quality of your product and service that you deliver and if it meets or exceeds their expectations.

Consumers today are more knowledgeable and have a better understanding and informed on what they want and expect. As a result they are more demanding then they where past and want a higher level of quality delivered to them.

They are willing to pay a premium for quality that exceeds their expectations but they see no value in a poor product or service.

Customers will determine if your service or product meets or exceeds their expectations and provides them a defined quality. If the quality does not meet the expectations of an existing customer they will seek out a new source and no longer do business with you.

By understanding the customer’s expectations you know what you will have to deliver to satisfy their needs and to build a professional relationship with them. If we are not able meet their expectations of quality they will simply will not buy or use our product or service.

Build the quality into your product and service to exceed the client or customers expectations. When you exceed the customer’s expectations you create loyal customers.

Quality is in the eyes of consumer . . . . Meet it and exceed and your customers will return to you and freely refer new customers to you.

Play The Hand That You Are Dealt

Motivational Power Quote

Play The Hand That You Are Dealt
“Life is like a game of cards. The hand that is dealt
is determined; the way you play it is free will.”
Jawabarial Nehru 1889 – 1954, First Prime Minister of India’s

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Play the hand that you are dealt

When the cards of life are on the table you have to play the hand you where dealt. How you play those cards is a personal choice.

We may not like the cards you’re holding but they are the only cards that you have.  You have to take the cards we have and maximize the way we use your cards.

The way you play them will determine the outcome.

Your cards are the station in life that you were born into and your natural talents. You have to take what you where born with and supplement them, expand them, grow them and maximize everything at your disposal to achieve your destiny.

The way you play the cards of your life is a personal choice. You can fold you have when you come under pressure or you can push forward and play the hand that you are dealt.

Your Life Today is a Result of Your Past Choices

Motivational Power Quote

Your Life Today is a Result of Your Past Choices
“Everything that is happening at this moment
is a result of the choices you’re made in the past.”
Deepak Chopra, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your life today is a result of your past choices

Life is a matter of choices and your choices create the direction for your life.

Your life is a lot like a ship leaving the safety of the harbor and heading out to open water. Your choices create the direction for your ship of life.

When you face extreme condition in your life quality choices will help you to navigate the conditions you’re facing and to keep your ship steady. Your choices help you to get back into the calm waters and to continue your journey.

Your choices have to remain consistent no matter what type of day we’re having as each choice becomes a building block for your future and your life.

You can’t say that you’re too busy to make a choice. If you delay a choice that has to be made, you have made a choice to procrastinate.

When you master your choices you master your life. Your life today is the result of your past choices and your tomorrows will be the result of your choices of today.

When Your Back is to the Wall – Keep Swing

Motivational Power Quote

When Your Back is to the Wall – Keep Swing
“It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up.”
Babe Ruth 1895 - 1948, Baseball Hall of Fame

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When your back is to the wall – keep swing

Don’t give in . . . . Don’t give up . . . . Keep swing.

When your back is to the wall and defeat is in the air; face the obstacle with unshakable determination to make the best out of the condition. Do everything within your power to make the best of the circumstances and to successfully navigate the obstacle. But when your back is to the wall . . . . Keep swing.

Success is not an accident it’s the result of persistent effort to overcome any obstacle that you’re facing and not to give in and never give up.

Remain focused on your goals. Remember that obstacles are part of life and setbacks are temporary conditions. The only time that obstacle becomes a permanent in failure is when we quit and give up.

When your back is to the wall – keep swing.

One Chance to Make a Lasting First Impression

Motivational Power Quote

One Chance to Make a Lasting First Impression
“Never forget with every new customer, you have only
one chance . . . just one, to make a first impression.
Plan it, make it all it can be; create a wonderful memory
and you’ll create a customer for life.”
Mac Anderson, founder of Simple Truth & Successories

As I see it. . . . . . . .

One chance to make a lasting first impression

The first several seconds of meeting a person for the first time becomes critical. Within those several seconds the person will make a decision that will either make or break the relationship.

In meeting a customer for the first time they will make a subconscious decision within the few several seconds if the like you or will consider doing business with you. If the answer to either one of the questions is no, there will be no business relationship.

Your first impression is a lasting impression with the customers you meet. Within several seconds they will determine if there will be a business relationship or just a short conversation.

A first impression will either open a door of opportunity for you or that door will remain closed to you.

Be prepared to make a great first impression and wow the customer with the goal of establishing a successful business relationship.

You have one only opportunity to make a lasting first impression.  You will either make it or lose it within several seconds of meeting a customer for the first time.

You have one chance to make a lasting first impression . . . . Make it a positive experience.
