The sense of fear is a reaction to a circumstance that we find ourselves in. Controlling fear is essential to finding a situation and removing fear from our thoughts.
Fear can paralyze our thinking and our ability to act.
We have to have the courage to recognize our fear and make the commitment to work though the fear, risk the unknown to find resolution to the fear and move on.
