Listening is the foundation to having . . . . an intelligent . . . . and proactive conversation. 

To listen is to learn. To listen is to communicate . . . . to communicate is to exchange information, ideas and concepts. To listen is to understand . . . . to listen is to inspire.

To listen is at the heart of a productive conversation.

Listening is . . . . the find art of showing respect to the person who is speaking.

Hearing is a passive activity . . . . listening is a proactive art. Active listening creates trust and confidence and will build rapport.

Listening is the bedrock of the Art of Persuasion.

Studies show that empathic listening is one of the best ways to communicate . . . . and to establish and maintain rapport with the person that your communicate with.
