is reality . . . . And in the end is what counts.
You will judged by your customers based
on your performance.
You can talk about what you’re going to
do but it’s what you do and your performance that counts. You can make excuses
for thing not done satisfactory but when everything is said and done your
performance is what counts.
You set your customers reality through
creating customer expectations. When you create customer expectation your first
objective is to exceed them not to just meet them.
Your performance will either place you
above the crowd to the point to where to standout or will make you in the pack.
Your performance is your customer’s
reality . . . . In business performance is what counts, plan to standout.
