Difficulties Make You Stronger

Motivational Power Quote

Difficulties Make You Stronger
“Difficulties in life are intended to make us better not bitter.”
 Dan Reeves, football coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Difficulties make you stronger

In times of facing difficulties you will have a choice to make do you get better and stronger or do you become bitter and weaker?

When your face difficulties your thinking will determine your attitude and your attitude will determine what you see and how you respond to what you see.

Your attitude will determine if you resolve the difficulties or you leave the solutions up for someone else to make the choices.

Difficulties make your stronger . . . . When you meet your difficulties head on and take control of them.

You can see your difficulties as resolvable and set out to find the best way to resolve the issues and make your best effort in resolving them.

Or you can see the difficulty as overwhelming and without a solution. Your outcome will match your attitude and you will become negative and frustrated about the condition. As a result you become bitter and weaker person.

Whatever you see in your thoughts is the way you will approach the difficulties in your life.

When you see the difficulties as resolvable and resolve the situation your self-confidence grows.  Each accomplishment becomes the stepping stone to your next success.

Our accomplishments become the foundation for our career and with each success story you get better.

Difficulties make you stronger . . . . When to make the choice to resolve the difficulties.

Believing You Can - Makes it Possible

Motivational Power Quote

Believing You Can - Makes it Possible
“In order to succeed, we must first believe we can.”
Michael Korda, editor-in-chief Simon & Schuster

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Believing you can - makes it possible

Your actions will always be consistent with your beliefs . . . . And whatever you believe to be possible you will act out.

The person with the beliefs that there are unlimited opportunities will find a path where doors continually open for them and the opportunities seem to be behind every door.

People who believe that they have unlimited potential will pursue their future with the attitude that there will not be any limits on the success that they will achieve.

The person that believes it’s possible will see the doors of opportunity and have the challenge to open them.

A person with unlimited beliefs believes that everything and anything is possible.

They believe that their potential is unlimited and what you believe you will achieve.

The worst beliefs that a person can have is that of self-limiting beliefs. Their beliefs will set artificial limits and ceiling on what that person will do and achieve in their life and how they live their life. They will live a life of un-fulfillment and missed opportunities.

First you have to believe you can do it and then you will do it.

Believing you can – makes it possible . . . . Working hard what you want makes it a reality.

Find the Solutions

Motivational Power Quote

Find the Solutions
“Don’t find fault. Find a remedy.”
Henry Ford 1863 - 1947, Founder Ford Motor Company

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Find the solutions

When things don’t turn out the way you planned you have a choice. You can choose to find fault in the way the things have turned out or you can choose to find a way to turn the circumstances around and find solutions.

The choice speaks volumes about the person, their character and their attitude.

The person who focuses on the fault has the attitude of a negative pessimist. They can clearly find fault in every aspect of their lives and as a result things normally won’t work out very well for them. Their negative attitude is a natural response to the things in their life. They approach things with negative thinking and their thinking becomes the basis for their life.

When a person who is facing a challenging circumstance and they choose to search to find a way to successfully resolve the circumstance they will be viewed as having a positive attitude of an optimist.

A person that’s has a positive attitude and has an optimistic outlooks about their circumstances chooses to find a way to harnessed the power of a positive attitude for productive purposes.

The person that makes the choice to find soluations has made the choice to be successful.

It Takes Courage to Do What’s Right

Motivational Power Quote

It Courage to Do What’s Right
“Every time I’ve done something that doesn’t feel right,
it’s ended up not being right.”
Mario Cuomo, former Governor of New York

As I see it. . . . . . . .

It takes courage to do what’s right

Doing what’s right is more important than doing what’s politically correct. Overtime, people will judge you by your actions and your character.

Your words will have an impact when there spoken and in time fade away, you will be remembered by your actions and doing what’s right.

It takes courage to do what’s right because there will be times that you will feel like we’re standing alone and you’re becoming a target as a result of your actions. But you’ll find that by having the strength to do the right thing you will gain support for your actions of doing what’s right.

Many times it will appear the easy way out of a challenging situation is to what politically correct or what others think you should do. But if in your heart you feel that it’s not the right thing to do; you’re right. Follow your heart and do the right thing.

When you do what’s right you develop your character. People will judge you as a person that can be trusted and you will be recognized as a person of character.

It takes courage to what’s right . . . . When you do what’s right your doing the right thing.

Discoveries Are Found in Stepping of Your Comfort Zone

Motivational Power Quote

Discoveries Are Found in Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone
“Discoveries are often made by not following instructions,
but by going off the main road, by trying the untried.”
Frank Tyger, columnist, humorist,

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Discoveries are found in stepping out of your comfort zone . . . . and in trying the untried

Your greatest discoveries are found not in doing what has always been done. They are found in stepping out of your comfort zone of doing what’s been tried and into the untried and having the courage to venture into and try new things.

