Don’t Give Up – Keep Pushing Forward

Don’t Give Up – Keep Pushing Forward
“Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.”
Jim Valvano, Basketball Coach

As I see it . . . . . . .
Don’t give up – Keep pushing forward

Many people who fail never realized . . . . how close they were to achieving their goals . . . . and they throw in the towel and gave up.

When you hit a wall on your success journey . . . . Don’t give up keep pushing forward. Lean forward into the head winds of life . . . . and keep pushing forward until you find a way through . . . . around . . . . or over your obstacles.

Give a little extra effort with everything you do. Don’t give up . . . . Persevere your way through your challenges . . . . and setbacks until you succeed.

When things become challenging the course of least resistance is to say it’s too hard . . . . or it can’t be done . . . . and to give up which becomes the pathway of regret.

The pathway to success may not always be the easiest . . . . or the shortest route, but it’s the pathway to success is the right path to follow.  Achieving success and happiness requires persistent.

Never give up . . . . The weather the storms that you encounter in your life . . . . and you will that you’ll to be standing when the storms in your passes.

Don’t give up - keep pushing forward . . . . is a test of your faith and your courage. When you need the motivation to push forward . . . . push forward with persistence . . . . and with the faith to achieve your goals.

Things Come With Their Challenges

Things Come With Their Challenges
“Since nothing we intend is ever faultless,
and nothing we attempt ever without error,
and nothing we achieve without some measure of
finitude and fallibility we call humanness,
we are saved by forgiveness.”
David Augsburger, Writer

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Things come with their challenges

Things are not always be perfect . . . . or the way that you would like them to be. Your life will take on many faces with each one of them representing a challenge and opportunity.

You will be faced with obstacles . . . . with some being larger then others.

You will also find opportunities . . . with some that are very obvious and others that you will have to dig for.

You will experience setbacks that can delay your forward progress on your success journey . . . . but they will never stop you from succeeding unless you decide to quit.

With each success you achieve . . . . it will give you an opportunity to stretch yourself to greater heights.

Your life will be shaped by the way you respond to the things that your life presents to you.

A major portion of your success will be based on your ability to effectively work through each situation that is presented to you, finding solutions and corrective measures.

Your thoughts and your attitude will determine the direction you choose in selecting the solutions.

Look at every obstacle as an opportunity and every opportunity as opening the door to a successful future.

Things come with their challenges and life may not be perfect . . . . life is what we make it.

Taking a Stand

Taking a Stand
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience
which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able
to say to yourself ‘I have lived through this horror
I can take the next thing that comes along.’
You must do the things you think
you cannot do.”
Eleanor Roosevelt 1884 - 1962, Former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Taking a stand

You develop who you are through your life experiences. Some of the experiences bring back happy memories that you would like to go back and relive. While other experiences you would like to forget about.

You develop your strength, courage and confidence in life by taking a stand. When you make a commitment to dig in and face your fears and challenges . . . . you change your life and your results.

You find your strength in working your way through life’s difficulties. Your difficulties test you on who you are as a person. When you dig in, you take a stand and in that moment you stand your ground. You will do your best and create the courage to face any challenge in the future with confidence.

When we have the courage to face your fears . . . .  You look fear in the eye with inner confidence . . . . and you will develop the strength to overcome your fears, and you will see your obstacles melt away.

Taking a stand is the start of a new chapter in your life

Move Forward With Determination

Move Forward With Determination
“You may be disappointed if you fail,
but you are doomed if you don’t try.”
 Beverly Sills, American Opera Soprano

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Move forward with determination

Try, Try and Try Again . . . . until you achieve your goals.

Many of the most success people have experienced massive failure in their lives as they traveled the path of their success journey. And yes they have experienced great disappointed. But they didn’t quit . . . . they regrouped . . . . adjusted, kept on trying to move forward with determination to achieve their goals.

When you experience failure you are confronted with a choice. Do you stop trying or do you continue your success journey and overcome the failure?

The successful people though out history have elected to continue and moved on pass their failures.

The reason that you read about the successful people is because they made the extra effort to try and try again until they succeeded in the face of adversity. While others have passed unnoticed by history is because they stopped trying and were doomed to live in their failures.

