Set the standard for who you want to be. Set your standards high . . . . and set your standard to stand out . . . . and not to fit in.

Many people will say to you fit in . . . .and be just like me. Move above the fit in like me thinking . . . . and move into I will stand out zone. Be the best you that you can be . . . . and stand out.

There are people that spend their lives trying to fit in . . . . and living by other people’s standards. They are comfortable in being around the people like them . . . . and they will try to influence you to fit in . . . . and be just like them.

When you fit in you give up your individually . . . . And conform to someone’s standards of who they think you are . . . . and who you should be.

With the belief that you were meant to be the best you that can be . . . . Set your standards high and not to fit in and you will come to realize that you were born to stand out.

As I see it . . . . . . .

It may not work

When you buy into the premise that something will not work . . . . you create a self fulfilling prophecy of it not working.

What you believe to be true in your thinking . . . . becomes true through your actions.

There is no such thing as . . . . as a such thing. And you see this in every aspect of life and in the business world.

When you have the passion and determination in an undertaking . . . . you can drive it home and into a success by the sheer force of your will.

It may not work . . . . is covering your butt before you start a task and creates an easy way out if it doesn’t work. Using it may work also is a sign that your not commitment to successful outcome.

A business professional that’s committed to find a way and to succeed . . . . will find a way. They will become . . . . a successful business professional and move to the forefront of their profession. The person that comes to the table with it may not work . . . . lives with their belief.

The difference between what is possible and what is not possible is fundamentally in your thinking. What a person believes . . . . is the foundation for their actions.

When a person believes it to be possible in their thoughts they will pursue what they believe with passion . . . . and will go through brick walls to create successful results.

Believe that you have a gift  

You were born with a special gift. That gift is deep within you . . . . waiting to be released. If you want that gift to see the light of day . . . . you will be the only person that can release that gift.

With each of us that gift is released when we have the perseverance to look inward to find it . . . . and have the confidence it in ourselves to release it. 

Your gift won’t jump out at you.

You have to acknowledge the fact to yourself that you have a gift and to nurture it to the surface by having the belief in yourself and in your ability.

The gift will only see the light of the day when you believe in yourself and make the commitment to release your gift. Pursue your gift with passion until it comes to the surface and turn it into a cutting edge advantage.
