Keep a Healthy Mindset
“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to
mourn the past, not to worry about the future,
or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the
present moment wisely and earnestly.”
Buddha, Spiritual Teacher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Keep a healthy mindset

Focus your mind in the present moments in your life. Focus on what can be . . . . and what you can do to make your moments be all of what they can be.

Don’t drift into the past . . . . and become distracted in the past moments in your life . . . . and what it use to be.

Don’t worry about the future on the things that may never be . . . . and don’t live in the past of what was.

Focus in your moment of the present . . . . and in those moments you have the building blocks to make your future of what you want it to be.

Nurture you mind with healthy thoughts . . . . and your mind will grow. Expand your thinking . . . . and your mind will expand and never return to its original size.

Live in the moments of your life . . . . and you will make the moments in your life work for you. In your moments you will find that you’ll live a full and productive life.

Keep a healthy mindset . . . . and your mind will nourish your success journey.

Let the Sunshine Shine on You

Motivational Power Quote

Let the Sunshine Shine on You
Meditate . . . .  Find purely, be quiet. Do your work
with mastery. Like the moon comes out from
behind the clouds; and shine.”
Buddha

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Let the sunshine shine on you

There are days where you feel like you’re . . . . standing in the clouds, and what you’re doing seems to be . . . . obscured to the world. You continue to extent an effort and you feel no one is recognizing your efforts.

When you encounter the feeling that you’re standing in the clouds of obscurity . . . . step out from behind the clouds and into the sunshine.

Do what you do . . . . with mastery and bring your talent in the brightness of the day and . . . . let you talent shine for everyone to see.

When you’re not being recognized for your talents, maintain your efforts doing then with mastery . . . . . until those efforts shine for everyone to see.

Come out from behind the clouds . . . . And step in the direction of success and become a beckon for success.

Let the sunshine shine on you . . . . and reenergize you to do what you do with mastery.

Concentrate Within the Present Moment

Motivational Power Quote

Concentrate Within the Present Moment
“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future
concentrate the mine on the present moment.”
Buddha

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Concentrate within the present moment

The moments in your life accumulate and you become the person that your moments have created. A moment seems incidental as they flash by, but it’s within the moments we create our future.

Concentrate your moments on productive activities and those activities will accumulate to create a productive day that turn into a productive and successful life.

Be cautious not to spend your time living in the past rehashing the events of yesterday. Reliving your yesterdays will drain your energy and make your moment of today unproductive. Use the past as a learning experience and apply the lessons that you have learned to create a more productive future and move forward with positive expectations.

Turn your dreams for the future into the vision for your life and take the actions to turn your dreams into a reality.

How we spend our moments will be a mirror image of how we spend your life.

Concentrate within the present moment and your moments will accumulate and become the bedrock of your future.

We Become What We Think

Motivational Power Quote

We Become What We Think
“All that we are is the results of what we have thought.”
Buddha

As I see it. . . . . . . .

We become what we think

What we think about most often becomes our dominate thought. Those dominate thoughts determine our attitude and how we approach our life.

We become the person in our thoughts and those thoughts will be reflected in our actions. If those actions contribute a positive influence to our life we will create a bountiful life.

The difference between a positive and fulfilling life and a life of disillusionment is in our thoughts.

What we think we become, visualize your future as you want it to be and burn that vision into your thoughts.
