A Mentor Helps to Bring Out Your Best

A Mentor Helps to Bring Out Your Best
“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within
you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.”
Bob Proctor, Speaker, Success coach

As I see it . . . . . . .

A mentor helps to bring out your best

A mentor sees you as a person . . . . and at the same time they will see you’re potential.

They seem to come into your life at just the right time. They are there to offer you a helping hand . . . .  pull you forward . . . . or a push in the right direction to bring out the best in you.

A mentor seems to know what you need and when we need it. But there are times that you’re going to have to ask for assistance.

Given the right opportunity the mentor will stretch your personal belief system . . . . and your thinking in breaking out of your current mind set. They will stretch you into a world of new possibilities . . . . and opportunities that would not be reached with your current thinking.

A mentor will get you to believe in yourself and in your potential. They will help you to step into future . . . . And expand your horizons to see things as they can be and offer the helping hand and advice to get you there.

You can achieve anything that you believe can. The mentor will introduce new thinking including new methods . . . . and strategies to move you in the right direction.

Surround yourself with people that will mentor and motivate you. Then take the responsibility to motivate your self everyday on the journey to personal greatness.

Mentors bring out your best when you are receptive to new thinking and view you future through the eyes of a possible attitude.

 A Wise Person Profits
“Wise men profit more from tools, than fools from wise men;
for the wise men shun the mistakes of fools,
but the fools do not imitate success of the wise men.”
Cato the Elder (234BC – 149 BC)

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A wise person profits . . . .

A wise person will use all of the tools required for success . . . . and profit from those tools. A fool does not use the tools they have.

A wise person will learn from their mistakes and will continually improve as a result of their mistake. The fool continues to make the same mistakes . . . . and complaints.

A wise person succeeds . . . . and the fools will not learn from wise person or their actions.

Be the wise person . . . . and lead the way.

A wise person profits . . . . . from taking action and using all of their tools to succeed.

Prosperity is a Reflection of Your Thinking

Prosperity is a Reflection of Your Thinking
“If a man empties his purse into his head, no one can
take it away from him. An investment in
knowledge always pays the best interest.”
Benjamin Franklin 1706 - 1790, American Statesman and
one of the Founding Fathers of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .

Prosperity is a reflection of your thinking

Prosperity is first reflected in your mind . . . . and then achieved through your actions with your confidence and self-esteem.

Fill your mind with positive thinking that will support your success journey . . . . and will assist you in achieving your goals and prosperity

in your life.

Believe that you . . . . will prosper and you will accomplish your desired outcome.

Believe that you . . . . deserve to prosper . . . . and you will find a way.

Believe that you . . . . will achieve prosperity and you will find a way to achieve it.

Create a personal belief system . . . . with a crystal clear vision of the future as you want it to be. Embed your vision in your thoughts until you can see yourself living your vision.

Your vision will become implanted into your sub-consciousness mind . . . . and what your sub-consciousness mind believes the consciousness mind achieves.

Prosperity is a reflection of your thinking . . . . and then acted out and created in your daily activities.

Step Out of the Shadows

 Step Out of the Shadows
“Any fool can run towards the light. It takes a master
with courage to turn and face the darkness and
shine his own light there.”
Leslie Fieger, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Step out of the shadows

Anyone can run to the light of others . . . . and stand in their shadows. It takes courage to step out of the shadows . . . . and to turn on the light of your creativity.

Turn on the power of your creativity.

Look into yourself and discover your strengths. Take your strengths and turn them into your personal power that will propel you on your success journey and into the lights of greater success.

Your creativity is the switch to turn on the light of your future . . . . and that light will guild you on the path to new opportunities.

Create your own light and you will light the darkness . . . . you will step out of the shadows . . . . and into the sunshine of life.

A Big Difference in Doing a Little Bit More

A Big Difference in Doing a Little Bit More
“Do a little more than you’re paid to. Give a little more
than you have to. Try a little harder than you want
to. Aim a little higher than you think is possible,
and give a lot of thanks to God for
health, family and friends.”
Art Linkletter, American entertainer and author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A big difference in doing a little bit more

Achieving your goals . . . . is the result of doing a little bit more.

Success comes . . . . in doing a little bit more.

Commit yourself . . . . to doing a little bit more everyday in the things you do.

Over time the little bit more that you do . . . . becomes the big differences in your life.

A little bit more turns small successes into break through success . . . . and personal power. The great successes in life all started with a little bit more.

A big difference in doing a little bit more . . . . and doing that little bit more with excellence.

Reset Your Sails to the Changing Winds

Reset Your Sails to the Changing Winds
“We must reset our sails to take advantage of the changing
winds and prosper as a business and individually.
You can make the most of this downturn and
position yourself for the next boom that’s
going to follow.”
Harry S. Dent, Economist, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Reset your sail to the changing winds

The winds of business continue to change . . . . You must reset your sails to navigate yourself into a position to weather the storm in your life and sail into the waters of change and opportunity.

