The Way You See Things is Through Your Attitude

Motivational Power Quote

The Way You See Things is Through Your Attitude
We don’t see things the way they are.
We see them as WE are.”
Anais Nin 1903 - 1977, French Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The way you see things is through your attitude

You don’t see your world as it is. You see the world through the eyes

. . . . of the perspective of who you are.

You have to condition your mind to think . . . . and see things though your attitude. How you think and see your world . . . . is a direct reflection of that attitude.

If you want to change your world and what you see  you have to change or attitude. A change of attitude can create a paradigm shift in your thinking . . . . your actions and our results.

A paradigm shift will change the course of your life . . . .  our relationships and how we see our world.

The way we see things is though our attitude . . . . change your attitude and you will see a whole world.

Motivational Power Quote

The Powerful Force of a Champion
A wave of enthusiasm is seldom a permanent wave.”
Author, unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The powerful force of a champion

A champion has the strength of character . . . . that will propel them forward, where others seem to be stuck in place. The champion power comes from their unshakable belief . . . . in themselves and their ability to succeed.

The foundation of their inner strength . . . . and power is in their enthusiasm.

A champion’s enthusiasm is a mighty force . . . . that generates enormous energy and purpose in their life to follow and to fulfill their dreams.

They will use their energy to navigate the obstacles that they encounter . . . . and to stay on purpose until they have a successful outcome.

Some people will have enthusiasm that’s very much like the sea . . . . it comes and goes with the tide.

A champion has the enthusiasm . . . . with the force of Niagara Falls, both powerful and consistent. They employ that force in their quest for success and their enthusiasm turns . . . . into an unstoppable force to drive them in the direction of their goals.

The powerful force of a champion . . . . is in their enthusiasm being applying with passion everyday.

You Get Paid For What You Do With Excellence

Motivational Power Quote

You Get Paid For What You Do With Excellence
You don’t get paid for the hour. You get paid for the
value you bring to the hour.”
Jim Rohn 1930 - 2009, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You get paid for what you do with excellence

You don’t get paid by the hour. An hour just becomes . . . . a measure of time. Without meaning being applied to that hour . . . . there is very little or no value in the hour.

You’re not paid for what you know. Knowledge without proper application . . . . will not be a benefit or of value.

You are paid for what you know . . . . and how you apply that knowledge with excellence.

Knowing may open the door, but what you know has very little value . . . . until it’s applied with excellence.

A person that has the knowledge and can consistently apply that knowledge with excellences . . . . will become a leader in their profession and a person that other people will seek out for their consul.

You get paid for what we do with excellence.  There is no limit to heights that you can soar at or you’re earning capacity . . . . when what you do is done with excellence.

you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not
an exception, it is prevailing attitude.”

The Price of Success is Focus and Hard Work

Motivational Power Quote

The Price of Success is Focus and Hard Work
The dictionary is the only place where success comes
before work. Hard work is the price we must pay for
success. You can accomplish anything if your
willing to pay the price.”
Vince Lombardi 1913 - 1970, football coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The price of success is focus and hard work

The person that is passionate about their career . . . . and is willing to work hard to become successful will have a strategic business advantage. They will beat the person to the finish line that has all the tools . . . .  but does not work hard to achieve success.

Hard work will separate the person that’s committed . . . . from the person that would like to.

The price of success is focus and hard work . . . .

When you combine your preparation . . . . with hard work that you perform away from crowds, it will make all the difference when . . . . you can execute it with excellence in front of people.

The price of success is what we’re willing to pay today to become the best at what we do. The price of success may seem high at the time, your are paying for it. But when you achieve success you will look back at the hard work and the sweat and say the price was well worth the results.

The price of success is focus and hard work . . . .  be willing to paid the price to enjoy success.

