When you look back at your past take your positive experiences, enjoy the memories and use them as a positive spring broad into your future.

If you’re looking back into the past in terms of negative experience use the memories for a positive learning experience. Look at the experience and what when wrong, what you will do difference in the future to eliminate negatives thought from your future.

Carrying too much of our past with you drains your energy in things that are now history. Use your energy today for the things that will have a positive effect on your future.

Focus your efforts on productive activities today and as a result those activities will make the most of your day and become the resources for your tomorrows.
