It’s Takes Personal Courage

It’s Takes Personal Courage
“There is often in people to whom ‘the worst’ has
happened an almost transcendent freedom, for
they faces ‘the worst’ and survived it .”
Carol Pearson, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
It’s takes personal courage

Personal courage is having the inner strength . . . . to weather the storms of life.

There will be times that your storms pass quickly . . . . and are soon forgotten. At other times the storms in your lives seem so overwhelming that you question your abilities. You will also question yourself . . . . and if there will be anyway to survive the storm.

In the dark times in your lives you have to have . . . . the personal courage to weather the storms that you face. You have to stand your ground to step up . . . . and do the best you can in the conditions that you find yourself in.

You may become battered in withstanding the storms of life but as you come out of the other side . . . . you emerge a better and stronger person.

In your persistence’s you overcome your adversities . . . . and grower stronger.

The storms may bend you with its force . . . . but you won’t break . . . . unless you quit. You may get knocked down . . . . but you can   get back up and dust yourself off . . . . and push forward.

It takes the will to win . . . . and it takes personal courage to withstand the storms of life to achieve greater things.

Be Willing to Accept the Challenge

Be Willing to Accept the Challenge
“We choose to go . . . not because (it is) easy, but because (it is)
hard,         that goal will serve to measure and  organize the best
of our energies and skills because that challenge is one
that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling
to postpone, and one we intend to win.”
John F. Kennedy 1917 - 1963, 31st President of the United States

As I see it . . . . . . .
Be willing to a accept the challenge

Challenges are part of life . . . .and we seem to encounter them at the most in inconvenient time. They just seem to pop into our life when we least expect them.

You can confront your challenges . . . . and work hard at overcome them or you can allow your challenges to overwhelm you. What you do when you’re faced with a challenge is a choice . . . . your choice

You can meet your challenges head on . . . . and focus on overcoming them by being proactive by focusing on the solutions. When you’re proactive you remain in control of challenges . . . . and your in control of the decision making process to control the solutions.

How you respond to your challenges . . . . and overcome them will make the difference on the destination your success journey takes.

Overcoming challenges creates meaningful moments in our life and sense of mastery for our future.

Challenges are part of life . . . . Solutions are optional . . . . and it’s your choice on how you handle your challenges.

Be willing to accept the challenge . . . . and seek the solutions.

Do The Things You Have to do
“Perhaps the most valuable result of all education is the
ability to make yourself do the thing you have to do,
when it ought to be done, whether you like it or
not; it is the first lesson that ought to be
learned; and however early a man’s
training begin, it is probably
the last lesson that be
learns thoroughly.”
Thomas H. Huxley (1825-1895) English Biologist

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Do the things you have to do

Two Choices

Two Choices
“There are many ways of going forward,
but only one way of standing still.”
 Franklin D. Roosevelt 1882 - 1945, 32nd
President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Two choices

There are two choices that will have a dramatic impact on your career . . . . and the level of success that you achieve.

One choice is to continually move forward in the direction of your goals . . . . and the other choice is to stand still and let the world pass you by.

In moving forward there will be setbacks and obstacles that you will face . . . . and have to overcome to reach your objectives. Setbacks and obstacles are temporary and may slow you down . . . . you will have to stay focused on your goals and work your way through them.

You may encounter detours along the way that will cause you to make adjustments and take a new path. Take the path the moves you in the direction of your goals.

Your success journey is not an expressway to success it’s a toll road . . . . and you have to pay has you go.  At times the price may seem high but as you get to your destination . . . . and look back at your success journey. You can say the price was a small price to pay for achieving your goals.

There are two choices . . . . make the choice to move forward in the direction of success and your goals.

Face Your Fears and Overcome Your Obstacles

Face Your Fears and Overcome Your Obstacles
“When you face your fears, most of the time you will discover
that it was not really such a big threat after all. We all
need some form of deeply rooted, powerful
motivation – it empowers us to overcome
obstacles so we can live our dreams.”
Les Brown, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Face your fears and overcome your obstacles

When you face your fears and your obstacles head on you’ll find that they won’t have the time to take root.

The best time to take control of fears is when they come into your life and before you allow them to become deeply rooted in your mind.

When you take control of the conditions that come into your life and focus on the solutions they will begin to melt away . . . . And you will put your the obstacles and behind you.

Your attitude to succeed will make the difference on how you respond to the conditions that come into your life.

Having a passion to succeed . . . . and put the full force of your positive  attitude to work for you. As you do you will navigate your success journey with a purpose and your obstacles will become mere speed bump on the road of life. You will pass over those obstacles and put them into the rear view mirror of your success journey.

Face your fears and overcome your obstacles. Focus forward with the force of a positive attitude . . . .  your positive energy . . . .  and in the activities to achieve your desired outcome . . . .  and to wash away the obstacles .

When Things Get Tight the Tide Will Turn
“When you get into a tight place and everything goes
against you till it seems you could not hold on a
minute longer, never give up then, for that is just
the place and time that the tide will turn.”
Harriet Beecher Stowe 1811 – 1896, Abolitionist, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When things get tight the tide will turn

We will encounter times in your life that the things around you become overwhelming. . . . they will feel like an unrelenting tide sweeping into your life. They will seem that out of control and you will not to be able to overcome them.

In moments like those you may feel that it would be far easier to retreat and push back away from your goals and dreams. In reality it may be easier to push back then push forward.

But you will find that by pushing back, things will not improve. What you would find is that you have surrendered your goals and dreams for a false sense of short term comfort.

You will also find success in life is not achieved by surrendering but in standing firm in your resolve to push forward through the challenging times in your life and to remain standing.