The Life You Lead is Your Choice

Motivational Power Quote

The Life You Lead is Your Choice
Life is a grindstone.
But whether it grinds us down or polishes us up
depends on us.”
L. Thomas Holdcraft, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The life you lead is your choice

When you encounter a fork in the road you reach a point of choice . . . . you can take the fork to the right or you can take the fork to the left. Both will move up forward but you have to make the choice . . . . of which path to follow and to step outside of your comfort zone. Both paths have an element of risk . . . . and both paths would contribute to our success.

But at the same time there is a third choice . . . . the path of no choice or one of procrastination. The third choice initially seem to the safest because there seems to be no element of risk and you feel comfortable in what you been doing.

Traveling on the first two path has both risk and uncertainly. But as you make the choice to take the paths . . . . you move in the direction of goals and grow as a person. As you travel on the paths your uncertainly will melt away and you minimize your risks as a result of your actions.

The person that decides to take the third option of not making a choice or to procrastinate, has made there choice, the choice of inaction.

That person will not go further then where they stand today and in all likelihood will begin to drift backwards and further away from achieving there goals

The life you lead is your choice . . . . and the path you decide to follow is of your choosing. Be willing to follow your dreams and take the calculated risks that will put into the winners circle of life.

Choose Who You Associate With Carefully

Motivational Power Quote

Choose Who You Associate With Carefully
Keep away from people who try to belittle your
ambitions, small people always do that, but the
really great make you feel that you, too
can become great.”
Mark Twain 1835 - 1910, American Writer and Humorist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Choose who your associate with carefully

You will meet many people in your lifetime on your success journey . . . . those that will be there to help and mentor you and those that will try to sabotage you and your career.

Choose who you associate with carefully as those associations have the capacity to make the difference between a successful career and one with marginal results.

People will judge you by the company that you keep . . . . therefore you will be judged by who your associate with. Build and maintain your relationships based on your values and with people of similar values.

The most recent studies show that a person . . . . will pick up the character traits of the people that a person most often associates with. Form your associations with the people that you would like to emulate . . . .  and in time you will mirror the person’s characteristics.

Stay away from or disassociate from the people that try to belittle you or your efforts. They are trying their best to see you fail . . . . They will take great joy if they can succeed in helping to take you down the wrong path and see you fail.

You know who they are they’re the negative Nellie’s and everything that they talk about . . . . or in their lives is negative or someone else’s fault. When you see that person entering into your life . . . . run for the hills they are a walking and talking nightmare.

Choose who you associate carefully. For just one person can make the difference to impact you, your life and your career. That person can put you over the top in achieving success or sink you into the waste land of failure.

Choose who you associate with carefully . . . . because your success will hinge on the choice you make.

Believe That You Have a Gift

Motivational Power Quote

Believe That You Have a Gift
We must have perseverance and above all confidence
in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for
something and that this thing must be attained.”
Marie Curik, physicist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Believe that you have a gift

You were born with a special gift. That gift is deep within you . . . . waiting to be released. If you want that gift to see the light of day . . . . you will be the only person that can release that gift.

With each of us that gift is released when we have the perseverance to look inward to find it . . . . and have the confidence it in ourselves to release it.

Your gift won’t jump out at you.

You have to acknowledge the fact to yourself that you have a gift and to nurture it to the surface by having the belief in yourself and in your ability.

The gift will only see the light of the day when you believe in yourself and make the commitment to release your gift. Pursue your gift with passion until it comes to the surface and turn it into a cutting edge advantage.

Believe that you are gifted and focus your energy to bring your gift to the surface until you release it. Once you release your gift . . . . focus your efforts to maximize the benefits that your gift will bring to you.

Don’t allow anyone to stand between you and your gift.

Believe that you have a gift . . . . Your gift is the belief that you can achieve anything that you’re committed to achieve.

your ability to adapt to changing circumstances.”

A Difference Between Greatness and Mediocrity is

Motivational Power Quote

A Difference Between Greatness and Mediocrity is
The difference between greatness and mediocrity
is often how an individual views a mistake.”
Nelson Boswell, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A difference between greatness and mediocrity is

There is a thin slice that separates greatness from mediocrity . . . . and that thin slice in the way a person views their mistakes and in their attitude.

