Putting off Living

Putting off Living
“One of the most tragic things I know about human nature
Is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all
dreaming of some magical rose garden over the
horizon – instead of enjoying the roses that are
blooming outside our widows today.”
Dale Carnegie, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Putting off living.

Dream about your future as you would like it to be then go out . . . . and work hard to achieve the future you want.

Be appreciative for what you have . . . . and be willing to work for the things you want.

Live each day to its fullest . . . . and work at making your tomorrows a better day.

As you dream about the future look around you . . . .  be thankful for the people and enjoy the things that you have in your life.

Enjoy living in the present as you pursue your dreams with the determination to live them.

When you get up each day be thankful for what you have in your life . . . . and say to yourself putting off living is not a option.

Differentiate Yourself to Standout
“There are four ways and only four ways, in which we have
contact with the world. We are evaluated and classified
by those four contacts; what we do, how we look,
what we say, and how you say it.”
Dale Carnegie 1888 - 1955, Best Selling Author and
Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Differentiate yourself to standout

You are evaluated by four methods contacts that you have with people.

The world will look at you and evaluate you by:

What you do . . . .  Are you meeting and exceeding expectations?

How we look . . . . Do you reflect a professional business image?

What we say . . . . Do we have the expertise to speak with authority in your chosen profession?

How we say it . . . . Are you an effective communicator . . . . and sensitive to how you speak with others?

There is a thin slice of difference between how someone evaluating you as the professional and if they would want to business with. Your customers will make the decision that they will either do business with you in fulfilling their real estate needs . . . . or look for an alternative choice.

Set higher a standard and differentiate yourself to standout and your difference will be recognized and you will be in demand.

Take a Chance and Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

Take a Chance and Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
“Take a chance! All life is a chance. The man who goes
farthest is generally the one who is willing
to do and dare.”
Dale Carnegie 1888 -1955, Bestselling Author and
Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .

Take a chance and step out of your comfort zone

All of life becomes a chance! If we want to move into the winner’s circle of life we have to step out of our comfort zone and take a chance.

You have to be willing to step outside of what you have always done and step in the possibility zone. In the possibility zone you will find new doors to open . . . . and new opportunities.

It takes courage to leave the safety of your comfort zone behind you and to change your life and your future. You first have to decide that you want change in your life and then to take the leap of faith to make the changes happen.

Your life can be anything that choose to make it. To make it what you want it to be, you have to take a chance and step out of your comfort zone . . . . and take a chance for a more productive future.

The Number One Element of a Sale is Emotion

Motivational Power Quote

The Number One Element of a Sale is Emotion
When dealing with people remember you are not dealing
with creatures of logic, but with creates of emotion.”
Dale Carnegie, author and self-help expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The number one element of a sale is emotion

The overwhelming number one element in the purchasing process is the customer’s emotions.

The customer’s emotions will build into a ground swell. They will make the decision to purchase based on their emotions and later justify their decision with logic.

The customer who decides not to purchase uses their negative emotions to justify their decision in not purchasing.

To successfully conclude a transaction you have to connect with the customer and appeal to their positive emotions to create the value and benefits in the product or services being purchased.

Where you fail to create positive emotions with the customer there will be no successful business or lasting professional relationship. Without the customers having an emotional attachment to the purchase they create a wall of resistances and not to go forward.

You will create more successful transactions by connecting the customer and creating positive emotions in the transaction.  At times there is a fear by the sales professional that by engaging the customer and creating positive emotions they will see you as being pushy. Customers want your help and assistance in the transaction and when you create positive emotions in the customer mind it helps them in their decision making to move forward.

More business is lost by not connecting and engaging the customer. If you’re not helping the customer to make the decision to purchase they will find someone that will.

The emotional element of a sale is the thin slice that creates the foundation of a successful transaction or creates a disconnection with the customer and the lost of a business opportunity, the lost of a sale or both.

What You Think You Become

Motivational Power Quote

What You Think You Become
“Remember, happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are
or what you have, it’s solely upon what you think.”
Dale Carnegie 1888 -1955, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What you think you become

All of your actions start with a thought, what you think about most often you do and become.