When you continue to do what has been tried you continue to get more of what you have always gotten. If you want to expand your possibilities you have to seek new opportunities by exploring and trying new things.

Without trying new things and venturing into the untried there would be no air travel, we would not have the automobile, we would not have explored space, the world would be without television, and we would be without computers.

Without trying the untried there would not innovation or progress we would in caves without fire.

Have the courage to venture into the untried and to try new things. Move forward with a sense of adventure and you will discover new and exciting opportunities.

Discoveries are found in stepping out of your comfort zone . . . . and trying the untried

Concentrate Within the Present Moment

Motivational Power Quote

Concentrate Within the Present Moment
“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future
concentrate the mine on the present moment.”
Buddha

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Concentrate within the present moment

The moments in your life accumulate and you become the person that your moments have created. A moment seems incidental as they flash by, but it’s within the moments we create our future.

Concentrate your moments on productive activities and those activities will accumulate to create a productive day that turn into a productive and successful life.

Be cautious not to spend your time living in the past rehashing the events of yesterday. Reliving your yesterdays will drain your energy and make your moment of today unproductive. Use the past as a learning experience and apply the lessons that you have learned to create a more productive future and move forward with positive expectations.

Turn your dreams for the future into the vision for your life and take the actions to turn your dreams into a reality.

How we spend our moments will be a mirror image of how we spend your life.

Concentrate within the present moment and your moments will accumulate and become the bedrock of your future.

Motivational Power Quote

Lasting Change Starts From Within
“Often we change jobs, friends, and spouses instead of ourselves.”
Akbarali H. Jetha, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Lasting change starts from within

Lasting change comes from within and manifests itself in your thinking and actions. To implement permanent change in your life you have to change yourself first.

When you become unhappy with the things in your life, you have a choice to change them or to continue to face the same things everyday of your life.

You can change your spouses, were we live, your jobs, and your friends or get a new car. But what you’ll find is things don’t change; only the things around us have changed but the same old stuff in you is still there.

Lasting change only occurs when you change yourself.

Change your thinking and find the sources of dissatisfaction and evaluate the why the dissatisfaction in there. Focus your energy on changing yourself and changing what causing the sense of being dissatisfied in your life.

Ask yourself what you’re doing to create a positive environment and relationships in your life?

What are you doing that creates a negative environment?

Change the way you view your life, and change your environment to positive and productive environment.

Lasting change will only occur when you commit yourself to change and then take the actions to make the changes happen.

Focus on making the changes in yourself that’s needed to create a happy and prosperous life, but all lasting change starts from within.

Bend Don’t Break In The Winds Of Life

Motivational Power Quote

Bend Don’t Break In The Winds Of Life
“Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked,
while the bamboo or willow survives
bending with the wind.”
Bruce Lee, actor

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Bend don’t break in the winds of life

When the winds of life swirl around you bend with the wind and you will stand for another day. When you stiffen in the face of a hurricane wind you can crack under the pressure.

Stay flexible in your thinking when you’re facing the winds of life and you will see the big picture. When you’re flexible you’ll find that there are many options available for you to choose from.  If you stiffest in the wind you will find there are very little options for you and your thinking becomes limited.

The person that remains flexible creates greater opportunities as a result of their flexibility.

Flexible become the stepping stones to greater success and to a broader horizon.

Bend don’t break in the winds of life . . . . And you will stand for another day and move closer to your goals.

Be Different Be a One of a Kind

Motivational Power Quote

Be Different Be a One of a Kind
“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.”
Coco Chanel, entrepreneur

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be different be a one of a kind

You have to standout or you become one of the pack.

Choose to standout in your market niche and be different be a one of a kind. You are your brand; unless you standout you won’t be noticed in a crowded market place of too many me too.

Be a leader in your profession.

Create a unique personal brand proposition, one that will separate you from your competitors and position you as a one of a kind in your profession.

Becoming a one of a kind in your field increases the demand for your services and makes those services more valuable to those who use your services.

An Excuse is an Excuse - Not a Reason

Motivational Power Quote

An Excuse is an Excuse - Not a Reason
“History will never accept difficulties as an excuse.”
John F. Kennedy 1917 - 1963,  35th President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

An excuse is an excuse - not a reason

An excuse will not resolve a condition or an issue, solve a problem or make a job easier, an excuse compound the situation that you find yourself in. An excuse will make most situations worst. An excuse gives a person permission to fail in advance of their actions.

An excuse is an excuse - not a reason for someone not try.

