The golden rule of customer service . . . . is the customer is always right. 

Rule number one is the customer is always right

Rule numbers two if the customer is wrong refer back to rule number one.

The first rule of success is to create a customer citric business where the customer’s needs are the number one priority of the business relationship.

A customer business citric creates a win –win business environment and satisfied customers.   

When the customer needs is the number priority of the business referrals and sales will follow.