When faced with failure pick yourself up, bush yourself off and continue to try and continue to try, try and try again until you achieve your goals.

Move forward with determination . . . . and your determination will provide the strength to push through your challenges to achieve your goals.

The Choice to Get Better

The Choice to Get Better
“Everyday day, in every way, I am getter better and better.”
Emile Coue 1857 - 1926, French Psychologist, Pharmacist

As I see it . . . . . . .

The choice to get better

When you’re facing difficulties become better . . . . not bitter.

In times of facing difficulties you will have to determine how you’ll going to respond . . . . and resolve those challenges . . . . and the difficulties. You can choose to use the power of your thoughts and attitude to help you through the difficulties . . . . and to become better.

With positive thinking and a positive attitude you will approach your difficulties with a positive . . . . and proactive approach to solve any difficulties that you face. Once you have successfully resolved the difficult situation your self-confidence grows. Resolving the difficulties makes you a stronger person and you will get better at the things you do as a result.

You will use your experiences and what you have accomplished as the foundation to become better at what you do as a result of the difficulties that you have faced and succeed in overcoming.

Use your difficulties to get better . . . . and not to become bitter.

Make the commitment to get a little better each day of your life . . . . and you will create excellence in your life.

The choice to get better . . . . is a choice that only you can make.

Seeking the Solutions

Seeking the Solutions
“Courage means to keep working a relationship,
to continue seeking solutions to difficult
problems, and focus during stressful periods.”
Denis Waitley, inspirational author and speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Seeking the solutions

When you’re facing challenges and difficult problems that seem to be overwhelming . . . . have the courage remain composed.  Focusing on seeking the solutions becomes imperative to overcome the problems.

Difficult problems won’t solve themselves . . . . by themselves.

Don’t allow a problem to become overwhelming. Taking control of the problem is looking pass the problem and seeking out the best possible solution to the problem. Apply the solutions to the problem . . . . until the problem is successfully resolved.

When you stay in control of challenging situations and difficult problems you reduce your stress . . . . and stay in control of your emotions. As a result you will make far better decisions in finding the solutions.

Seeking the solutions . . . . to difficult problem takes a consistent effort . . . . and in seeking out the solutions to difficult problems.

Your Inner Strength Makes All the Difference

Your Inner Strength Makes All the Difference
Trials, temptations disappointments - -all those are helps
instead of hindrances, if one uses than rightly. They not
only test the fiber of a character, but strengthen it.
Every conquered temptation represents a new fund of
moral energy. Every trial endured and weathered
in the right spirit makes a soul nobler
and stronger than it was before.”

How you cope will make a big a difference

Your life is not a straight line . . . .  you will experience ups and downs. You will find that you will have to navigate many twist and turns on your life’s journey.

Obstacles are Tolls You Pay on Your Success Journey

Motivational Power Quote

Obstacles are Tolls You Pay on Your Success Journey
Look upon every obstacle as part payment towards success.”
Peter Drucker, Management Expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Obstacles are tolls you pay on your success journey

You will encounter many experiences on your success journey some that will move closer to your goals and some that will take in the wrong direction . . . . and further away from your goals. A successful person will look at their experiences as stepping stone into a brighter . . . . and more successful future.

Every experience can be turned in to a learning experience to broaden your prospective . . . . and open your minds to greater opportunities.

Your positive experiences will give you the insight into what methods and strategies have worked the best for you and have contributed to your success. Those experiences will also give you a great starting point to move forward to the next level of your success journey.

There will also be times when you will . . . . face challenges, setbacks and obstacles as you are moving in the direction of our goals.

How you respond to the obstacles that you encounter in your life will have a major impact on the direction that . . . . your success journey takes and with what accuracy you will have in hitting the target and your goals.

Obstacles are those things that can take our eye off your goals and sidetrack our success journey. Look at your obstacles as learning experiences. You will learn what not to do in the future . . . . what you have to learn to do better. And what you will have to adjust to achieve your goals and the desired outcome. You will also learn what people support you and your success journey and what people to avoid.

An obstacle can be looked at as brick wall with no way to scale it or to go around it. Or you can look at an obstacle as a temporary condition and to find the best way to get through it . . . . around it . . . .or over the obstacle.

