Look in a mirror; the value you see in yourself is the value that you reflect to others.

Before other place value in us, we have to see the value in ourselves.

You are a unique person with unique values. Believe in yourself, believe in the values your offer to others and value in yourself.

Before other respect us we have to respect ourselves.

Engage in positive self-talk see yourself the way you want to be and others to see you.

Our time becomes perishable once it passes its gone forever. Place a value on your time and others will respect your time.

Until we value ourselves and our time, nothing positive will happen with it.
