Fear is a Paper Tiger

Fear is a Paper Tiger
“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest
is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tiger, you
can do anything you decide to do.”
Amelia Earhart, American Aviation Pioneer

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Fear is a paper tiger

A person with fear in their heart derails their success journey . . . and kills their career.

No matter if it’s the fear of the unknown . . . .  the fear of failure . . . . or the fear to take action fear paralyzes a person into inaction. That fear prevents a person from taking the actions required to succeed. It will also greatly hinder a person’s ability to be successful in almost any endeavor.

When you make a decision to act . . . . you will dissolve any fear that you have . . . . Once you act you find that your fears will melt away quickly with your actions.

Once you make the decision to act you find that you can do anything that you decide to do . . . . and believe you can do.

Fear is a paper tiger . . . . and the silent killer of careers . . . . and will derail your success . . . . and will move you into inaction . . . . and a lifetime of “I can’t.” Take the actions to move the fear out of your life. Move forward into the future with a “I can do it” attitude . . . . and the “I will zone”  and you will find yourself accomplishing amazing things.

Effectively Move Forward

Effectively Move Forward
“We may be very busy. We may be very efficient,
But also to be truly effective only when we
begin with the end in mind.”
Stephen Covey 1932 – 2012, American Educator,
Businessman, Keynote Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Effectively move forward

When you start with the end in mind you change your thinking . . . . Start with setting your goals . . . . Creating a plan . . . .  and as a result you focusing on successfully  achieving your desired outcome.

Focusing on the outcome becomes a goal . . . . and your focusing your efforts on your goals.

Focusing on your outcome . . . . creates the road map for the achievement of your goals.

With laser like focus on your outcome your time is being invested in a purpose . . . . You will make the best use of your time by focusing on your high value targets . . . . and in achieving successful results.

Control your time . . . . By focusing on your goals . . . . and you will  effectively move forward.

Opportunities Multiply

Opportunities Multiply
“Opportunity multiply as they are seized: they die
when neglected. Life is long line of opportunity.”
John Wicker, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Opportunities multiply

Each opportunity that you seize has the potential to multiply . . . . and lead to even greater opportunities . . . . and has the potential to change the course of your life.

Opportunity doesn't come to you gift wrapped with a sign on them that reads “opportunity.” Most opportunities look far more like hard work or will comes to you out of the challenging conditions that you encounter. Opportunities are found by those who look past the hard work . . . . and the challenges of the moment a see a bigger picture.

An opportunity is a chance for personal growth . . . . and to move forward to achieve greater success.

Opportunities multiply when they’re seized. They will die on the like fruit on the tree when they are not harvested. What happens with an opportunity will depend on how you see it . . . . and your willingness to seize the moment . . . . and the opportunity when they come into your life.

Opportunities multiple and grow when you seize the opportunity.

Achievers Will

Achievers Will
“Nothing is a waste of time if you use the
experience wisely.”
Augusta Rodin, French Sculptor

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Achievers will

A common trait among achievers . . . . is they learn from their experiences . . . . and they play there experiences forward. They turn their experiences into useful knowledge that has the ability to enhance their life and career.

Achievers refuse to let their experiences take them off track . . . .or to discourage them. They use their experiences to plan for the future . . . . and move forward with a purpose.

Achievers form the habit of making good decisions based on their knowledge gained from their activities . . . . and past experiences.  Achievers also have confidence in themselves . . . . and their decision making capacity. They will make their decisions with confidence.

Achievers will take positive actions that will move them in the direction of their goals.

Achievers excel because they discard rejection . . . . and continually move forward without fear. Regardless of the circumstance’s that are presented to them.

Achievers will . . . . embrace change as positive opportunity.

Every experience offers a message . . . . and an opportunity to learn from when you use those experiences wisely.

Achievers will . . . . Learn from their life experiences . . .  and move forward with confidence . . . . and their confidence becomes the foundation of what makes achievers who they are.

Choices You Make

Choices You Make
“When you have to make a choice and you don’t make it,
that is in itself a choice.”
William James 1842 - 1878, American Philosopher
and Psychologist

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Choices you make

Your choices make will make you who you are.

Your life . . . . and your success is created as a result of the choices you make . . . .  When there’s a choice - make it. A choice left unmade is made for you by someone else. In those circumstances you lose control of making the choice . . . . and lose control of the outcome.

The choice of no action is the choice of procrastination. By procrastinating we’re accepting what is happens . . . . and allowing other to make decisions for you without your input.

The choice of procrastination . . . . leads to frustration.

Not making a choice is also a choice of deferring your decisions to others to make the choice for you without any input on your part.

Once you decide not to make a choice you have lost control over your choices . . . . and your decision making.

When you look at successful people they have a common trait. They will make the tough choices when they have to be made. They will establish what they’re expecting as a result of their choices and work hard to create the outcome.  Successful people will step up to the table of life and make the choices that they have to make.

Successful people will also risk making an occasional mistake in order to succeed . . . . and will take action and make  choices. They believe that their choices are correct . . . . and they will move forward with conviction to carry out their choices to a successful outcome.