When you look at obstacle as a learning experience you come to understand that obstacles are tolls that we pay along the way of your success journey to get to the next level of success.

Once you recognize that obstacles are tolls you pay on your success journey you will look at them in an entirely difference light. I believe that with each toll that you paid on your success journey that you learned to become more effective and grow as a person the pursuit of your goals.

More of The Same Old Same Old

Motivational Power Quote

More of The Same Old Same Old
I’ve spent a good part of my life studying economic
successes and failure . . . above all, I’ve learned that
everything takes a back seat to innovation.”
Tom Peters, American Writer and Management Expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

More of the same old same old

The business environment has shifted and you are now living and operating your business in a whole new world. In this new business environment you are facing new challenges, new opportunities and new rules.

With the shifting business environment you have reached a fork in the road. The choice of what road to take will impact your future and your level of success that you will achieve.

You can choose to continue to do most of the same old same old which is based on using the same old and outdated techniques and strategies. Using these outdated techniques and strategies will not allow you or your business to keep pace with the new business environment and you will continue to fall behind the business curve.

What will result is you will no longer be able to remain competitive. Unless you make the adjustments to meet the challenges of the new business environment because you will no longer have the right tools to succeed.

Or you can look at the new business environment and adjust your thinking to meet the new challenges and by acquiring the tools that will create a strategic business advantage.

One of the tools that will make a big difference in the level of your future success that we will achieve . . . . is innovation.

We have to push past doing more of same old same old and grasp the spark of innovation . . . . and break away from playing what I would call following what everyone else is doing.

Success is in creating a degree of separation in business and being seem as an innovator is a big part of that degree of separation. Being a market leader is not in doing what everyone else in doing just because someone else is doing it. An innovator steps away from the pack and will try new and innovative methods and strategies to succeed.

Doing more the same old same old will become the anchor that pulls you down into the abyss of failure and away for the light of success. Stand strong and take an innovative approach to your business and you will find that when you stand strong . . . . you’ll stand out.

Embrace and Adapt and Change

Motivational Power Quote

Embrace Change and Adapt
Embrace change. True success can be defined by
your ability to adapt to changing circumstances.”
Connie Sky, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Embrace change and adapt

It’s easy and just about anyone can navigate the calm seas . . . . and the sunny days in their life.

You’re able to guild your success journey through the tranquil and fair weather days of your life. But in reality you don’t live your life in calm seas. You live your life . . . . in the changing currents and rough waters where everything seems to be a challenge.

True success is not found . . . . in the calm seas of life or in the safety of the harbor. Success is created by you when you can embrace and adapt and change to the storms that you encounter in your life and successfully navigate their challenges to a successful conclusion.

The person that can adapt to a rough sea of uncertainty . . . . creates the pathway to true success.

The person that willing . . . . to change to meet their challenges will find that they will grow as a person and succeed in their endeavors. They will discover . . . . a pathway to unlimited opportunities and follow that path.

Embrace change and adapt . . . . and you will grow and prosper.

The Bend In The Road

Motivational Power Quote

The Bend In The Road
A bend in the road is not the end of the road . . . .
unless you fail to make the turn.”
Unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The bend in the road . . . .

Our life’s journey is not an expressway nor is it a straight road. There are many twists, turns and bends in the road to navigate. To keep your life moving in the right direction you will have to . . . . adjust to the condition that we encounter along the way.

Over a life time you will come to many bends in the road, what you do in those moments will shape your future. As you approach those bends in the road you may not always see what’s around the bend and you will have to . . . . rely on your faith to do the right thing in moving forward.

At other times the bend is slight and you can see what’s around the bend very quickly.

When you approach a bend in the road, approach it with the self-confidence. Believe that you can navigate it successfully and meet the challenges with the convection that you’re in control of your future.

When you get to the bend in the road . . . . make the turn with the belief that you’re in control of the condition and the outcome.

Believe You Will Accomplish Great Things

Motivational Power Quote

Believe You Will Accomplish Great Things
“To accomplish great things, we must not only act but also dream;
not only plan, but also believe.”
Anatole France, poet, novelist, 1844 - 1924

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Believe you will accomplish great things

Success is a process and no one single action will put you into the winner’s circle of life.