Once a successful person realizes that they have made a mistake . . . . they step up take the responsibility for the mistake and for correcting it. They will jump into action as quickly as possible . . . . to find the best way to correct the mistake and to minimize the damage.

They also understand that mistakes are a fact of life and will happen . . . . and will not live in the past or make excuses about their mistakes. They focus on the solutions to the mistakes, correct it and then move on.

A person creates success and greatness as a result of their attitude in the way they view their mistakes . . . . and how they address and bring the mistake to a successful conclusion.

The person that drifts into mediocrity is the person that looks at their mistakes . . . . and asks why me. They will also spend their time focusing . . . . on the mistake and making excuses without coming up with a way to solve the condition. They will not make any positive progress.

A difference between greatness and mediocrity is . . . . in a how a person views their mistakes is the persons attitude in finding solutions.

The Way You Conduct Yourself Influences the Outcome
Show class, have pride, and display character.
If you do, winning takes care of itself.”
Coach Paul “Bear” Bryant 1913 – 1983, Football Coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The way you conduct yourself influences the outcome

Success the same as failure is influenced . . . . by your behavior and the way you conduct yourself on a daily basis.

Your daily conduct will either build forward momentum and your tomorrows will become  . . . . a mirror image of your daily conduct. Your conduct of today will influence the direction that our success journey takes . . . . . and the destination that we arrive at.

Or your conduct will create momentum in the wrong direction offering very little or no return on your time or efforts.

Have pride in what you do . . . . and strive to do it with excellence.

Conduct yourself with the strength of character . . . . that earns you the respect of the people you come in contact with.

Have integrity in your actions  . . . . and you will be seen as a person that honest and can be counted on.

You Create Your Destiny

Motivational Power Quote

You Create Your Destiny
You were not born a winner,
and you were not born a loser.
You are what you make yourself to be.”
Lou Holtz, football coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You create your destiny

Some people born into . . . . privilege and some are not.

Privilege doesn’t make the person who they are . . . . it just a condition.

Each person creates their path though life . . . . and they will decide what path they will follow.

You create your own destiny . . . . not by who you become. But by starting where you’re at with the resources you have available to you. . . .  and by first by developing your character.

You become a bi-product of your character . . . . and over time your character molds you into who you become.

Character is not a function of privilege . . . . character is the thin slice that separates a person from the pack into a select group of people of trustworthiness.

You create your destiny . . . . when you develop your character and apply it in your daily life in a successful manner.

Where There’s a Will You’ll Find a Way

Motivational Power Quote

Where There’s a Will You’ll Find a Way
If you really want something, and if you work hard
to take advantage of the opportunities and
never give up, you will somehow find a way.”
Dr. Jane Goodall, British Paleontologist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Where there’s a will you’ll find a way

Where you have the will . . . . you’ll find a way.

The will to find a way . . . . is the mindset of champions, they may hit the wall of obstacles but they will not quit. Champions keep pushing forward until they create a breakthrough and find a way to achieve their objectives.

A person with strong motivation will find a way to achieve their desired outcome . . . . . where other only dream about it but lack the will to take the actions to achieve it.

They will not become distracted by the people that tell them that it can’t be done. They will at what they want to do . . . . and they will find a way to maximize the opportunities that they encounter and create successful results.

Where there’s a will you’ll find a way. Champions will never give up . . . . they will find a way to get things done and succeed.

Have the Belief That You Will Achieve Your Goals

Have the belief that you will achieve your goals.

Do something productive every day that will move you closer to your goals and with your belief . . . . time . . . . and your efforts you can and your will achieve your goals.

When you believe that you will achieve your goals . . . . you will find a way to make it happen.

If you believe that your goals are out of your reach and you believe you can’t achieve them. Your beliefs will take over and you most certainly won’t.

Live a life of believing in your self and in your ability.

Have the belief that you will achieve your goals . . . . and your beliefs will become the spark that ignites your engines and launches your career into the stars with confidences.
