The Florida Realtor Institute is the exclusive source of the GRI Designation in Florida. Realtors and Realtor Associates earn the designation after successfully completing three comprehensive real estate courses. To earn the GRI Designation, ALL Three courses must be completed within a five year period from the date the first course is completed. This provision includes students who have completed part of their course work out of state.
THE GRI DESIGNATION - Graduate Realtor Institute - is the nation's #1 real estate designation and is available only to Members of NAR. It is earned through state associtiations whose Realtor Institute courses meet the standards established by NAR.
