The Little Things Determine Your Happiness

The little things that you do everyday . . . . will determine your happiness.

You have two choices, you can embark on a positive journey of building the little things you do into positive experiences . . . . Or you can build a life of a negative attitude that leads to destructive actions and behaviors.

Enjoy the little things in your life . . . . and you will become appreciative for the things that you have in your life. What you’ll find is that the little things will bring you happiness when you learn to appreciate them.

Put Your Fear Behind You

Put Your Fear Behind You
“Do what you fear most and you control fear.”
Tom Hopkins, Self-Help Author, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Face your fear head on

Fear can best be described as False Evidence Appearing Real.

How you deal with your fears will determine if you control your fears . . . . or if your fears control you.

When you give in to your fear . . . . Your fear is in control of your thinking . . . . It will also control your decision making and bring your forward progress to a grinding stop.

You will also live a life of limitation  . . . . and fear.

Taking control of your fears puts you in control of your life . . . . and the direction that your life moves in. You will discover the way to remove the fear from your life . . . .  and to move forward with a purpose. When you remove a fear you find your strength . . . . and with that strength you will find a success journey of unlimited opportunities.

Face your fears head on . . . . and put your fear behind you.

Naysayer Say It’s Impossible

Naysayer Say It’s Impossible
“Doing easily what others find difficult is talent;
doing what is impossible with talent is genius.”
Henri-Frederic Amiel, Swiss Philosopher and Poet

As I see it . . . . . . .
Naysayers say it’s impossible

Impossible is a state of mind . . . . and something that only remains impossible until someone breaks through . . . . and does it.

When you look at old thinking you were told that:

The electric light bulb was considered to be impossible. Until through the efforts of Thomas Edison turned the vision of his dream . . . . into the incandesce electric light bulb and lighted the world.

Transferring sound over a wire was considered to be impossible. Until Alexander Graham Bell, found the way to connect the world by a telephone.

It was impossible for man to fly. Until the Wright Brothers proved them wrong . . . . and today we enjoy the benefits of jet travel.

It was impossible to go into space . . . . Until NASA led the way into space exploration.

Man going to the moon was impossible. The USA and NASA showed the world, what was possible when a nation is committed to a purpose.

In the 21st century we still have some people living in the cave of old outdated thinking of what’s possible and impossible.

The difference between what’s possible and impossible is in a person’s thinking . . . . and their commitment to achieve a purpose. The person that believes that it’s possible . . . . and makes the commitment to find a way, will find a way.
The person that believes something is impossible takes a negative approach to the situation . . . . and is not committed to finding a way and their thinking creates the outcome.

The biggest breakthroughs through out they years where achieved by ordinary people who believed in themselves . . . . and were committed to follow their vision to a successful conclusion.

Naysayers say it’s impossible until someone proves them wrong . . . . and does it. Don’t allow the naysayers stand in the way of you achieving your goals.

Believe

Believe
“Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except
by those who dared believe that something
inside them was superior to
 the circumstance.”
Bruce Barton, Advertising Executive, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Believe

You will climb the mountain . . . . that you believe that you can climb.

You will clear the huddle . . . . that you believe that you can clear.

You will overcome the obstacle . . . . that you believe that you can overcome.

You will do . . . . what you can do.

The only limitations that you have . . . . are the limitations in your beliefs. You will do what you believe you can do . . . . and you will achieve what you believe you can achieve.

Dr. Martin Luther King dared to dream.

Dr. King had a dream . . . . and he believed in his dream with  passion . . . .  and the determination to make them a reality. His passion was so strong that he could express the vision of his dream through his words. From those words others could see the same vision and have the same dream.

Dr. King stretched the limits of his day to accomplish . . . . and inspired a generation to dare to dream and believe.

Dr. King . . . . is an example of the power to dare to believe.

You will achieve . . . . what you believe that you will achieve.

When you want to achieve more in life you have to change your personal belief system to be one of . . . .  I believe I can, I believe I will and I did.

Dare to believe that you can . . . . and you will. Unlock the future of unlimited possibilities and dare to believe.

