The Courage To Live Your Dreams

The Courage To Live Your Dreams
“It takes someone with a vision of the possibilities
to attain new levels of experience. Someone
with the courage to live his dreams.”
Les Brown, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
The courage to live your dreams

In order to live your dreams you have to step outside of your comfort zone . . . . and step into the realm of possibilities. Living your dreams has a certain element of risk that comes along with stepping outside of your comfort zone . . . . but without an element of risk there are no rewards.

Create a clear vision of your dreams in your mind. See the details of living your dreams . . . . as if you where living them today. Turn your dreams into your passion . . . . and peruse them with a sense of purpose.

As you peruse your dreams you will gain forward momentum in your life . . . . and continue to move in the direction of fulfilling your life’s purpose and in living your dreams.

Have the courage to live your dreams . . . . and to step outside of your comfort zone . . . . and to stretch yourself into the possibility zone of your future success.

You Develop Your Character Under Pressure

You Develop Your Character Under Pressure
“You never will be the person you can be
if pressure, tension and discipline
are out of your life.”
James G. Bilkey, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
You develop your character under pressure

Your character is a lot like a diamond . . . . and its true value is developed under pressure.

In your moments of pressure you are being tested. How you respond to that pressure and test is a choice. The choices you make will make you who you are . . . . and will become the foundation of your character. As you develop you character you will build the inner strength . . . . to stand strong in the changing conditions that you face.

In your most challenging moments you will find the resilient to withstand the storms in your lives . . . . and make good decisions. You may come out of your challenging situations with some bumps and bruised . . . . but with your character in place you will come out standing strong.

Character is the moral fiber to stand strong . . . . and to face your future with the strength to work through any conditions that you encounter.

Pursue Your Dreams With Tenacity

Pursue Your Dreams With Tenacity
Don’t be pushed by your problems;
be led by your dreams.”
Author unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Pursue your dreams with tenacity

Pursue your dreams with tenacity and enthusiasm until you turn you dream into a reality. Be a dream catcher.

If you want your dreams to come true bad enough you’ll work hard . . . . and have the persistence to stay with it until you achieve your dreams.

Be a dream catcher.

Unless you act on your dreams they quietly slip away into the far reaches of your memory. Without action your dreams will fade away without ever being giving an opportunity to be turned into an idea . . . . and bloom.

When you nurture your dreams you bring them into the sunlight . . . . and they will grow from a thought into a vision . . . . until you become a dream catcher.

Pursue your dreams with tenacity . . . . and you will create the forward momentum to catch them.

The Positive Thinker Sees the Invisible

The Positive Thinker Sees the Invisible
“The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the
intangible, and achieves the impossible.”
Author unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .
The positive thinker sees the invisible

A positive thinker can look into the fog of the future . . . . and find the ray of sunshine . . . . and a beam of hope to create a brighter and prosperous future.

Positive thinkers . . . . are positive people they have their fair share of bad days . . . .  failure and setbacks they are not immune to life’s ups and downs. From that aspect they’re like everyone else. But there is a big difference in them . . . . and that difference is their attitude . . . . And in how they handle their problems and how they use their problems solving skills.

A positive thinker is focused on solutions to a challenging condition and results. They will invest their coming up with solutions and not dwelling on the problem. They are also action orientated and they will come up with the best way to overcome the condition and then push forward.

The positive thinker takes control of their problems . . . . and conditions in their life and by taking control they have control of the outcome.

No matter if it’s solving problems . . . . or looking for opportunities positive thinker sees the invisible. They will find a way to solve a problem . . . . and will continually stretch them self to find the opportunity. They will look over the horizon for solutions and opportunity. They not to proud to ask for help when it’s needed or to pick up the opportunity that’s resting at their feet.

Your Inner Beliefs

Your Inner Beliefs
“The outer conditions of a person’s life will always be
found to reflect their inner beliefs.”
James Lane Allen, American Novelist

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Your inner beliefs

You will fly as high as your inner beliefs tell you that you can . . . . or it will anchor us to the ground.

Your inner beliefs silently work in the background of your subconscious mind . . . . and become an attitude of possibility and opportunity. Or it becomes an attitude of why even make the effort to try?

