Learn the rules and play to win

Games have rules . . . . without a clear understanding of the rules it becomes almost impossible to play the game with any effectiveness and there is little likelihood of winning.

The rules become the guidelines . . . . on the way the game is played.

If your objective is to play the game competitively you have to learn the rules.

Once you learn the rules of the game . . . . and have a strong understand on the way the game is played you increase the odds of winning the game.

Learning the rules . . . . and mastering the game creates a competitive advantage. Learning the game . . . . and playing the game better than your opponents creates the winners edge.

Learn the rules . . . . and then to master the rules.

Throughout your life you are learning the rules. To be competitive in your profession you have to first learn the rules and to become competitive you have to master the rules. To succeed you have to learn to play by the rules better than your competition.

Learn the rules and play to win.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you listen with your eyes

The person that gathers the most information in a conversation is in control of the communication. 93%of all communication is non-verbal the person who listens with their eyes receives far more information then a person who is listening with only their ears.

Listening with you eyes takes patience's and practice. Most people are so anxious to speak. They don’t pay attention to what’s being said . . . . and even less attention to the non-verbal signals the person is sending.

Proactively listen to the other person by engaging them in the conversation. By listening to them about 80% of the time and speaking with them with a purpose and asking question about 20% of the time you will gather useful information. Proactive listening will open up the flow of communications . . . . and relax the person that you’re communicating with.  

As they relax their non-verbal communications will open up as well.

If you listen with your eyes their non-verbal communications will give you an insight to their real thoughts what they are trying to communicate.     

When you to listen with your eyes . . . . your commutations will go to a higher level of understanding and will become far more effective.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

People will try to rain on your parade

It’s your parade and your dream to live . . . .  Don’t let anyone bring clouds into your life . . . . and rain on your parade.

You’re never too young or to old to live your dream. Your dream is waiting for you to reach out and grasp it.

There no barriers to living your dream . . . . or to succeed except those that are self-imposed.

But I will caution you that people will come into your life that will see your dream differently than you do. They will attempt to break your spirit and shutter your dreams. If you have a bubbling passion to fill full your dream, they are there to bust your bubble and to kill your spirit.

The only way that anyone can bust your bubble is with your permission. Hold firm on the vision of your dream and if they insist on trying to bust your bubble have them take there excellence into someone else’s life.

Build your associations with the people that will mentor you and  bring a positive influence into your life and don’t let people rain on your parade.

People will try to rain on your parade . . . . Keep you dream alive in your spirit . . . . and move away from the naysayers that come into your live.

Your Persistence’s Is the Key to Successful Results

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your persistence is the key the key to successful results

You see the task in front of you and it may look like an expressway to success . . . . or it may look overwhelming without any possible solutions.

The question becomes how to you take the task at hand and bring it to a successful conclusion.  It not the size of the task or it’s intensity that creates the success or the failure in creating the desired outcome.

It’s your persistence’s to move in the right direction.

Many small tasks that can successfully be completed quickly . . . . fall apart. Why; not because they’re complex but because of the lack persistence’s to reach a successful outcome in the small details.

Yet you see tasks that are overwhelming and that will take an extended period of time to successfully complete. Where you see a person with persistence jump on the task like a tiger . . . . and stay with it until they achieve success.

The difference is the person with the overwhelming task; made the commitment to see the task through to a successful conclusion and remained focus on the outcome . . . . and remains persistence in their efforts.

At times the thin slice of difference between a successful outcome and failure is in the person’s persistence’s to see the task through to a successful conclusion.

Your persistence’s is the key to s successful outcome . . . . stay persistent and stay on purpose and to achieve a successful outcome.

Change the thinking – change the results

The way you think has been the foundation that you have built your life on. If you’re not satisfied with the foundation that you currently have it’s time to take positive action to change your thinking. It’s time to build a new and stronger foundation to support the weight of your future.

The current level of our thinking can be inhibiting your progress and in achieving your goals. Change your thinking – change your results.

Review your goals and if you’re off track look at your goals in the context of what you really want to accomplish. If you have a crystal clear vision of your goals “they are a must in your life.” Change your thinking and you’ll change your results. Stretch your thinking and your efforts to achieve your goals . . . . and you will change the results.

Focus on creating new results.  

Whatever you achieve in life will first be achieved in your thinking; stretch the mental muscles of your mind . . . . and you will expand your thinking and your possibilities.