You Become the Person of Your Habits

You Become the Person of Your Habits
“Every Grown-up man consists wholly of habits,
although he is after unaware of it and even
denies having any habits at all.”
George Gurgjieff 1866 - 1949, Spiritual Teacher,
Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .
You become the person of your habits

We all have them . . . . they’re our habits. Some habits will make a positive difference in your life . . . .  and some you need to drop like a hot potato. Some habits will pave the way for your success journey . . . . and some will have the capacity to create barriers on your journey.

Habits are formed over time . . . . As they are formed they become ingrained habits that are repeatedly done over and over without giving them much thought to your actions.

People become a creature of their habits . . . .  and over time their habits make them who they are.

Your productive habits should be fostered as they become your strengths . . . . They become the foundation for your success journey to take you to greater levels of achievement.

You also develop habits that can be holding you back from reaching your full potential.

The bad habits need to be identified . . . . and replaced with a new productive habit.

In time you become the person of your habits.

Your Image

Your Image
“Associate yourself with men of good quality, if you
esteem your reputation; for it is better to
be alone than in bad company.”
George Washington 1732 - 1799, 1st US President

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Your image

You will be known by the company you keep . . . . and the company you keep with be a reflection of your professional image.

People will see you as a mirror image of the company you keep . . . . and they will judge you by those associations. Based on your image people will make a decision if they want to be associated with you . . . . or do business with you.

Many times those decisions are made without your input . . . . they are making the decision based on your public image.

How people see you either will either become the calling card that opens the doors to more productive relationships. Or your public image will become an obstacle in blocking relationships and in doing business with a person.

Pick your associations with care as people will judge you by the company you keep.  Let the people that you associate with be a reflection of your personal values . . . . and the type of person that you want to be.

Associate with people that will bring out the best in you . . . . and will stretch you to become the best that you can be.

To protect your image and your reputation, it’s far better to stand alone then to be in bad company. In time you will be known by the company you keep.

Keep Going . . . . and Keep On Trying

Keep Going . . . . and Keep On Trying
“Mickey Mouse popped out of my mind into a drawing
pad . . . When the business fortunes of my brother
Roy and myself were at their lowest ebb an
disaster seemed right around the corner.”
Walt Disney 1901 - 1966, Co- Founder of Disney Enterprises

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Keep going . . . . and keep on trying

The business annuals are full of stories of successful people . . . . and the reason that you read about them is that they “Just Keep On Trying.”

When you read stories about the success journey of success people you will find that they where not overnight sensations. They focused on their purpose . . . . and kept pushing forward and they “Just Keep On Trying.”

Like Walt Disney who experienced setback and failure on his success journey he kept focused on his dream. It would have been easy for him to have quit. He gave it his best and tried. He could have walked away.

Walt Disney did not take that route . . . . he kept on trying.

In a way Mickey Mouse was always in Walt Disney . . . . and as he looked at defeat Mickey popped out.

You are a like Walt Disney there is a Mickey in you . . . . and that’s your special purpose. It’s waiting in you to be released search for your purpose it’s there . . . . and release it.

Keep going . . . . and keep on trying.

Life is Like a Taxi

Life is Like a Taxi
“Life is like a taxi. The meter just keeps a – ticking, whether
your are getting somewhere or just standing still.”
Lou Erickson, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Life is like a taxi

Why us life like a taxi . . . . because your meter is always running.

The meter of your life is running ever minute of your day.

That meter continues to run when you’re super productive . . . . and its running when you’re having an unproductive day. You’re paying a price of your time no matter how your using your time.

Turn on your success meter . . . . and commit yourself to succeeding.  Make each day of your life a productive day . . . . one that moves you closer to your goals.

Put yourself into gear . . . . and take massive action to achieve your goals. There’s time on your meter . . . . and you’re paying for it; put it to good use. It’s your choice on what you do with the time on your meter. Make the most of your time . . . . and maximize your effort.

Your meter is running . . . . and the way you use your time is a matter of choice. Choose to use your time productively and the price that you pay will be small in comparison to the accomplishments.

Life is like a taxi . . . . and you determine how you use the time on your meter.

There is No Road Too Long
“No road is too long for him who advances slowly and does
not hurry, no attainment is beyond his reach who
equips himself with patience to achieve it.”
Jean de La Bruyere 1645 - 1696, French Philosopher
and Moralist

As I see it . . . . . . .
There is no road too long

No road is too long for those who have written goals . . . . and are willing to pursue them with enthusiasm.

