Direction, is More Important Than Speed

Direction, is More Important Than Speed
“Speed is useful only important if you are running
In the right direction.”
Joel Barker, Future Edge

As I see it . . . . . . .
Direction, is more important than speed

I’m late; I’m late for an important date

“I’m late; I’m late for A very important date. No time to
say hello, good-bye, I’m late and when I wave, I lose
time, to save. My fuzzy ears and whiskers took
me too much time to shave. I run and I hop,
hop, hop, I wish that I could fly. There’s
danger id I dare to Stop and here’s the
reason why: I’m over-due, I’m in
 a rabbit stew. Can’t even
say good-bye,
Hello, I’m late, I’m late, I’m late.”

As sang by White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland

We all know people like White Rabbit . . . . There hurrying around from pillar to post leaving a trail of dust behind them. But they’re not going anywhere fast.

They’re moving as fast as they can go from task to task. There’s a lot of motion but there’s very little . . . . or no progress. They have all the balls in the air . . . . and will juggle as many as they can at any one time. But when everything is said . . . . and done juggling doesn't get things.

Positive focused activity . . . . gets things done.

It’s the direction that your success journey in moving in that’s important not the speed.

You will be judged on the quality of what you successfully complete . . . . and the quality of your work. Fast is not a substitute for quality and in most cases it will not create satisfied customers . . . . repeat business . . . . or referrals.

Your success journey is not about the speed of the success journey. It’s about the direction that you’re headed in and creates the stepping stones of successes along the way to achieve your goals.

Going fast may look good or feel good at the time . . . . but activity without a focused directions . . . . and quality results leaves a trail of unfulfilled promises. It will also take you off course to the point where it becomes very challenging to get back on track . . . . and to successfully move in the direction of achieving your goals.

When you focus on your objections . . . . and commit yourself to achieving them you will progress in the right direction.

I’m late; I’m late for an important date is not a substitute for quality.

Direction, is more important than speed.

Create and Keep Your Customers

Motivational Power Quote
Create and Keep Your Customers
“The purpose of business is to create and keep customers.”
Peter F. Drucker 1909 – 2005, American Management Consultant,
Educator and Author
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Create and keep your customers
The question is what is the purpose of business?
Most people will say that the purpose of business is profit.
I would say that profit is essential part of a successful business . . . . but not the number one purpose. A business that is focused solely on profit can very well miss what makes a business profitable.
A business can’t successfully sustain them self . . . . without a continued flow of customers.
The number one priority of any successful business . . . . are their customers.
A business that can create a satisfied customer base and maintains their base will grow in influence and their customers. That business will have an excellent opportunity to create a successful and profitable business.
The business that looks at their customers as being vital part of their business . . . . and they treat their customers as a precious resource finds success.
The business that focuses on the bottom line and profit first sees the customer . . . . as a tool in the profit making process. They will treat their customers as a commodity and put the company’s needs ahead of those of the customers.
The purpose of business . . . . is to create and keep your customers . . . .  maintaining . . . . and growing your satisfied customer base. What will
result are your satisfied customers . . . . will become a big part of your long term of the business.

Top priority in successful sales is

The top priority in successful sales is to create satisfied customers.

Rule numbers two if the customer is wrong refer back to rule number one.

The first rule of success is to create a customer citric business where the customer’s needs are the number one priority of the business relationship.

The Best Advertizing

Motivational Power Quote

The Best Advertizing
“If you do build a great experience,
customers tell each other about it.
word of mouth is very powerful.”
Jeff Bezos, CEO Amazon.com

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The best advertizing

Can’t be brought, the price involves both high and the cost low investment.

The best advertizing is word of mouth.

Once its earned people will give it freely, when it’s lost you can’t recapture it at any price.

The price is customer service and exceeding the customer’s expectations becomes the price of admission to success.

The cost of your success is your commitment and your follow through to exceed your customer’s expectations.

The best advertizing is the word of mouth of your satisfied customers.
