The life that you imagined is there for you to live. You have to have the faith in yourselves to pursue your dreams with passion and work to achieve your vision.

The difference in achieving your dream is in your personal beliefs. We have to believe in yourselves and have the sense certainty that you will achieve your dream.

Believe in yourself and stay on your course and don’t allow anyone derail your success journey or to take your dreams away from you.

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your attitude determines how you think about a problem . . . . Makes all the difference

The person that thinks a problem is overwhelming and not resolvable makes the problem not resolvable in their mind and their actions will be a reflection of their thinking.

They will approach the problem with an attitude that the problem can not be resolved and that’s exactly what happens.  They don’t resolve the problem and problem remain unsettled and the weight of the problem becomes a burden that they continue to carry as a result of their thinking.   

The person that’s facing a problem who has a positive attitude will think of ways to resolve the problem and will focus on solutions. They will take the steps to successfully bring the problem to a successful conclusion.

When their solutions are not working they adjust and take a new approach to solving the problem until they find the right solution. They will remain focused on the solutions not the problem.

The difference in solving a problem is in the successful person’s thinking and attitude.

They have a positive can do attitude in resolving the problem. They have the conviction that they will successfully resolve the problem and that exactly what they do. They resolve the problem and move on.

When we are faced with a problem your thinking and your attitude determines how you see the problem, how handle it and how we resolve the problem.

You will encounter many varied circumstances on your success journey.

Some of your circumstances will come as events that will booster your career and success journey and move you in the direction of goals. Other circumstances will bring turbulence into your life.

Your true character comes to the surface in the way you respond to your circumstances. You will not always able to control the circumstances that come into your lives, but we are able control the way we respond to your circumstances.  

Your character is developed and tested in challenging times, as well as in your successes.

Your character reveals who you really are when you are tested by your challenges and how you handle your success. The person that remains focused on solutions when they are challenged will find a way to successfully navigate their challenges and find the best solution. The person that experience success and realizes success is a milestone on their success journey and remains focused on the big picture will grow and achieve greater success.

Your circumstances are temporary conditions on your success journey and can shift like the wind. It’s how you respond to your circumstances that impact your life and future.

Your character is developed in the way you respond to the circumstances in your life and how you respond to your circumstances reveal your true character and who you really are.

You goals set a measurable target and you are able to track their progress on their success journey.  Your internal GPS will guide you to follow the path to your goals and you will have your eyes on your destination.

Establishing written goals create a purpose and destination for your success journey. Your written success plan will create the road map to your destination and will keep you on the right course to achieve your goals.

Being concerned about crossing a bridge before you come to it creates unneeded stress and anxiety on something that may never come to be.

Focus on the things that are important in your life and your energy and time will be used in an effective manner.

Stay focused on the things at hand not on things that may never be.

You are responsible for your actions and the results: don’t allow other define your actions, your results or interfere with your success journey.

Set your standards high and above other people’s options and you will standout and stand above their options.

You control your success and set the standards high for your success. Don’t allow others to define your success through their negative attitude. Be your own person and create positive relationships with the people that will encourage and mentor you to succeed.

Eliminate your negative relationships.

Don’t allow others to define you in the negative, for they are small people with small minds with an option and their option only counts in their own mind.

Stay in control of your debt

Don’t contract new debt when you’re already in debt unless you have a productive purpose for the funds.

Debt will bury you into a downward spiral and by adding new debt on top of your existing debt you will move deeper into that downward spiral of financial insecurity.

A person, a business or a country needs to control their debt. You have to have a system and the ability to pay the debt off in a reasonable time. If debt is not paid off you jeopardize your future and the future of the people you care for.  

When we take on new debt you have to have the income and a budget and a plan to pay off both the old and the new debt.

Studies have shown that there are two kind of debt. One which you will call good debt and the other is bad debt.

When we create good debt; the debt has a purpose and a plan to use the money in an affective manner for an investment, grow your business, buy a home and the list goes on. That money will grow and be repaid.

Bad debt has no productive purpose; you barrow the money to make you feel good or to buy something that you don’t need.  

In essences the money produces no real value in your life.  

Don’t accumulate new debt unless you have a plan to use for a productive purpose. 

Stay in control of your debt and you stay in control your life.

Conflict needs willing participates to continue, without the participation the conflict fades away.

When you’re faced with conflict find the best solution to the issues; and work to find the best mutual resolution to the conflict and put the conflict behind you.

Be cautious of the person that tries to draw you into a conflict. They are intentionally trying to disrupt you and bring conflict into your life. They are controllers by nature and enjoy the conflict and trying to light someone up.

People take great joy in instigating conflict. Don’t be baited into a conflict or continuing a conflict and by all means don’t be intimidated.

Work your way through a conflict by focusing on solution and move on.

The only way that there will conflict is if you become a willing participate in it.

Conflict needs two people or more to start or continue.  The best course of action is don’t be one of them.

Learn to adapt to conflict and to navigate a successful solution while others are caught up in the disagreement of the conflict. You will grow stronger as a result of their conflict resolution skills.

When you have good conflict resolution skills your skills will separate from the masses and you and your services will be in demand.  Those skills are invaluable in every aspect of our business and life.

When you’re facing a conflict look at it as a temporary condition and look at it with the confidence that you can find the solution.

It’s far better to stand along then to associate with someone that will diminish our reputation.
