Waiting Around for Something to Happen

Waiting Around for Something to Happen
“So what do we do? Anything – something, so long as we
don’t just sit there. If we screw it up start over, try
something else. If we wait until we’re satisfied
all the uncertainties, it may to late.”
Lee Iacocca, Former Chairman of Chrysler

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Waiting around for something to happen

When there something that has to be done, step back take a look at what it is that has to be done. Determine what you’re going to have to do to get it done . . . . and then just do it.

Don’t sit there waiting around for something to just happen by itself, step up . . . . and do what has to been done.

There will never be a perfect time to do something . . . . Do what has to be done now . . . . and then do the best you can with the circumstances that you find yourself in.

Things can often not work out as you planned. In those times you have to stay strong adjust your plan . . . . and try again using the experienced that you have gained in the setback.

Life is not perfect so when life hands you a lemon . . . . it will be up to you to make lemonade.

Don’t wait for success . . . . waiting causes frustration . . . . and can lead to marginal decision making and moves success out of your reach.

Don’t sit around waiting . . . . Take decisive action now with the determination to create successful results.

Be Willing to Risk a Mistake in Order to Succeed

Be Willing to Risk a Mistake in Order to Succeed
“A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable,
but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.”
George Bernard Shaw 1856 - 1950, Irish playwright,
Co-Founder of the London School of Economics

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be willing to risk a mistake in order to succeed

Be willing to take a risk of making mistakes in order to succeed.

You’ll find successful people made mistakes on their success journey. But they use their mistakes as a building block experience to learn . . . . and grow. They will learn from their mistakes . . . . and they make every effort not to repeat the mistake in the future.

What becomes paramount with successful people is they won’t dwell on their mistakes. They move forward and focus on their success journey. They also take the next step of  putting their mistakes behind them.

You are far better off to be willing to risk a mistake . . . . rather than spend your lives waiting and playing it safe . . . . and spending a lifetime of doing nothing.

Don’t Put Things Off

   Motivational Power Quote

Don’t Put Things Off

“If you put off everything till
you’re sure of it,
you’ll get nothing done.”
Norman Vincent Peale, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t put things off.

If you’re waiting until you sure of everything you wouldn’t get anything done.

If you wait until you’re sure of everything before you start, you’ll make a decision of no action.

Circumstances seldom ever exist were everything is aligned to take action. You have to move forward with the best information that you have.

Moving forward has a calculated risk attached to it, good judgment is required to go forward and minimize the risk.

Not action creates the risk of getting nothing done or falling behind.

Don’t put things off, do the best you can with what you have.
