Your doing the right thing

Doing the right thing is a prerequisite to your continued business success.

People will judge you not on what you say you’re going to do. They will judge you on doing the right thing for the right reasons.

Building and expanding a referral based business is built on a platform of satisfied customers and on lasting business relationships. A successful referral based businesses is build on the psychology creating and nurturing an active sphere of influence. That sphere of influence is built one person at the time.

Every contact you have has the ability to create a raving fan . . . . or a missed opportunity.

Referrals are earned based on your performance. You have to meet and exceed a person’s expectations to be considered for a referral . . . .and by doing the right thing you put yourself into the position to earn the referral. 

It’s important others know that we’re doing the right thing. You can let them know through your actions . . . . your marketing . . . . your personal promotion . . . . And  by consistently  getting you message out to your target market.

In the long run one of best methods to utilize in getting your message out is through the use of testimonials. Third party endorsements for you and your services carry far more weight them saying the same thing yourself.

Telling a person that you’re doing the right thing has value. Having a third party endorsement in the form of a testimonial creates greater value. The statement becomes far more believable and accepted then making the same statement yourself.

To develop your full potential create a sphere of influence of happy and satisfied customers that would be willing to endorse you and freely referral to others.   

Let your actions become your calling card and let people know you’re doing the right thing.