Your inner beliefs are the foundation for the way you think and will become the nucleus for your actions . . . . and the results that you achieve.

The way you think and your inner beliefs is a habit. Over time you have programmed your thinking to be exactly what it is today. The good news is if you don’t like the way you’re thinking you can reprogram your mind . . . . and your thinking to be whatever you want it to be.

To change your thinking you have to change . . . . the habit and the patterns in the way you think.

You think in terms of pictures . . . . and we convert those pictures into thoughts.

Visualize the pictures in your thoughts as you want them to be.

For example:

a.                    You want a new car, and you’re thinking about buying the car in the fall. The thought is vague with no clear picture of the car.

b.                     You’re thinking about buying a new 2014 white 4 door Ford Focus. The car has tan leather interior with a Bose surround sound system. The car will have a sunroof, power windows and door locks. The car will also have cruise control and GPS. You want the car delivered in October by the 15th of the month.

The picture of buying the Ford Focus is specific and the mind can process the picture of the car into a clear thought and a vision of ownership.

See the different in converting a thought into a clear vision. Thinking about the new car in terms of specifics intensifies the thoughts in to a clear vision of the desired outcome.

To create a change a habit in your thinking you have to change . . . . the information that your feeding into your mind to reflect the changes that you want to see.

Change the information that you’re feeding your mind . . . . and you will change your thinking.

Think in terms of the positive thoughts and positive change . . . . see yourself achieving your goals. See yourself prospering . . . . and in a happy relationship.

The key . . . . . is to program your mind to think in the positive.

Your mind is a storyboard . . . . and you’re the author. Write your future the way you want it to be . . . . and program that vision into you subconscious mind until it become a crystal clear vision in your thoughts.

Your inner beliefs . . . . controls your thinking . . . .  your actions . . . . and your results. Take control of your thoughts . . . . and you take control of your future . . . . and you will change your results to be a reflection of your vision.

You Can Always Find Room For Personal Improvement

You Can Always Find Room For Personal Improvement
“You cannot expect to achieve new goals or move beyond your
present circumstances unless you change.”
Les Brown, Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . . .
You can always find room for personal improvement

Not matter who you are or what you do . . . . you can always find room for personal improvement. In that improvement you find a way to get better at what you do. As you become better at what we do your life will be enriched . . . . and you will enrich the lives of others as a result.

Getting better is a never ending process . . . . and in that process your education will never be complete.

Your success will be achieved through continued incremental personal improvement which becomes the fuel for you to power your success journey.

Continued incremental improvement becomes your personal guidance system that will keep you on course through your journey of achievement.

You can change your future through personal improvement . . . . and as a result of that improvement you grow as a person . . . . and in your field of endeavor.

You can always find room for personal improvement. There’s always room at the top of your chosen field for the person who prepares themselves to reach the top of their profession and works hard to get there.

Plant the Seeds of Your the Future in Your Thoughts

Plant the Seeds of Your the Future in Your Thoughts
“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish
with repetition and emotion will one day become reality.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, American Motivational
Speaker Self-Hhel Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Plant the seeds of your future in your thought

The thoughts that you plant in your minds today . . . . will take root . . . . and you will harvest those thoughts in the future.

Select your thoughts with care as they will grow and become dominate in your thinking patterns . . . . and create the direction for your life. Remove the unproductive thoughts from your mind the same as you would weeds from a garden. Unproductive thoughts are unhealthy for your thinking . . . . and they create unproductive activities that moves your further away from your goals .

Plant your thoughts deep into your thinking and nourish them with care . . . . and you will reap a bountiful harvest from your thoughts in your future.

What we think about today becomes the foundation for your future. Your thoughts will control the actions you take . . . . and your persistence to stick with a project until it’s successfully competed.

What you think you become. Your thought process affects your attitude and the level of your enthusiasm that you bring into your days and your activities.

Your thoughts is the nerve center for your life , . . . The life you lead and the results that you accomplish.

Plant the seeds for your future in your thoughts . . . . and nourish those thoughts with care . . . . and your harvest will become a direct reflection of those thoughts.

