One of the most valued resources that a business can have is the understanding the magical formula of business success. A successful business recognizes . . . . that their most prized resource in their business is people.

The businesses past and present customers and the people who work within the company’s business are highly prized resources for the business. They are what a successful will build it’s future on. The relationship that a business has with both groups of people will create the thin slice of success for the business or a downward spiral.

Successful businesses create a loyal and happy customer base. They have a comprehensive customer care initiatives to enhance their business and to maintain their customers at a high level. They listen to their customers and handle customer care issues in a timely manner.

In part the magical formula of business success is creating a reason for the customer to return to you business and to continue to use the business products and services. The business makes their customers feel important. They will treat their customers as a guest of the business and apply an exceptional level of customer service.  

A successful business will never take a customer for granted. They recognize that their satisfied customers of the past will return as future customers and freely refer the businesses products and services to other when their experiences have been exceptional.

The people who are affiliated with the business or employees have the capacity to make or break a business relationship with the customers. Every person in the business that has an involvement in customer care process . . . . becomes responsibility for creating satisfied customers.

The business that treats the people in their business as a valuable resource and with respect will build their business from the inside out.
