When You Look at a Door . . . . What Do You See?

When You Look at a Door . . . . What Do You See?
“When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but
after we look to long at the closed door we do see
the one which has been open for us.”
Helen Keller 1880 - 1968, American Author,
Political Activist and Lecture

As I see it. . . . . . . .
When you look at a door . . . . What Do You See?

Do you seen that when one door closes a new door will opens?

The door of happiness is there for you to open. You will see it when you look for it . . . . and believe it’s there for you to open. When you see the door of happiness, have the courage to open it . . . . and to step through it.

When one door of happiness closes move on . . . . and look for a new door to open.

Don’t spend your time in the past looking at the door that has closed.

Living in the past serves no positive purpose . . . . and you are looking in the wrong direction. When you’re looking in the wrong direction . . . .  and you’ll miss the opportunities that are there for you today.

Keep you mind and eyes open for the new doors to open . . . . and you’ll find them. When one door closes a new door will open.

When you look at a door . . . . What do you see? As to what you see . . . . will determine what you will do.

Self Pity is Trap and Your Worst Enemy
“Self pity is our worst enemy, and if we yield to it,
we can never do anything good in the world.”
Helen Keller 1880 -1968, American Author. Political
Activist, Lecturer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Self pity is trap and your worst enemy

Self pity becomes a trap of the mind that poisons your attitude . . . . and moves us into the dark world of negative thinking . . . . Negative actions . . . .  and negative results.

If you yield to self pity you become involved in an endless downward spiral. This spiral can throw your lives into a tailspin where things get out of control . . . . and makes it seem as if there is no way out.

When you become involved in challenging situations never yield to self pity, focus forward and move on.

We have to resist self pity with all of our strength we maintain positive thinking about the condition and stay focused on solutions, not self pity.

Self pity is a trap and your worst enemy . . . . Positive thinking and focused efforts are your friends.

Your Happiness Will Come From Within

Motivational Power Quote

Your Happiness Will Come From Within
Be happy. Talk happiness.
Happiness calls out responsive gladness in others.
There is enough sadness in the world without yours,
never doubt the excellence and permanence
of what is yet to be.
Join the great company of those who make
the barren place of life fruitful with kindness.
Your success and happiness lie in you.
The great enduring realities are love and service.
Resolve to keep happy and your joy and
you shall form an invincible host against difficulties.”
Helen Keller 1882 – 1968, American Author,
Political Activist, Humanitarian, Lecturer,
Presidential Medal of Freedom

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your happiness will come from within

Some people choose to be happy . . . . and look at the things in their life from the prospective of a positive prism. It not that happy people experience less challenges in their lives in reality they don’t. They just choose to make . . . . the most out of their lives and to be happy. You see another person that’s happy and you say to yourself; that the person must be happy because they have less stress in their life and they have not experienced setbacks and failure in their life. Which is also not true, happiness is not the result of the person’s circumstances. Happiness comes within the person not in conditions.

Having money doesn’t bring lasting happiness . . . .  we all know people that are financially well off and are not happy. We also know people who are not wealthy and are very happy.

So what creates happiness?

Happiness COMES FROM WITHIN the person . . . . Not IN material things.  A person has to be first happy with them self before they can be happy with the people in their lives.

Happy people encounter setbacks and failure like everyone else. The big difference with a happy person . . . . is the way they look at things and how they respond to the conditions that come into their lives.

They will look at conditions as temporary.

They will evaluate the conditions that they encounter to determine what’s important. In addition they will evaluate what’s under their control to determine the outcome . . . . and what’s the order of the priorities.  But they will take an addition step . . . .  they will evaluate what can be left undone without negatively affecting the overall outcome.

Happy people don’t buckle under to the conditions that they encounter or to pressures. They are focused on successful results . . . . and they being that philosophy to their life and relationships.

Happy people attract happiness into life through the way they think . . . . and by staying in control of their emotions. You will find that your emotions come from within . . . . and those emotions are then expressed in your relationships and your actions. You will either allow the emotions of happiness to grow within you or to let it shrivel and fade away . . . . and be replaced be the emotion of unhappiness.

Your happiness will come from within . . . . and your positive emotions will bring it to the surface.

What is the Meaning of True Happiness?

Motivational Power Quote

What is the Meaning of True Happiness?
“Many people have a wrong idea of what
constitutes true happiness. It is not
attained through self – gratification
but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.”
Helen Keller 1882 - 1965, author and activist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What is the meaning of true happiness?

A person with clear set of goals . . . . will have a purpose. Their goals may be challenging for them to achieve. But they will find the satisfaction . . . . in pursuing and achieving their goals.

They will find their passion in the pursuing their . . . . and the meaning of true happiness in the achievement of their goals.

True happiness is not in the having . . . . but is found in the pursuit of achieving their goals.

What is the meaning of true happiness . . . . it will be found in having a purpose.

Rise Above the Masses

Motivational Power Quote

Rise Above the Masses
“One can never consent to creep
when one feels an impulse to soar.”
Helen Keller, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Rise above the masses

Dare to be great and to achieve your fill full your full potential.

Rise above the masses do a little more than expected of you. Do it better then you have in the past push yourself to move above the masses.

When there is there mountain to climb prepare yourself for the climb and start your journey with a commitment to reach the top.

Make today a day the day that you go a little farther and reach a little higher. With each step you take you separate yourself from the masses. As you separate yourself from the masses the air will lift you and begin to soar.

Daring to be great is to step away from the status quo and to push yourself and your limits to become better then you were yesterday. With continued incremental improvement you will move from where you are today and to rise above the masses and standout.
