It’s all about how you see things.
Two people standing side by side and look at exactly the same thing; yet what they describe to you is completely different.
They are both looking at the same thing, but they see things through different prospective.
It’s important to understand what our customers are seeing, for many times what we are seeing is different then our customers see.
It’s all about how you see things . . . . try to see things through the eyes of your customers.