Every storm will pass with time. You may not come through the storm without some bumps and bruises, but they will soon heal and you will find ourselves still standing.

What remains important as you whether the storms in your life, is to keep your goals and dreams as your beacon to guide you through the turbulences that you encounter.

The storms in your life can turn you away from your goals and dreams, with your persistence the tide will turn to your favor. It becomes your choice to remain on course to achieve your goals and dream.

When things get tight the tide will turn . . . . when you make the choice to change it.

Fear is a Negative Thought Pattern

Fear is a Negative Thought Pattern
“Of course people are afraid. But honestly facing
that fear, seeing it for what it is, is the only way
of putting it to rest .”
Edna Ferber 1885 - 1968, American Novelist, Short Story
Writer, and Playwright

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Fear is a negative thought pattern

Everyone at some point in there lives will experience fear. How you respond to those fears will determine the direction that your future will move in.

Fears become a death sentence for your minds . . . . and create negative thought patterns.

You have to look past your fears and remove them from your thoughts and your life. Replace the fears with a positive outlook for your future and see your future as productive and successful.

A fear is . . . . False Evidence Appearing Real . . . .

The only way that you can successfully control . . . . and overcome your fears is to face them head on.

A fear is a negative thought pattern that has to be replaced with a new positive thought pattern.

Facing your fears will take courage and will not always an easy process. You have to recognize and acknowledge your fears . . . . and make the decision to overcome then. That decision will change the course of your life. When you put your fears behind you, you will feel a weight being lifted off your shoulders.

Take corrective measures to overcome the fears and as you do you recapture the control of your life and your future. Then push the fears aside and move on.

Face your fears and you will be facing your future with breath of fresh air and with a positive can do attitude.

A fear is a negative thought pattern that has to be replaced with a new positive thought pattern.

Your Vision of Success

Motivational Power Quote

Your Vision of Success
“There is one practice that many of those who accomplished
things will admit they have indulged in, especially
during leaner years. They were able to picture themselves,
vividly as already attained their goals, and they retained
that image in their minds constantly, assuring themselves
again and again until they knew they would succeed.”
Dr. Marcus Bach, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your vision of success

There is a common trait in successful people they have . . . . a clear vision of success in their mind. They also understand what they will have to do to achieve success . . . . before they start their success journey.

Their vision keeps them focused on their goals . . . . and gives them the strength to overcome the obstacles they encounter along the way of their success journey.

Perseverance Will Overcome Almost Anything

Motivational Power Quote

Perseverance Will Overcome Almost Anything
The journey may be hard, exhausting, and frustrating . . .
But you can accomplish practically anything
if you persevere.”
Paul Lawrence, screen writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Perseverance will overcome almost anything

What is the difference between the people that succeeds . . . . and the one that fails?

What separates the person that stands in the winner’s circle of life . . . . and the one that watches?

The differences can be found in the word perseverance . . . . and in the attitude of I CAN DO IT and I Will DO IT. That person believes in themselves . . . . and in their heart they have the determination that they can and will succeed.

They will demonstrate their perseverance through the ups and downs . . . . and remain focused on their goals. If they get off course they adjust and on get back on track. If they get knocked down they will pick themselves up, dust themselves off and keep their eyes on their goals.

The person that has perseverance knows where they want to go . . . . and will act with a sense of purpose and with a sense of urgency to get there.

Perseverance will overcome almost anything . . . . When you combine with the belief in yourself and have an attitude of I CAN DO IT and I WILL DO IT your will find yourself SUCCESSFULLY DOING IT.

Breakdown the Walls of Resistance

Motivational Power Quote

Breakdown the Walls of Resistance
Resistance and obstacles crumble under the relentless
pressure of constant determined effort.”
Tracy Brinkman, writer and speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Breakdown the walls of resistance

You have been sailing along with everything going just fine and out of the blue - BANG - you hit a wall. You don’t create it, you didn’t anticipate it, but there it is right in front you.

When you first look at the wall it can look to be overwhelming with no hope of getting over it or resolving it. You can’t see a way to overcome it, and it looks to big to go around it.

It appears that the weight of the wall and its pressure will crush you.

A wall can be a condition, an obstacle or a gap in your thinking. That wall can become a game changer in your life in how we respond to it.

We all hit walls in our lives some bigger then others, but we all hit the wall at one time or another. If you become overwhelmed by the wall you lose the perspective on how to solve the issue and get wrapped up in the problem and not the solution and the weight will sink you.

Some walls that you hit can be resolved by adjusting your thinking and or your efforts. At other time it will take a sustained effort on your part to breakdown the walls of resistance.

When you hit the wall we can back up and say that the wall is overwhelming and throw your hands up in the air and give up. Or you can commit yourselves to breaking down the walls of resistance through a focus and sustained effort and time.

Apply relentless pressure to the wall until you breakdown the walls of resistance . . . . and the wall crumbles from your presistents.

The Bigger They Are - The Harder They Fall

Motivational Power Quote

The Bigger They Are - The Harder They Fall
“You don’t have to be
the biggest to beat the biggest.”
Ross Perot, entrepreneur

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The bigger they are - the harder they fall

We don’t have to be big to beat the biggest; we have the determination to do it.

We don’t have to be the strongest, we need to be smart and out think them.

We don’t have to be the fastest, we need to out plan them and out work them.

When they stand in the way, we need to out think them and get pass them ; we need to take the action and either to go over or around them.

The prize goes to the person that finds a way to stay persistent, when others say it can’t be done and find a way to gets it done.

The bigger they are – the harder they fall. When you’re facing a overwhelming obstacle there is a way to overcome them, want we look for solutions and take massive action to resolve the obstacle. The bigger they are – the harder they fall when we believe we can overcome the obstacles.