The person that uses excuses; is buying a one way ticket to procrastinationville the Capital of nothing happens here.

Using excuses results in accomplishing very little except for maybe a headache.

The size of the task at hand and the persons resolve to achieve a successful outcome will reveal the persons true character.

The person that takes on a difficult situation may encounter setback but they will dust themselves off and try again until they succeed. They will not resort to excuses in difficult times they will relay on their actions to speak for them.

Winners make progress; peoples who make excuses are dead in the water and find themselves sinking under the weight of their excuses.

An excuse in not a reason for anything but; failure. An excuse is an excuse – not a reason.

Life is an Experiment

Motivational Power Quote

Life is an Experiment
“Do not be to timid and squeamish about your actions.
All life is an experiment. The more experiments
you make the better.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803 -1882, American Essayist, Lecturer, Poet,

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Life is an experiment

Over the course of your lifetime you will find that all of life is one experiment after another. Some of your experiments will have quick and positive results, but in reality most won’t. Many will take sustained efforts to achieve the desired results.

With some of the experiments that you make in life, you would like to have the ability to have a do over. Others will not work out and you will have to start over but you have the experience to start over with better information.

To reach your desired results you have to be bold and continue to experiment when things don’t work out. You will have the ability to pick yourself up, to dust yourself off and try again using the lessons of the past in your new experiences.

The more you try and experiment the more knowledge you will accumulate. By effectively applying your new knowledge and doing it with persistence you will move forward with greater confidence and increase your value in your chosen profession.

Every day Starts With a New Beginning

Motivational Power Quote

Every day Starts With a New Beginning
“Nothing is predestined. The obstacles of the past can
become the gateways that lead to new beginnings.”
Ralph Blum, writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Every day starts with a new beginning

Your life is not set in stone . . . . Every day of your life is a new beginning to sharp and reshaping your day and your life to achieve your goals.

Think about your life as being made of modeling clay and in your hands. We can choose how we will sculpture or reshape your life at anytime we choose.

You can take the events of your past and reshape them into opportunities for your future. Your obstacles of the past can lead to a new path of new beginnings and new opportunities.

When you look at your life as stone you become inflexible and rigid. You become unable to make adjustments and the course correction that are needed to get you to do objectives. You will become stuck in place and your forward progress will come to an end.

In looking at your life as sculptor you will see your life as modeling clay and you can re-sculpture your life to create the gateway to a new beginning whenever we choose to do so.

Become the sculptor of your life and when things are not going the way you want them to go re-shape your life and you will find the gateway to a new beginning.

Every day starts with a new beginning . . . . And that new beginning gives you the opportunity to redirect your success journey, your life and to let go of the past.

In Business Performance is What Counts

Motivational Power Quote

In Business Performance is What Counts
“In business, words are words, explanation are explanation,
promises are promises, but only performance is reality
Harold Geneen 1910 – 1997, American Businessman, President of ITT

As I see it. . . . . . . .

In business performance is what counts

In the business world your performance is reality . . . . And in the end is what counts.

You will judged by your customers based on your performance.

You can talk about what you’re going to do but it’s what you do and your performance that counts. You can make excuses for thing not done satisfactory but when everything is said and done your performance is what counts.

You set your customers reality through creating customer expectations. When you create customer expectation your first objective is to exceed them not to just meet them.
Your performance will either place you above the crowd to the point to where to standout or will make you in the pack.

Your performance is your customer’s reality . . . . In business performance is what counts, plan to standout.

Your Circumstances Reveal Your True Character

Motivational Power Quote

Your Circumstances Reveal Your True Character
“Circumstances do not make a man;
they merely reveal him to himself.”
Epictetus 55AD – 135 AD, Greek sage and stoic philosopher,

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your circumstances reveal your true character

You will encounter many varied circumstances on your success journey.

Some of your circumstances will come as events that will booster your career and success journey and move you in the direction of goals. Other circumstances will bring turbulence into your life.

Your true character comes to the surface in the way you respond to your circumstances. You will not always able to control the circumstances that come into your lives, but we are able control the way you respond to your circumstances.

Your character is developed and tested in challenging times, as well as in your successes.

Your character reveals who you really are when you are tested by your challenges and how you handle your success. The person that remains focused on solutions when they are challenged will find a way to successfully navigate their challenges and find the best solution. The person that experience success and realizes success is a milestone on their success journey and remains focused on the big picture will grow and achieve greater success.

Your circumstances are temporary conditions on your success journey and can shift like the wind. It’s how you respond to your circumstances that impact your life and future.

Your character is developed in the way you respond to the circumstances in your life and how you respond to your circumstances reveal your true character and who you really are.