Get to the Root Of The Problem

Get to the Root Of The Problem
“When solving a problem dig at the root
instead of just hacking at the leaves.”
Anthony J. D’Angelo, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Get to the root of a problem

Problems come in many shapes and sizes . . . . but there is only one effective way to solve a problem. That is you have to get to the root of the problem and remove it to fix it to resolve the problem. When you don’t remove the roots of the problem  . . . .  they become far more likely to grow back.

Some people will dance around a problem allowing the problem to continue to grow. The problem will become worst with time.  It becomes far more exhausting from dancing with the problem . . . . then the efforts it takes to resolve it.

Sitting on a problem is a false sense of security.  It’s like sitting on dynamite it not matter that it’s going to explode . . . .  it only a question of where we’re sitting when it does.

Carrying an unresolved problem with us is physically exhausting, zaps our strength and becomes a massive waste of your time . . . . and increases the level of your stress.

When faced with a problem the fastest and most effective way to solve it is to look for the root cause of the problem and remove it.

Get to the root of the problem concentrates your efforts in looking for the solutions. As you do you will make the best use of your time in managing the problem.

Get to the root of a problem . . . . increases our productively.

Success and Inaction Both Come With a Price

Success and Inaction Both Come With a Price
“We must all suffer from one of two pains; the pain of
discipline or the pain of regret. The difference
is discipline weights ounces while
regret weights tons.”
Jim Rohn 1930 - 2009, American Entrepreneur,
Self-Author and Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Success and inaction both come with a price.

Inaction is making the decision to procrastinate . . . . the price of procrastination is paid over a life time.

Procrastination is making a choice . . . . the choice that is made is the choice of inaction which is to take the action is choosing not to act. The price of inaction is enormous and is carried forward in the form of pain in living a life of regret for the things that we did not do and in the lost opportunities.

Taking action to succeed . . . . takes self-confidence in your decision making and in your abilities. You also have to have the mental discipline to take calculated risks . . . . and to make choices.

In taking action some of your choice will create breakthrough opportunities in your life. While others may have very little impact on your success journey, and there will be those that you would like to forget.

Failing to take action subordinates the action to someone else to make the decision for you. You will lose the ability to make your own choices and to choose your actions.

When it’s time to take action . . . . you have to step up . . . . and take the best actions possible in the conditions that we find yourself in.

The pain of regret for your inaction is carried forward . . . . and can become emotionally draining.

The discipline of making choices and taking action has a price. But there is peace of mind that you’re in control of your choices . . . . your actions . . . . and your future.

Success and inaction both come with a price . . . . you pay for your success in advance. You paid for your inaction over a life time.

Be Willing to Accept the Challenge

Be Willing to Accept the Challenge
“We choose to go . . . not because (it is) easy, but because (it is)
hard,         that goal will serve to measure and  organize the best
of our energies and skills because that challenge is one
that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling
to postpone, and one we intend to win.”
John F. Kennedy 1917 - 1963, 31st President of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .
Be willing to a accept the challenge

Challenges are part of life . . . .and we seem to encounter them at the most in inconvenient time. They just seem to pop into our life when we least expect them.

You can confront your challenges . . . . and work hard at overcome them or you can allow your challenges to overwhelm you. What you do when you’re faced with a challenge is a choice . . . . your choice

You can meet your challenges head on . . . . and focus on overcoming them by being proactive by focusing on the solutions. When you’re proactive you remain in control of challenges . . . . and your in control of the decision making process to control the solutions.

How you respond to your challenges . . . . and overcome them will make the difference on the destination your success journey takes.

Overcoming challenges creates meaningful moments in our life and sense of mastery for our future.

Challenges are part of life . . . . Solutions are optional . . . . and it’s your choice on how you handle your challenges.

Be willing to accept the challenge . . . . and seek the solutions.

Have a Curious Mind

Have a Curious Mind
“Be Curious always! For knowledge will not acquire you:
you must acquire it..”
Sudie Back, Associate Professor

As I see it . . . . . . .
Have a curious mind

Ask questions . . . . and seek out knowledge.

Be a curious thinker . . . . and you gather the information to expand your base of knowledge.

