With Every Decision There Is a Reaction

With Every Decision There Is a Reaction
“Every great decision creates ripples – like a huge boulder
dropped into a lake. The ripples merge, rebound of the
banks in unforeseeable ways. The heavier the
decision, the larger the waves, the more
uncertain the consequences.”
Benjamin Disraeli 1804 -1881, British Prime Minister,
Writer, Aristocrat

As I see it. . . . . . . .

With every decision there is a reaction

For every decision that you make in your life there is a reaction.

For example . . . . Making the decision to create a strong business relationship with your customers can lead to future business and a lasting business relationship. That relationship will lead to a positive influence on all of the parties now and in the future.

Your relationships can lead to powerful word of mouth referrals. Those referrals will be based on a positive business experience where you’re exceeding the person’s expectations . . . . and where your customer’s feel comfortable in making referrals to you.

The referrals developed from your business relationships initially.

Also they will come to you as result of the strength of your relationships with the person that’s making the referrals to you. When you’re seen by that person as a trusted friend . . . .  you will expand your of sphere influence.  Your customers will freely refer you to their friends, family and business associates.

You create raving fans by consistently delivering on your promises and exceeding expectations.

The person that has made a referral to you will look good in the eyes of the person that they referred to you as well from the service that we provide. When the person being referred is treated like a VIP and receives exceptional service everyone in the business relationship comes out a winner.

With every decision there is a reaction. The way you interact with the people you meet will create a reaction. In every business relationship you have it within your capacity to create loyal and raving fans. By making the decision to consistently exceed expectations you create raving fans . . . . and those fans will increase of your sphere of influence.