Many of the rules for business have changed. You can either try to live in the past of old ideas or reset our sails to take advantage of the new business environment . . . . and the opportunities that change holds.

Adjusting your sails may not be easy . . . . but the alternative is far worst.

Reset your sail . . . . and be determined to weather the winds of change in your life . . . . and you will set the course for your life and your future success.

Position yourself for change . . . . and to prosper in the days ahead.

When change is needed . . . .  reset your sail to the changing winds to stay on purpose  . . . . and moving in the right direction.

Be Persistent in Your Actions

Be Persistent in Your Actions
“The majority of men meet with failure because of their
lack of persistence in creating new plans
to take the place of those which fail.”
Napoleon Hill, Self-Help Author,
Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be Persistent in your actions

Have a plan in place before you start . . . . and take the actions on your plan that will help you to achieve successful results.

One of the keys to a good action plan is to have the ability to adjust . . . . and to change the things that are not working. Make the adjustments that are necessary to keep to on track . . . . and moving in the direction of your goals.

Remain focused on the big picture . . . . and in achieving your goals. Be flexible in your action . . . . but strong in staying the course.

Keep moving forward in the direction of your goals. Adjust or remove what’s not working . . . . and replace your actions with new and more productive activities that will keep you moving in the right direction.

Be persistent in your actions . . . . adjust when it’s needed . . . . and stay on course. Always keep your sights on achieving your goals . . . . and moving in the right direction.

Customers Will Judge You

Customers Will Judge You
“Each of us will one day be judged by our standard of life,
not by our standard of living; by our measure of giving
not by our measure of wealth; by our simple goodness,
not by our securing greatness.”
William Arthur Ward 1921 - 1994, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Customers will judge you

Customers will judge you . . . . on the quality of your service.

Customers will judge you . . . . on your business standards.

Customers will judge you . . . . on meeting their expectations.

Customers will judge you . . . . on you keeping your word.

Customers will judge you . . . . on your character.

Customers will judge you . . . . on how you impact their lives.

Customers will judge you . . . . on how you impact to the community.

Customers will judge you . . . . on the business relationships.

Customers will judge you . . .  . and if they will do business with you.

Customers will judge you . . . . and if you earned the right for referrals.

How are you seen by your customers?

How are you seen by others?

How would you like to be judged?

Customers will judge you . . . . on the quality of your actions.

Self Confidence is Essential

Self-Confidence is Essential
“Self confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.”
Aldous Huxley 1894 – 1963, English Writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Self confidence is essential

Your self confidence is developed through concentrating on your successes . . . . and putting your failures . . . . setbacks . . . . and negatives in our lives behind you.

Focusing on the negatives will waste your time . . . . drain energy . . . . and provide little or no results. Concentrating on your achievements and successes will energize you. You’ll see the possibility for your future success taking you . . . . and your self confidence to a higher level.

Self confidence is essential . . . . and will put the air under your wings and will take you to greater heights of success.

What You Can Learn From Children

What You Can Learn From Children
“If children have the ability to ignore all odd and
percentages, then maybe we can all learn from
them. When you think about it, what others
choices is there but hope? we have two
options, medically and emotionally;
give up or fight like hell.”
Lance Armstrong, Cycling Champion

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What you can learn from children

When a child wants to learn how to ride a bike they go out and try. They fall down . . . . and they get up . . . .and get back on the bike . . . . and they repeat that process until they learn how to ride a bike.

Children learn how . . . . to get up after the fall.

A child wasn’t studying the odds of successfully riding the bike before they get on the bike for the first time. They just knew that they could ride the bike and they would . . . . So they did.

As a child you lived in a world of possibilities . . . and hope. You need to reactivate your inner child of wonderment . . . .and your creativity. As you do your world becomes one of unlimited possibilities.

See your possibilities . . . . and then go out there and fight like hell to achieve them.

What you can learn from children is that if they imagine it they can find a way to achieve it.

Do What You Love and It Become’s Fun

Do What You Love and It Become’s Fun

you expression of the joy of life.”
Stuart Wilde 1946 -2013, British Writer, Lecturer,

Keep Your Life in Balance

Keep Your Life in Balance
“The best and safest thing is to keep a balance in your life,
acknowledge the great powers around us and in us.
If you can do that, and live that way.”
Euripides (484 BC – 406 BC)

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Keep your life in balance

You have the personal power within you to accomplish the things that you believe you can achieve . . . . and to do what you want to do.

You have the power . . . . to be the person you want to be . . . . and to climb the mountains that you want to climb.

Acknowledge your power that’s within you . . . . Unleash that power to balance your life . . . . and to move into a future of unlimited opportunities.

You have the personal power to soar at great heights . . . . and to climb the highest mountains. But it’s not until you release that power do you have the opportunity to soar with the eagles.

When you keep your life in balance . . . . You’ll find your true potential. You’re able live the way that you want to live . . . . and reach and achieve your full potential. With your life in balance you’ll find the way to prosperity and fulfillment.

