Your time is at your discretion it’s your choice on how that time will be used. You can choose to invest your time in productive activities that will move you in the direction of your goals or you can waste your time.
When your time is invested in positive activities you feel good about yourself and what you’re doing. Your activities seem to flow easily and you become increasingly productive.
