The Goal of Education

Motivational Power Quote

The Goal of Education
“The function of education is to
teach one to think intensively
and to think critically,
intelligence plus character-
that is the goal of true education.”
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The goal of education . . . .

True education prepares a person to successful function and complete in life and to develop the social skills to effectively interact with others.

There are multiple parts to effective education.

There needs to be a teacher willing to educate and mentor the student to the best of their ability and being out the best in the student

The student needs to be a receptive and is willing to open their mind to education and the application of that knowledge.

But most important for the education of the younger generation are the parents.

The parents need to be there to encourage their children to learn and recognize their full potential to full fill their destiny. Parents are critical in supporting the education process for their children and become an active participant in their education.

Where there is no effective education there is no progress in a person’s life and person’s life become unfulfilled.

An educated person has the advantage of knowledge, skills and gains the advantage of confidence.

Continued Incremental Improvement

  Motivational Power Quote

Continued Incremental Improvement

“Only those who constantly retool themselves
stand a chance of staying employed in the years ahead.”
Tom Peters, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Continued incremental improvement . . . . becomes critical to stay completive in a completive world and business.

Retooling ourselves and sharpening our skills is required to stay ahead in your field. Professionals who retool themselves will carve out a distinct business advantage.

The choice is clear retool ourselves and move forward with confidence or stay as we are and fall behind.

We retool ourselves by committing to daily incremental improvement in our attitude, in our business and in our social skills. At first the improvement isn’t always noticeable over time the different become enormous and will separate us from those who elected to stay the same.

Retool and thrive.