Even with written goals you will encounter challenges along on the way on your success journey. Be willing to face your challenges head on . . . . and push forward through them.

When you’re willing to face disappointments . . . . and work your way through them to a successful conclusion, you will find that no road is too long.

On your success journey there will be times that you will become frustrated because of the obstacles you encounter. In those times if you stand strong . . . . and look the solutions you will find them . . . . and there will no road too long.

As a professional your job is to persist . . . . and work through any conditions that you encounter.

Keep your eye on the prize . . . . and don’t let anything get in your way or distract you from achieving your goals.

Persist. . . . . . and there is no road will too long for your to achieve your goals and your desired outcome.

Don’t Worry About What Other People Are Thinking

Don’t Worry About What Other People Are Thinking
“As for worrying about what other think forget it.
They aren’t concerned about you. They’re too
busy worrying about what you and
 others people think of them.”
Michael le Boeuf, Businessman

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Don’t worry about what other people are thinking

Because . . . . there not thinking about you . . . .

People are not worrying or concerned about you . . . . and in most cases they are not even thinking about you. Worrying about what other people are thinking about you . . . . is a complete waste of your time.

There are two type of people in your life . . . . Those who care about you . . . . and when they’re thinking about you it’s because they care about you and about your well being. There is another group of people that come in and out of your life . . . . and they have no interest in you at all. What they think about you has very little value because what they think about you is their opinion.

Focus your energy on the things that you have to do . . . . and being proactive. Do your best in your endeavors you take on . . . .  and let your actions speak for you.

Doing things well in the things you do . . . . will speak volumes about who you are.

Don’t worry about what other people are thinking about you because they’re not. They’re concern about themselves and too busy worrying about their own life to be worrying and thinking about you.

Attracting New Business Opportunity

Attracting New Business Opportunity
“A man to carry on a successful business must have
imagination. He must see things a in a vision,
a dream of the whole thing.”
Charles M. Schwab 1862 - 1939 , American Steel Magnate

As I see it . . . . . . .
Attracting new business opportunity

Flexible people with an open mind can see things that people with a closed mind will never see. When you see more . . . . you see more business opportunities attract more . . . . and achieve more.

To achieve more you have to acquire new skills . . . . and enhance your existing skill to reach the greater levels of success that the opportunities offer.

Those who are willing to embrace learning in a changing business environment will attract new business opportunities . . . . and go on to greater success in the future. While the non-learner will straggle to keep up the pace . . . . They will longer be able to effectively compete in a challenging marketplace.

The learners keep the flame of their dreams burning brightly in their imagination . . . . and in their thoughts. They make them come true first in their thoughts . . . .and then make them become realty through their actions.

A commitment to continuous learning to acquire the necessary skills to create a cutting edge business advantage is a must. To effectively compete in a competitive world continuous learning is no longer optional it becomes a must to stay completive and to achieve greater success.

Attracting new business opportunity and greater levels of success will be attracted by those who have educated themselves . . . and effectively apply their new skills. At the same time others will be falling off the pace and will not be able to keep up without the education and the new skills.

As a result you will turn your opportunities into a strategic business advantage . . . . and maximize your new business opportunities.

The learners with an open mind will attract new business opportunity and with their commitment to succeed they become leaders in their field.

Motivation is the Fire Within

Motivation is the Fire Within
‘Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light
that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly.”
Stephen R. Covey 1932 - 2012, American Educator,
Author, Business, Keynote Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .
Motivation is the fire within

Motivation is the fire that burns from within you. . . . and you are the only person that can light the fire . . . . and keep it burning.

People will come into your lives and attempt to help you to light the fire of motivation within you. If they are able to create a spark in you, the only way that spark will turn into a flame is when you light the fire of motivation yourself.

If you rely on other person to light the fire of motivation within you  and to keep it burning . . . . You will find that the spark of motivation will flicker and burn out quickly.

You have the ability to light the spark of motivation within you . . . . and to turn that motivation into the flame of passion to reach your goals.

Your motivation will encourage you to confidently do a little more . . . . try a little harder . . . . and see your goals through until you have reached a successful outcome.

Light the fire of your motivation . . . . and keep your flame burning brightly in your heart and passion.

Motivation is the fire within . . . . and with passion you turn your motivation into a world of possibility.

