Success is a Journey of Endurance

Success is a Journey of Endurance
“First say to yourself what you will be; and then do,
what you have to do. Life is a grindstone, whether it
wears you down or polishes you up depends
on what you are made of.”
Zig Ziglar 1926 – 2012, American Author,
Salesman and Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Success is a journey of endurance

Your success journey starts with a vision that you have for the future and the first step in the right direction.

Your dreams for the future . . . . see the things that you want to accomplish. Let those visions become crystal clear in their mind on what they are . . . . and on what you want accomplish.

Even with a crystal clear vision . . . . success can remain elusive. Why?

A dream remains a dream of what can be. It not until you decide to take action on your dreams . . . . will anything positive happen to live them. The moment that you take positive action on your dreams . . . . you start your success journey to fulfill your dreams.

Once you decide to take action on your dreams . . . . you have to create a road map to achieve your desired results.  Turn your dreams into written goals with a timeline to achieve them. Your goals become an effective way to measure your forward progress . . . . They create the mile markers to keep you moving in the right direction.

Written goals can make all the difference on your success journey hitting its mark.

Having written goals create a sense of purpose in your days . . . . and in your activities. The closer your goals are aliened with your activities the steadier your success journey will become.
Control the use of your time . . . . and the energy that you’re put into your days. Focus your activities on the actions that will move you forward and closer to your fulfilling your goals and dreams.

Wasting your time and energy moves you further away from your dreams and leaves you with a feeling of exhaustion being unfulfilled.

Your success journey will experience many twists and turns along the way some creating an expressway and some creating a detour. No matter what conditions you face on your success journey . . . . Your conditions become temporary conditions that you’re able to adjust to or work around when you have written goals and a plan to guide you.

You have to remain focused on your objectives . . . . and many times your success journey becomes a journey of endurance. Stay strong . . . . stays focused . . . . and keep moving forward.

Success is a journey is a journey of endurance . . . . not an expressway.

People Will Try to Rain on Your Parade

People Will Try to Rain on Your Parade
“Great spirit has always encounter violent opposition
from mediocre minds .”
Albert Einstein 1860 – 1955, German-Born Theoretical
Physicist, Developed the General Theory of Relativity

As I see it. . . . . . . .

People will try to rain on your parade

It’s your parade and your dream to live . . . .  Don’t let anyone bring clouds into your life . . . . and rain on your parade.

You’re never too young or to old to live your dream. Your dream is waiting for you to reach out and grasp it.

There no barriers to living your dream . . . . or to succeed except those that are self-imposed.

But I will caution you that people will come into your life that will see your dream differently than you do. They will attempt to break your spirit and shutter your dreams. If you have a bubbling passion to fill full your dream, they are there to bust your bubble and to kill your spirit.

The only way that anyone can bust your bubble is with your permission. Hold firm on the vision of your dream and if they insist on trying to bust your bubble have them take there excellence into someone else’s life.

Build your associations with the people that will mentor you and  bring a positive influence into your life and don’t let people rain on your parade.

People will try to rain on your parade . . . . Keep you dream alive in your spirit . . . . and move away from the naysayers that come into your live.

Motivational Power Quote

Stick With Your Good Ideas
Get a good idea and stay with it. Dog it, and
work at it until it’s done, and done right.”
Walt Disney 1901 – 1966, Entrepreneur, Film Producer,
Director, Screenwriter, Philanthropist,

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Stick with your good ideas

Even the best ideas need work . . . . to bring them to the surface and to get the best out of them.

When you have a good idea . . . . ask yourself what if and why don’t?

Work your idea, look at it from difference viewpoints, be flexible and make adjustments to make it better. Stick with your good ideas and keep them alive.

When your idea is worth dreaming about it worth achieving . . . . go after your idea with a driving force and achieve it. Keep the fires of your idea burning brightly in your mind . . . . And use that light to follow you dreams and your idea.

Walt Disney had a great idea and turned that idea into a successful enterprise. Take your good idea into a lifetime of riches and fulfillment.

Stick with your good ideas . . . . until your ideas becomes your guiding light.

Motivational Power Quote

It’s How You Remember It
“Some folks never exaggerate
they just remember big.”
Audrey Snead, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

It’s how you remember it

The moments in your life flash by and many times they seem like world wind. Your moments are not record on a video but they’re recorded in your thoughts. You have an automatic rewind in your thoughts and that how we remember it.

Time passes as well as the moments of your life. But the way you remember it will in your thoughts and that’s the way it happened lives within you for a lifetime.

As time goes by time it makes things appear to become bigger in your memory become clearer in your thoughts. You remember things in terms of moments and flashes into the past.

The way you remember may have gotten bigger over time in your memories, but that the way you remember it. You will also erase things from your memory that you don’t want to revisit in your thoughts.

You live your life in the moments and remember then in many small details.

Dare to live a full rich life one full of memories. And you’ll relive those memories throughout your life in your thoughts. Dare to dream big and dare to remember big and you’ll have a lifetime of memories to relive.

You create your memories and its how you remember it that will stay with you.