When there is a choice . . . . make it and move forward.

Choices you make . . .  . are the stepping stones on your success journey . . . . . and will determine the direction that your success journey takes.

Have Patience’s With All Things

Have Patience’s With All Things
“Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience
with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your
own imperfections but instantly set about remedying
them everyday begin the task anew.”
Saint Francis de Sales (1567-1622), Bishop of Geneva

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Have patience’s with all things

Don’t lose faith in yourself . . . . or the courage to try to continue to move forward.

As you move forward on your success journey you will find that your journey will move at various paces. On some days your success journey will seem like you’re on an expressway with no tolls . . . . and the pace will be quick. While on others days it will feel like your in gridlock . . . . and making no forward process.

Continue to push forward in the direction of your goals no matter what conditions that you find yourself in.

You may not be free of imperfections . . . . . however you have unlimited potential within you. You release your potential when you apply your talents in proactive endeavors that move you in the direction of your goals.

Have patience’s in all things . . . . and in yourself to grow to reach your full potential. And that you will move you in the direction of your goals and get closer to them each day.

Move Forward With Determination

Move Forward With Determination
“You may be disappointed if you fail,
but you are doomed if you don’t try.”
 Beverly Sills, American Opera Soprano

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Move forward with determination

Try, Try and Try Again . . . . until you achieve your goals.

Many of the most success people have experienced massive failure in their lives as they traveled the path of their success journey. And yes they have experienced great disappointed. But they didn’t quit . . . . they regrouped . . . . adjusted, kept on trying to move forward with determination to achieve their goals.

When you experience failure you are confronted with a choice. Do you stop trying or do you continue your success journey and overcome the failure?

The successful people though out history have elected to continue and moved on pass their failures.

The reason that you read about the successful people is because they made the extra effort to try and try again until they succeeded in the face of adversity. While others have passed unnoticed by history is because they stopped trying and were doomed to live in their failures.

When faced with failure pick yourself up, bush yourself off and continue to try and continue to try, try and try again until you achieve your goals.

Move forward with determination . . . . and your determination will provide the strength to push through your challenges to achieve your goals.

Who Will You Become?
“Goals determine what you’re going to be.”
Julius Erving, Professional Basketball Player

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Who will you become?

The size of your goals and your willingness to work hard to achieve them . . . . determines - who you become.

The person that sets high lofty goals are bold in their vision and are willing to extent themselves in order to achieve their  desired results. You will find that they are willing to take calculated risks and push themselves forward to succeed.

They are willing to reach higher and stretch them self more to achieve their goals and have the work ethics to keep the on track.

The person that sees themselves as achieving their goals, see themselves as a winner in their life’s journey. They will take that philosophy in to their daily life and move forward with confidence.

They know before they start who they will be and they demonstrate that in their actions everyday.

Who will you become? The answer is yours to make.

Your Life is a Mirror Image of Your Attitude

Motivational Power Quote

Your Life is a Mirror Image of Your Attitude
Our attitude towards life determines life attitude towards us.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, Dean of Professional Development, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your life is a mirror image of your attitude

Everyone has an attitude . . . . how a person decides to use it is a personal choice.

One person will use their attitude as the fuel that to lift their wings to soar with the eagles and to reach great heights. Another person's attitude will become an extinguisher that puts out the spark of their enthusiasm and moves the person into a life of un-fulfillment and discontent. The difference between the two people is their attitude. One person chooses to use their attitude to build a positive life while the other person’s attitude negatively affected their life and results.

A person attitude is the results of . . . . personal choices.

How you approach your life is a mirror image of our attitude.

When you approach your life with a positive can do attitude things seem to turn out that way . . . . and mirror your attitude.

If we see thing hopeless without solutions you’ll find that’s . . . . about the way things turn out.

The person that sees their life and being a life of endless possibilities will find that if they focus their energy . . . . and work hard to achieve the possibilities they do.

A person with a positive attitude has obstacles, setbacks and failure in their life just like everyone else. The big difference between the person with a positive attitude and the one with a negative attitude . . . . is how they handle the conditions that encounter in their life.

The person with the positive attitude looks at the conditions . . . . and finds the best way to successfully resolve the conditions and continues to move forward. The person with a negitive attitude will look at the same condition . . . . and feel overwhelmed and becomes dead in the water and their forward progress stops.

The person with a positive attitude separates themselves from other people with the strength of their attitude . . . . and becomes a leader in their field.

The way you approach your life will become a direct reflection on how your life turns out.

When you look into the mirror of your life . . . . what you’ll see is the reflection of the person that has been created by your attitude.

The Price of Experience Can be a Variable Cost

Motivational Power Quote

The Price of Experience Can be a Variable Cost
Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes.”
Oscar Wilde 1854 - 1900, Irish Author, Poet, Playwright

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The price of experience

There is a price that you pay for your experience. That price is the mistakes that you make along the way to accumulate the know-how . . . . so that you don’t repeat the mistakes in the future.