You Play to Win

You Play to Win
“Each player must accept the cards that life deals him
or her. But once in hand one must decide how to
play the cards in order to win the game.”
Voltaire 1694 – 1778, French Writer, Historian
and Philosopher

As I see it . . . . . . .
Play to win

You have the cards of life in your hands . . . . now what do you do?

You play to win.

Some people go through life trying not to lose . . . . and they will not play the cards of life that they were dealt. Rather then risking the cards they have they just don’t use them . . . . or play them. They go through life defensively . . . . and won’t mount an offence to push forward, to success or to win.

They’re in their comfort zone . . . . and in their safety of not trying.

There is another group of people that don’t know where their cards are . . . . and will stand on the sidelines without ever engaging or becoming part of the game. They will continually lose ground . . . . and will fall so far behind they won’t even be in the game.

There is a small and very effective group of people that are the winner in life. They play the cards that they were dealt without complaining about the cards.

You where dealt a hand of cards . . . . you didn’t ask for them but now they’re your cards . . . . and you own them. The choice is now yours on what you do with the cards you have. You can complain about the cards which will take you eye off your objectives . . . . or you can play the cards to win.

What you do is your choice . . . .

Make the best uses of the cards you have . . . . and take the cards that you were dealt . . . . and play them to win.

To play to win is in the choice of your attitude. If you can’t change your cards, change the way you look at your cards . . . . and change the way you play the cards. But also play to win.

You’re as Young as Your Ideas

You’re as Young as Your Ideas
“Nobody grows old by merely by living a number of years.
People grow old by deserting their ideas. You are
as young as your faith, as old as your doubts;
as young as your self-confidence, as old
as your fear; as young as your hope,
as old as your despair.”
Douglas Mac Arthur 1880 -1964, American 5 Star
General US Army

As I see it. . . . . . . .
You’re as young as your ideas.

You’re as young as your ideas . . . . your beliefs and your hopes.

You don’t grow old in years . . . . You grow old in your thinking by shutting off the flow of new ideas . . . . and drifting into the world of self-doubts and the questioning of your ability.

Keep your thoughts positive and your mind open to new ideas . . . . and to keep the new possibilities flowing. And you’re mind will remain young and receptive . . . . and shut off any self-doubts.  With a positive outlook you’ll step into the future with a high degree of self-confidence.

When you believe in yourself, in your abilities . . . . and have faith in yourself and in your actions you will keep your mind active and young.

You’re as young as your ideas . . . . and as old as our self-limiting beliefs.

Opportunities Multiply When There Seized

Opportunities Multiply When There Seized
“Opportunity multiply as they are seized: they die
when neglected. Life is long line of opportunity.”
John Wicker, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Opportunities multiply when they’re seized

Each opportunity that you seize has the potential to multiply . . . . and lead to even greater opportunities . . . . and has the potential to change the course of your life.

Opportunity doesn’t come to you gift wrapped with a sign on them that reads “opportunity.” Most opportunities look far more like hard work or they will come to you out of the challenging conditions that you encounter. Opportunities are found by those who look past the hard work . . . . and the challenges of the moment a see a bigger picture.

An opportunity is a chance for personal growth . . . . and to move forward to achieve greater success.

Opportunities multiply when they’re seized. They will die on like fruit on the tree when they are not harvested. What happens with an opportunity will depend on how you see it . . . . and your willingness to seize the moment . . . . and the opportunity when they come into your life.

Opportunities multiply when they’re seized . . . . and wither away when they are not harvested.

The Secret of Creating Personal Riches

The Secret of Creating Personal Riches
“Never forget: the secret of creating riches for ourself
is to create then for others.”
Sir John Templeton, global investor

As I see it . . . . . . .
The Secret of creating personal riches

Riches will mean different things to different people.

Riches for one person can be enjoying a full and happy life with the people they love. To others it would be achieving status or a position in life. For others it will be the riches of being in service to other . . . . yet  to others it may be having money, for others it would be achieving a goal or series of goals.

The meaning of creating personal riches is individual with each person deciding what denotes riches to them.

The secret of creating personal riches in your life is to make a decision on what riches represents to you. Once you make that decision make the choice to pursue the riches with enthusiasm.

One of the best methods in creating personal riches is to be of service to others . . . . and to bring value into the relationship. The services that you provide to others bring riches and value into their lives.

