A diamond in the rough

A diamond is a beautiful gem that’s starts out as a chunk of carbon and in that form has very little value compared to a finish gem.

Under pressure and time the carbon is transformed into a rough diamond. We are a lot like that piece of carbon our character is formed under the pressures of life.

The person that we become is formed from how we respond to the pressures that we encounter on our success journey. We will become a diamond in the rough or remain a chunk of carbon.

To create the unique value of a rough diamond it has to be cut and polished. 

To create our unique value we have continually polished our skills and remind focused under pressure.

Much like a diamond our value increases as we withstand the pressures of life and polish our success skills.

With time and effort we can move from being a diamond in the rough and we can become a polished gem in our career.

Time is not only a gift is a precious resource.

We have all the time that is; the only time that we have is the moment that where’re in.

Time can’t be replaced; once time has passed it can never be retrieved or replaced.

Either we invest our time in productive endeavors or waste it, what we do with our time is a choice. The choice we make becomes the difference between success and failure.

The best use of your time is to invest it wisely. Investing your time becomes an annuity returning a dividend on the investment you made.

Treat your time as a precious resource and your time will be treat you well.

The quality of our character is in our hands

We are responsible for the quality our character

The quality of a person’s life is formed in their values and in their character.

There is only one person that’s responsible for formation of our character and that reasonability is in our hands. We decide on the direction of our life and the person that we will become. The decisions that we make today will form our tomorrows and become the foundation of our character.

When it comes right down to it we are responsible for the quality of our character. That character will not be judged by us, our character will be judged by the people that we come in contact with.  

The quality of our character is in our hands and we a hand in shaping it every day.
