Happiness is a choice and happiness is a journey, we won’t wake up one day and find ourselves to be happy. Happiness is the accumulation of many moments in our life and learning to enjoy the moments.

When we feel happiness we are enjoying and feeling the emotion of happiness.

That times our life’s journey may be challenging find happiness in your ability to cope with your challenges.  At other times it will feel like our life is an expressway and thing are all coming our way.