The most costly price that you pay for your experience . . . . is by not learning the lessons from the past and doubling drown and making the same mistake again.

Use each mistake as a positive building block . . . . for your future success.   Understand what has taken place in the situation. Know what you did right  . . . . and what you would do again.

Isolate what went wrong and why. Determine what you could have done to change the outcome. What you would do in the future to create a successful outcome to the same situation.

Every experience that we have is . . . . a learning experience no matter if it’s a successful experience or an experience where everything has gone wrong.

In both cases learn the lessons and move forward with your newly found knowledge.

The price of experience can be a variable cost. When you learn from your mistakes and make a commitment not to repeat them you lower the price for your experience and accelerate your success journey.

Planning Creates Focus

Motivational Power Quote

Planning Creates Focus
Planning is bring the future into the present so that you
can do something about if now.”
Alan Lakein, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Planning creates focus

Planning today for future creates . . . . the vision of the path that you will follow and the mile markers for your success journey.

As you plan you . . . . bring your future into the present and it allow you to go forward with a purpose and a road map on how you’ll get to your destination. Having a plan also will show you when you have moved off course and the way to back on track.

Planning creates focus to move forward and in the right direction . . . .

Because you know where you’re going . . . . you have options. You have the option to adjust or to change your course when you encounter roadblocks and obstacles, or you have the option to continue on your current path.

When you have a plan for the future and you follow the plan . . . . you move forward with a sense of confidence in your actions which will results in better decision making.

With a plan you’re knows where you’re going, how you will get there and you will make progress in the direction of you goals. A person without a plan has the tendency to drift through life without a clear direction for there life.

Planning creates focus . . . . Planning creates options; the person with a plan creates the option of following a path way to success.  A person without a plan picks the option of drifting through life without a vision for their future.

A Successful Person is Willing . . . .

Motivational Power Quote

A Successful Person is Willing . . . .
“Often the difference between a successful man
and a failure is not one’s better abilities or ideas,
but the courage that one has to bet on his ideas,
to take a calculated risk and act.”
Maxwell Maltz 1899 - 1975, author, cosmetic surgeon

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A successful person is willing . . . .

You will find that a successful person is prepared for what they have to do . . . . and they are willing to take the calculated risks to succeed.

You will also find that a successful person is willing . . . . to take the necessary actions to ensure their success.

The thin slice of success is with in reach of the person that’s committed and . . . . is willing to extend themselves to succeed.

Separate yourself from your pack. Be willing to prepare yourself to move forward with confidence . . . . and to take massive action to achieve your objective.

A successful person is willing . . . . to do what’s required to achieve success.

Life is an Experiment

Motivational Power Quote

Life is an Experiment
“Do not be to timid and squeamish about your actions.
All life is an experiment. The more experiments
you make the better.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803 -1882, American Essayist, Lecturer, Poet,

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Life is an experiment

Over the course of your lifetime you will find that all of life is one experiment after another. Some of your experiments will have quick and positive results, but in reality most won’t. Many will take sustained efforts to achieve the desired results.

With some of the experiments that you make in life, you would like to have the ability to have a do over. Others will not work out and you will have to start over but you have the experience to start over with better information.

To reach your desired results you have to be bold and continue to experiment when things don’t work out. You will have the ability to pick yourself up, to dust yourself off and try again using the lessons of the past in your new experiences.

The more you try and experiment the more knowledge you will accumulate. By effectively applying your new knowledge and doing it with persistence you will move forward with greater confidence and increase your value in your chosen profession.

Change Comes in Changing Our Thinking

Motivational Power Quote

Change Comes in Changing Our Thinking
“Things do not change; we change.”
Henry David Thoreau 1817 -1862, American Author, Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Change comes in changing our thinking

We reach a point in our lives that we know with certainly that change is required for us to move forward in a positive manner.

Changing our thinking can be difficult; it’s not until we decide that we have to change does change start and we change our direction.

Our mind requires nourishment to change; that nourishment comes from our thoughts. Our thoughts will decide the quality and direction of our change.

Change is not automatic we have to work at it and change our thinking to create lasting change.

When we change our thinking we create positive change in our lives and we change our lives.

Change comes in changing our thinking . . . .

“A man is not finished when he defeated;
he’s finished when quits.”
Richard M. Nixon, 37th President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

With a positive attitude you will look at a defeat as a temporary condition and look for the best way to bounce back and move forward.

Motivational Power Quote

The Power of Courage
“Most of us have far more courage
than we ever dreamed we possessed.”
Dale Carnegie, author and self – help expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The power of courage

It’s there waiting in all of us to be released, it’s the power of courage.

Courage is opening a door to a room that you’re never been in before and stepping into total darkness and knowing everything is going to be alright.

Life is like stepping into that dark room where we’re asked to step into the total darkness and have the courage to move forward with faith.

We release our courage when we face an uncertainty and dig deep down into our inner strength and find a way to overcome the uncertainty and turn it into a success.

Courage comes in many shapes and sizes and can be released by a smallest of actions that booster our faith.

Have confidence in yourself and release the power of your courage.
