Don’t ruin today.
Our past is history and what has occurred can’t be changed.
The future as yet to come and is an unknown.
We live in the present, and our actions today will influence our future.
Worrying about the past can not change the past but can ruin today.
Worrying about our future burdens us today on unknown future events that may or may not ever occur. Make the most of your day, be proactive in your actions and positive in your thinking.
When problems occurs take action to resolve the issue. Worrying will only compound the problem without resolution to the issue.
Don’t ruin today by worrying about things that are out of your control. Focus you efforts on what you can control and take the best actions that you can take to resolve the issue and put it behind you.
