The customer is right

The golden rule of customer service . . . .  the customer is always right

Rule numbers two if the customer is wrong refer back to rule number one.

The first rule of success is to create a customer citric business where the customer’s needs are the number one priority of the business relationship.

A customer business citric creates a win –win business environment and satisfied customers.    

When the customer needs is the number priority of the business referrals and sales will follow.