To achieve great things you will need a crystal clear vision for your life and know with certainty what your goals are. Your vision remains a dream until you create written plan to achieve your goals.

Have the courage to pursue your goals with passion and they will become within your reach. Have a plan to use as your road map to keep your on the right course and take action on your plan.

Remain focused on the big picture and on your goals and don’t become side tracked when you’re faced with challenges and obstacles, remain focused on your objectives.

To achieve great things in your life we have to believe in yourself and your vision. Believe that you will achieve great things and those become within your reach.

Success will be an isolated event; success is a life long process. Success is the result of your commitment to accomplish great things in your life.

Believe you will accomplish great things . . . . and focus your efforts on accomplishing them.

Persistence – Not Perfection Makes The Difference

Motivational Power Quote

Persistence – Not Perfection Makes The Difference
“Persistence – not perfection, is the key to success.”
Angela Farley

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Persistence makes the difference

A person that’s persistence will stick it out when things become challenging and they will stay the course. Quitting will not be an option for them.

A persistence person will view failure and setbacks as potholes on their success journey and understand that are only temporary distractions on the way to their destination. They have the mental endurance to overcome their challenges and obstacles and to continue to move in the direction of success.

Persistence people strive to do the best they can in the conditions they find themselves in do to succeed not to be perfect.

The person that strives for perfection will focus on perfection and not success and as a result will not achieve lasting success or perfection. A person that focuses on perfection will never be perfect and as result of their mind set they will never achieve success.

Success comes from a persistence effort and focusing on the desired outcome.

Success is Earned Through Your Efforts

Motivational Power Quote

Success is Earned Through Your Efforts
“Without ambition one starts nothing.
Without work one finishes nothing.
The prize will not be sent to you.
You have to win it. .”
Ralph Waldo Emerson 1803 - 1882, American Essayist, Poet, Lecturer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Success is earned through your efforts

The success goes to the person who is willing to work at it and earns it

You don’t win by staying on the sidelines and watching, you have to engage the process and fully participate in your success journey.

Ignite the passion of your ambition to get you headed in the right direction. Keep your focus on your objectives and success. Commit yourself to a specific course of actions that will get you to the desired results.

To cross the finish line of success and to step into the winners circle you have to commit yourself to achieving success. You will have to work through your challenges, overcome your obstacles and give it your best every day.

Success Is Attracted By Effort

Motivational Power Quote

Success Is Attracted By Effort
“The highest form of success . . . .
comes . . . . to a man who
does not shrink from danger,
from hardship or toil;
and who out of these wins
the splendid ultimate triumph.”
Theodore Roosevelt, 26th U.S. President

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Success is attracted by effort

Success doesn’t arrive at our door step, it attracted by those who put in the effort and open the door of opportunity with their hard work.

Success is attracted to those who are willing to apply themselves and do what’s necessary to succeed.

It’s remaining focused on our objective and navigating the detours that we encounter and overcoming the challenges on our success journey.

At times it’s working a little harder; at other times its working a little smarted. It’s doing what’s required to achieve our objectives and succeed. But in all cases elements of work will be involved to reach our objectives.

Success is attracted by remaining focused on the big picture and a continued effort to achieve our goals.

Success is attracted by effort.

Challenges Are What We Make of Them

Motivational Power Quote

Challenges Are What We Make of Them
“Challenges are an opportunity to learn to grow.”
Anonymous

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Challenges are what we make of them

We can find our self in the middle of a major challenge that may initially seem that there is no out of successfully.

How we see the challenge will determine how we will respond to the challenge. A person that sees the challenge has an opportunity will go after the challenge and resolve it with passion. The person that sees the challenge as overwhelming will quit.

When we search for answers to resolve a challenge we will uncover the opportunities to open the new doors. With those new doors opening they will lead to greater success and we experience an opportunity for personal growth.

Success comes through our persistence to successfully work through the challenge and turning into an opportunity.

A challenge can cause a person stress and disrupt their success journey, if they allow it to.

A successful person will use a challenging situation as a stepping stone for their future success. They will approach the challenge with a positive attitude, seek answers and know what desired outcome they are looking for.
