Knock Down The Barriers

Motivational Power Quote

Knock Down The Barriers
“Most barriers to success are man – made,
and most often,
you’re the man who made them.”
Frank Tyger, cartoonist and humorist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Knock down the barriers

As we travel the road of our success journey we will face our share of obstacles, setbacks and roadblocks. We’re not always able to control what happen to us. What we are able to control is how we respond to what happens to us.

Many of the obstacles that we encounter can be successfully navigated with a positive outlook and attitude. Our attitude determines on how we see and respond to an obstacle.

A person with a positive attitude will take positive actions to resolve the issues. A person with a negative outlook will look at the issue as a problem and an obstacle and focus on the problem. As a result they are so focused on the problem that they miss the solutions.

When we encounter barriers look for solutions and focus on resolving the issue. In seeking the solutions we will find a way to knock down the barriers and move in the direction of our goals and objective.

Motivational Power Quote

Be Known as a Person of Character
“Success is always temporary.
When all is said and done,
the only thing you’ll
have left is your character.”
Vince Gill, country and western music star

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be known as a person of character

When we are judged by others let them judge us by our character. The conditions in our life will change, but the one constant that we can be judged by under any condition should be our character.

A person with character stands out in any profession and becomes a success magnet.

People will be attracted to us by the quality of character and as a result we will be able to build strong business relationships.

Character is an essential element of success and foundation of creating mutual trust and confidence.

Be known as a person of character an let your character be your calling card.

Go For It

Motivational Power Quote

Go For It
“Without ambition one starts nothing.
Without work one finishes nothing.
The prize will not be sent to you.
You have to win it.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson, poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Go for it

If you want the prize – you have to go after it.

The first step to achieving the things you want is to start and go after the prize.

The prize is there for us to achieve, but it won’t be dropped off in our laps. We have to go out and get it.

The road to the prize has many twists and turns but the prize is there for us if we keep going. We have to remain focused on getting the prize and steadily work at successfully achieving it.

To reach the prize will have to be willing to stay the course and consistently move in the direction of the prize.

When you want someone bad enough . . . . go for it.

People Will Pay For Value

Motivational Power Quote

People Will Pay For Value
“That which costs little is less valued.”
Miguel de Cervantes, 1547 – 1616 Spanish Novelist and Playwright

As I see it. . . . . . . .

People will pay for value

The lowest price without value has limited or no value to the consumer. If the product or service doesn’t deliver on the promise it has very little or no value.

As a professional the price of our service or product is directly related to the value and quality we deliver to the consumer. A product that meets and exceeds the consumer expectation increases the value of the product in the eye of the consumer.

A consumer is willing to pay more for a quality product or service that exceeds their expectations.

Exceptional customer service is priceless. A satisfied consumer is more likely to reuse our services and refer us to their friends and family.

When someone is considering buying your product or using your services they should be judging us based on the quality of our product or service not on our price.

If the consumer is focusing on price only, we have not effectively established our value in the eyes and the mind of the consumer. Your product or service value proposition has to be established before we can effectively create value in our pricing.

Give It a 100%

Motivational Power Quote

Give It a 100%
“I can’t imagine a person becoming a success
who doesn’t give this game
of life everything he’s got.”
Walter Cronkite, American Broadcaster and Journalist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Give it a 100%

When you see an opportunity go for it; give it all you have, because that opportunity may never be available again.

If success is your goal; give it all you have to keep your success journey moving forward and moving in the right direction.

Giving it all you have turns your time into its highest and best use and you will see your days become highly productive and you will maximize the use of your time.

When we continually give life all we have we will see life rewarding us by rewarding us for our best efforts.

Give it all you have . . . . give it a 100%

A Problem is a Stepping Stone

Motivational Power Quote

A Problem is a Stepping Stone
“For every problem, there exists a solution . . .
and at the very least . . .
an opportunity.”
Michael Mc Millian, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A problem is a stepping stone

A problem is a stepping stone to what we make of it.

A problem becomes what we see it to be and how we respond to it will determine the direction that we will take.

We can see a problem as an insurmountable road block that stops our forward progress. Or we can see a problem as a step stone that takes us closer to our goals. It’s all in our perception of the problem, the way we respond to the problem and what actions we take to resolve the problem.

When you encounter a problem, look for the solutions and take the necessary actions to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

With every problem look for the opportunities and when you find it take massive action to turn the problem into an advantage.

Turn every problem into a stepping stone that will move you in the direction of your goals.

A problem is a stepping stone to greater opportunity.

What Does a Woman and a Tea Bag Have in Common?

“A woman is like a tea bag –

you never know how strong she is

until she gets into hot water.”

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What does a woman and a tea bag have in common?

You’ll see a women stand out under pressure and at that very moment you will see her determination and resolve carry the day.

Never underestimate the strength of a woman.

Why is Business Like a Wheelbarrow?

Motivational Power Quote

Why is Business Like a Wheelbarrow?
“Business is like a wheelbarrow –
it stands still until someone pushes it.”
Source unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Why is business like a wheelbarrow?

Unless a wheelbarrow is pushed is doesn’t move. A business that just sits there without forward momentum will begin to wither and rusts from lack of use and the value of the business declines.

When a business is pushed in the right direction it makes progress and moves in the direction of success.

An empty wheelbarrow serves no purpose. It was made to carry a load and to be pushed.  Load your wheelbarrow with the tools and skills to create success and push that wheelbarrow in the right direction everyday.

Why is business like a wheelbarrow, because are meant to be pushed in order to get the best use from it.

The Garden of Our Life

Motivational Power Quote

The Garden of Our Life
“Gardens are not made by sitting in the shade.”
Rudyard Kipling, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The garden of our life

The garden of our life does not flourish on its own we have to put effort into it to our garden in order to get something productive out of it.

Our garden requires a plan and has to be prepared before it becomes productive. A garden takes effort to yield its crops.

We have to cultivate the soil of our thoughts and plant the seeds of greatness in our mind to grow the crops of your potential. Our garden has to be maintained and tended to before we’ll able to harvest the fruits of our labor.

We have to remove the weeps of our negative influences in the garden of our thinking and maintain our garden to yield the benefits of a crop.

The garden of life is our mind. Our mind has to be prepared and maintained to be and remain productive. Our life yields a mirror image of the thoughts that we put into our minds.

“It’s so hard when you have to,
and so easy when I want to.”
Sondia Anice Barnes, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The difference between want to and have to

When you want to do something your efforts seem to become effortless. You become eager to get your day started and you’re excited about your possibilities.

The time seems to fly by and you’re enjoying what you’re doing.

When you have to do something it can look like a mountain that you don’t want to climb. You can find more reasons on why procrastination is the best choice for you.

If and when you start to climb the mountain every minute seems like a life time.

The difference between wanting to do something and having to do it; becomes the difference between success and failure. When you want to do something you have a purpose and enjoy what you’re doing.

When you want to do something you will take a giant step towards your future success.

Turn your have to into a want to.

The difference between have to and want to is in your attitude and when the attitude is right you will enjoy what you want to do.