As you bring riches into other people’s lives through your services you bring riches into your life.

The secret of creating personal riches . . . . is to help more people to bring riches into their lives.

Your Actions Will Speak for You

Your Actions Will Speak for You
“A superior man acts before he speaks, and afterward
speaks according to his actions.”
Confucius 551 BC - 479 BC, Chinese Teacher, Editor,
Politician and Philosopher

As I see it . . . . . . .
Your actions will speak for your

For every action that you take, there will be an equal reaction . . . . and an element of risk.

The cost of success comes in your willingness to take action . . . . To invest your time . . . . your resources . . . . your energy . . . . and take a calculated risk in order to succeed.

Have the courage of your convictions . . . . and take the actions that will move you closer to achieving your goals.

Conversely remaining in your comfort zone that result in inaction has greater risks with a higher probability of creating a massive failure then taking a calculated risk through your actions.

The cost of success is in your planning . . . . taking action . . . . and accepting the possibility of a calculated risk.

Your actions will speak for you . . . . let it be one that your customers speak for you.

You See Things Through Your Attitude

You See Things Through Your Attitude
“We determine weather something will be a blessing or
a curse by the way we choose to see it.”
Kate Nowak, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
You see things through your attitude

Your attitude determines how you see things in your life . . . . and lights the path on your success journey.

You can see your world as positive environment full of opportunities. Or you can see the world as negative place where everything seems to be working against you.

However you see your world . . . . your world will become.

We may face challenges, but with a positive attitude we see the solutions to the condition.  When we hit a road block our attitude tells us to work through the issue or to take the detour to get us to the desired outcome.

Your attitude makes all the difference in the way you see things . . . . and how you respond to the thing that you see what comes into your life.

Your attitude determines how you see the world. What actions you will take . . . . and the outcome you achieve.

You see things through your attitude . . . . and your attitude drives your actions . . . . and your actions creates your results.

Important Goals

Important Goals
“To achieve happiness, we should make certain that we
are never without an important goal.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, American Motivational Speaker,
Author and Self-Help Expert

As I see it . . . . . . .
Important goals

When you have an important goal they become a must in your life. Important goals will give you a purpose . . . . and creates a sense of urgency in your efforts to achieve them.

With an important goal you have a destination to aim for . . . . and it becomes easier to create a pathway to your goals and to establish a timeline to get there.

When you think about it . . . . an important goal is like getting into your car with GPS. You get behind the wheel of your success journey set your GPS with your important goals and your start your journey in the right direction. If you get off course your GPS alerts you . . . . and you make the necessary course correction to get back on track.

Your important goals will set your internal GPS . . . . and will give you a course to follow. In setting your course in the right direction each step will move you closer to your goals.  You will feel a sense of accomplishment . . . . and satisfaction perusing and achieving your goals.

Achieving your important goals will increase your confidence . . . .  and will stretch you to reach for targets and bigger goals. You will also have the sense of internal fulfillment knowing that you can and did achieved your goals.

Your Motivation

Your Motivation
“Every Human action, whether it become positive or negative,
must depend on motivation.”
Dalai Lama

As I see it . . . . . . .
Your motivation?

The road to unparalleled success will be fueled by your motivation. The degree of your motivation will determine the pace of your success journey . . . . and the level of success you achieve.

The road that leads to the depths of failure and disappointment is a result from the anchor. The anchor of . . . . the lack of motivation that a person carries with them that pulls them down . . . . and sinks their career.

No matter what path you decide to follow on your success journey . . . . Your motivation will become the fuel that will power your success journey forward.

Choose the pathway to unparalleled success . . . . and fire up you motivation to support your success journey . . . . and to provide the fuel to get you to your goals.

Your motivation is the thin slice that separates you from being average . . . . and being in the achiever zone of greater success.

At times motivation can be a like fog . . . . It’s there; you can see it and it will impact your success journey. You can’t touch it but you can . . . .  feel in it your heart.

You are the only person that can decide . . . . what’s your motivation is. You are the only person that can light the fire of your motivation in your heart to take you to the next level.

Achievers Plan for Their Success in Advance

Achievers Plan for Their Success in Advance
“The successful always has a number of projects planned to
which he looks forward. Anyone of them could change
the course of his life overnight.”
Mark Caine, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Achievers plan for their success in advance