The person that’s curious will become a knowledge magnet . . . . that will become a gateway to opportunities that would have not been there without the increase of your knowledge.

A curious person is a lifelong learner . . . . and reaches a depth of knowledge that an average person will never achieve. As a result of being curious the person asks questions that others won’t ask . . . . and looks for things that others can’t see.

Who are some of the curious people of today, Bill Gates, of Microsoft who thinks in terms of what if? Steve Jobs of Apple I believe has a mind that thinks in terms of what other can’t see and thinks of out of the box.

Both Bill Gates and Steve Jobs have a curious mind and they both took it to the next level they accumulated the skills and knowledge to be on the leading edge of innovation their fields on endeavors. Both took their curiosity and turned it into successful business models that are industry leaders and personal success story.

Have a curious mind . . . . and accumulate the knowledge . . . . and then act on your new found knowledge.

Turn Your Goals Into Your Passion

Turn Your Goals Into Your Passion
“Don’t just pursue your goals inhabit it, wear it, act it,
live it, taste it: get committed, take action.”
Gary Ryan Blair, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Turn your goals into your passion

Turn your goals into your passion live them in your thoughts . . . . act then out in your daily activities . . . . and take massive action to achieve them.

Make your goals your priority . . . . and focus your thinking on finding the best way to successfully achieve your goals.

Some People Will Call it Luck . . . . .

Some People Will Call it Luck . . . . .
“I think luck is the sense to recognize an opportunity
and the ability to take advantage of it.”
Samuel Goldwyn, Movie Executive

As I see it . . . . . . .
Some people will call it luck  . . . . .

Luck can really described as preparation meeting opportunity.

One of the first requirements of luck . . . . is to put yourself into a position to become lucky.

Go into your day with an attitude of possibilities . . . . and your attitude will open your eyes to new thinking . . . . new possibilities . . . . and new results.

Open your mind to see opportunities . . . . and they will be there.

Too many people are so busy that they fail to open their minds to see what’s around them. They rush through life . . . . and as they do the opportunities rush by them unseen.

If you want to bring the luck factor into your life you have to open up your mind that new opportunities exist . . . . and they will be there for you.  Step away from the status quo . . . . and think out of the box.

Once you open your mind to opportunities you’ll start to see them . . . . and you will recognize their potential they hold.

Continue to enhance your skills through personal development to stay on the leading edge with your skills. When you recognize the opportunities . . . . you will be in the position with your skills to take full advantage of the opportunities.

It can be said that luck is putting yourself into a position to see the opportunities . . . . and to being prepared to take full advantage of your opportunities.

Some people will call it luck . . . . . while others call it opening your mind to the possibilities and to recognize the opportunities that are around you.

To Fully Experience Life

To Fully Experience Life
“Wealth is in the ability to fully experience life.”
Henry David Thoreau 1817 – 1862, American Author,
Poet, Philosopher, Polymath, Abolitionist, Naturalist,
Historian

As I see it. . . . . . . .
To fully experience life

Our life is what we make it . . . . make it a life of richness to fully experience life.

Live a full and rich life.

The true richness in life comes in living a full life . . . . and through your experiencing a full life.

Your life is a life of choices . . .  where your life can decline into a life of making a living . . . . Or you can make the commitment to make your life a life of richness.

Create a crystal clear vision of what’s most important to you . . . . and what you want to attract into your life. Have the Determination to Make it Happen

Have the Determination to Make it Happen
“There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what
you love; there’s only a scarcity of resolve
to make it happen.”
Dr. Wayne Dryer, Self-Help Author, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Have the determination to make it happen

The difference between success and failure often is found . . . . in making it happen. Make the commitment to yourself to do things to achieve greater success . . . . and to get the things done to take you to the top of your profession.

Opportunities turn into success . . . . when we make it happen.

Start each day with a positive outlook of getting it done . . . . and get it done today. Look at your day as a spring broad into your future . . . . and take the actions that will move you closer to achieving your goals.

Look at each day as a stepping stone . . . . to a brighter and successful future.

Have the determination to make it happen . . . . and take the action to ensure it happens.