Those Who Wait Get the Leftovers

Those Who Wait Get the Leftovers
“The first man gets the oyster, the second man gets
the shell.”
Andrew Carnegie 1835 - 1919, Scottish – American Entrepreneur
 and Industrialist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Those who wait get the leftovers

The leftovers go to those who are content to wait . . . . and settle for what’s left.

Know what you want to achieve with your life . . . . and create the goals to achieve them. Don’t wait for permission to achieve your goals . . . . and don’t allow people to tell you what can’t be done, Or that this is not the right time.

When you listen to those people you will be served the leftovers of life and you deserve to have the right to earn the main course.

In letting people tell you what you can and can’t achieve in your life is in essences allowing other people to control direction that your life takes. You are the master of your life and your future. Take control of your life and the direction of your success journey. It’s your life and you and control the course that you want your success journey to take.

Decide on the direction you want your life to take and follow that path with a purpose.

You have to decide if you want the oysters that life has to offer . . . . or if you will settle for the leftovers . . . . and the shells.

Those who wait get the leftovers . . . . Look at the menu of life and select the main course . . . . and go for it.

A Clearly Defined Goals Gives Your Life A Purpose

A Clearly Defined Goal Gives Your Life A Purpose
“In the absence of clearly – defined goals we become strangely
loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately
we become enslaved by it.”
Robert Heinlein, American novelist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A clearly defined goal gives your life a purpose

Creating clearly defined goals creates . . . . a life of purpose and direction.

A person with clearly defined goals sets their Internal Personal Navigation System™ for success. They have a path to follow and know where they want go. . . . . and how they will get there.

They lead a life of purpose with . . . . a clear direction for their life.

Without goals a person will drift. They have no clear path to follow and no purpose in their life. They will find themselves leading a life without purpose and drifting. Without a purpose they will find themselves going around in circles. Their cycles of going around in circles will continually repeat themselves . . . .  and they will find that their life’s journey has lead to nowhere.

The path to success and achievement is in having a clearly defined goal gives your life a purpose. With defined goals you will turn your goals into your passion. With clearly defined goals you have path to follow that leads to success and achievement. You will find yourself moving forward with a purpose and with certainty.

Winners Are Possibility Thinkers

Winners Are Possibility Thinkers
“The winners in life think constantly in terms of I can,
I will, and I am. Losers on the other hand,
concentrate their waking thoughts
in what they should have done,
or what they don’t do.”
Denis Waitly, Self-Help Author, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Winners are possibility thinkers

Think in terms of what can be . . . . and what you can do. Know in your heart that you have the ability and talent to do what has to be done to achieve your goals and a successful outcome.

Concentrate your efforts on your priorities . . . . and doing what’s most important to be done to make positive forward progress. Focus your energy on what has to be done . . . . and what you want to accomplish.

A possibility thinker thinks in terms of what can be possible . . . . and what they will do to ensure that you achieve a positive outcome.

Possibility thinkers will see what others can’t see . . . . and will do what others won’t do . . . . and achieve what others don’t.

Winners see the possibilities where other see the hard work . . . . With possibility thinking you will be on the path to achieve higher levels success.

Don’t Limit Thinking or Your Choices

Don’t Limit Thinking or Your Choices
“If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or
reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you
truly want, and all that is left is a compromise.”
Robert Fritz, Management Consultant, Composer,
Filmmaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t limit your thinking or your choices

The best choice is not always the safest . . . . or the most reasonable choice.

The choice doesn’t have to be fast . . . . but it needs to be right choice.

Look at all of your options . . . . Make the best choice you can under the conditions that you find yourself in, without compromising your values or sacrificing your goals.

The choices you make will impact your future and future success. By making your choices wisely you will create a positive impact on your future and your career.

Don’t limit your thinking or your choices to what obvious . . . .  easy . . . . or fast make the tough choices . . . . Make the right choices . . . . and your choices will pave the way on your success journey.

Keep Your Mind Open

Keep Your Mind Open
“Our opinions become fixed at the point
where we stop thinking.”
Ernest Renan, French Philosopher and Writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Keep your mind open

Our mind can be a sponge to attract new ideas . . . . and new concepts that will pave the road of your success journey that can take you to greater success. Or you can close your minds down to new thoughts and ideas.

Keep the doors open to your mind and to new ideas . . . .

Your minds can become a pathway to personal growth . . . . and a gateway to achieving greater success and to a brighter future. Or you can make the choice that you have all the answers . . . . and that you don’t have to absorb new information and ideas.

You are living in a fast paced world where change is the norm. You are either staying in front of change or you are being left behind.

Too successfully move forward you have to navigate changing business models . . . . and changing customer demands. If you don’t keep the doors open to the new tools and information you will be left in the dust.

When you keep your open . . . . your thinking becomes flexible and information is absorbed. As a result you will continue to expand your thinking and effectively stay on the cutting edge of change and your profession.