It’s within your control to determine what you think about and what you do. You can choose to keep your thoughts positive and your actions constructive. When you’re positive you will find that your life will have the tendency to follow a positive path.

A person that thinks about themselves in a positive prospective will have a positive outlook about their life and have an upbeat personally and a can do attitude.

You first establish in your thinking the person you’ll become, and how you will live your life. The person that has a positive outlook and thinks well of themselves builds self-esteem. Your self esteem elevates the way you think about yourself and how you live your life.

The person that lives a full life and finds happiness finds it first in their thinking and they will live out their thinking in their life.

What you think you become.

Motivational Power Quote

The Power of Courage
“Most of us have far more courage
than we ever dreamed we possessed.”
Dale Carnegie, author and self – help expert

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The power of courage

It’s there waiting in all of us to be released, it’s the power of courage.

Courage is opening a door to a room that you’re never been in before and stepping into total darkness and knowing everything is going to be alright.

Life is like stepping into that dark room where we’re asked to step into the total darkness and have the courage to move forward with faith.

We release our courage when we face an uncertainty and dig deep down into our inner strength and find a way to overcome the uncertainty and turn it into a success.

Courage comes in many shapes and sizes and can be released by a smallest of actions that booster our faith.

Have confidence in yourself and release the power of your courage.

People Will Talk

Motivational Power Quote

People Will Talk
“Instead of worrying about
what people say of you,
why not spend to accomplish
something they will admire.”
Dale Carnegie, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

People will talk . . . . but what will they say?

Don’t worry about what people will say about you; instead invest your time and energy in creating the things you want the people to say.

Have them speak of you as a person of integrity and someone who can be counted on.

What people will say about us is our choice, and created through our decisions and actions. We choose who we are and the way we want people to see us and speak about us.

Live a life of purpose and achievement. Be a giver to those around you and you will find that people will speak in glowing terms about you and you will be admired by many.

People will talk and reputation will speak for you.

world have been accomplished
by people who have kept on trying
when there seemed to be no hope at all.”

Don’t Waste Your Energy

Motivational Power Quote

Don’t Waste Your Energy

“Feeling sorry for yourself,
and your present condition,
is not only a waste of energy
but the worst habit you
could possibly have.”
Dale Carnegie, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t waste your energy.

If things are not going the way you would like them to be; don’t feel sorry for yourself find a way to change the condition.

It’s a waste of your time and energy to feel sorry about yourself; take action and invest you energy in positive change.

Feeling sorry for yourself creates a habit that takes you away from your goals and objectives and will lead you down the path of being unhappy; it becomes one of the worst habits you can form.

If you recognize that you have formed habit of feeling sorry for yourself, it’s the first step in correcting the habit.

Turn your Success Into Happiness

Motivational Power Quote

Turn your Success Into Happiness
“Success is getting what you want.
happiness is wanting
what you get.”
Dale Carnegie, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Turn your success into happiness.

People define success as getting what you want.

Getting what you want takes a commitment, determination and remaining focused on your objectives.

Getting what you want creates achievement in a person’s life.

Success along doesn’t make a person happy.

Happiness is wanting, what you have achieved.

Achievement without happiness becomes a hollow success and doesn’t bring personal fulfillment.

Wanting what you achieve brings a sense of personal fulfillment.

Turn your success into happiness by understanding what will create happiness in your life at the start of your success journey. Peruse the objectives that will create both success and happiness in your life and continually move that direction.

Motivational Power Quote

Happiness is in Our Thoughts

“Remember happiness doesn’t
depend on who you are
or what you have, it depends
solely on what you think.”
Dale Carnegie, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Happiness is in our thoughts.

As I think I am, our daily thoughts are who and what we are.

Happiness is not in who we are; people can accomplish great things or fame and not be happy.

People can accumulate wealth and not be happy.

The greatest happiness is in our thoughts.

Our thoughts are the foundation for our life; and our life will follow the path of our thoughts.

A person that constantly feeds their mind with positive thoughts will have a positive path to follow.

Think positive about yourself and be happy with who you are and what you have, and work for what you want.
