Have Faith In Yourself and Push Your Limits

Have Faith In Yourself and Push Your Limits
“I had ambition not only to go farther than any man
had ever been before, but as far as it was possible
for a man to go.”
James R. Cook, explorer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Have faith in yourself and push your limits

There are two types of limits that will affect you as we travel through your life’s journey. Those that are imposed on you by others based on their limited beliefs . . . . and those that you impose on yourself.

You will meet two types of people on your success journey. One type will be the type of person that will encourage you to push your limits to the max . . . . and challenge you to stretch yourself to reach for greater success.

This group of people wants to see you succeed and will be there to encourage you and they will be there to push you when you need a push. Also they will be there for you when you need a helping hand. You will identify them as you family, friends, coworkers, coaches, mentors, managers and the special people in your life.

They’re the people who really care about you and want to see you succeed. They are ready to stand behind the scenes and be there for you. They will contribute to your success and they also may be a positive difference in your life.

There is also another group of people that have a small and narrow mind . . . . and become jealous when someone succeeds. When they see someone succeed they will say that the person was lucky and when someone fails they’re the first one to speak up and say that they known that the person couldn’t do it.

They belittle someone success and gloat when someone fails. There neither a friend nor mentor . . . . they are an anchor that’s trying to weight you down and watch you sink.

They will never encourage anyone and more then likely will tell a person why something can’t be done.  They take pleasure in trying to discourage you ideas and will make an extra effort to try to hold you back.

As much as you’re affected by outside sources the on your success journey the person that has the most influence your success and the direction of your life . . . . is you.

You will either push yourself to push your limits . . . . Or you will convince yourself that something can’t be done . . . . and take what life hands you.

Success is not found in the status quo of walking in someone’s footprints but in blazing a new path and putting down your own footprints where others have not walked before. Success is found when you have the faith in yourself and to push your limits.
