Putting off Living

Putting off Living
“One of the most tragic things I know about human nature
Is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all
dreaming of some magical rose garden over the
horizon – instead of enjoying the roses that are
blooming outside our widows today.”
Dale Carnegie, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Putting off living.

Dream about your future as you would like it to be then go out . . . . and work hard to achieve the future you want.

Be appreciative for what you have . . . . and be willing to work for the things you want.

Live each day to its fullest . . . . and work at making your tomorrows a better day.

As you dream about the future look around you . . . .  be thankful for the people and enjoy the things that you have in your life.

Enjoy living in the present as you pursue your dreams with the determination to live them.

When you get up each day be thankful for what you have in your life . . . . and say to yourself putting off living is not a option.

The Habit of Personal Excellence

The Habit of Personal Excellence
“Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit.
You are what you repeatedly do.”
Shaquille O’Neal, Basketball All Star

As I see it. . . . . . . .
The habit of personal excellence

Creating personal excellence is a choice . . . . one that only you can make.

Personal excellence takes a commitment, to continually work at become better at what you do . . . . until you turn your efforts into a habit of personal excellence.

Personal excellence doesn't just happen it take laser like focus . . . . and hard work to move in the direction of personal excellence.

Excellence is built in your daily activities . . . . and in your thinking.

What you continually do will become a habit . . . . and those habits become the foundation of your excellence.

Personal excellence is a positive habit. Personal excellence is a habit . . . . a habit of success.

Opportunities Multiply When They’re Seized

Opportunities Multiply When They’re Seized
“Opportunity multiply as they are seized: they die
when neglected. Life is long line of opportunity.”
John Wicker, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Opportunities multiply when they’re seized

Each opportunity that you seize has the potential to multiply . . . . and lead to even greater opportunities . . . . and has the potential to change the direction of your life.

Opportunity doesn't come to you gift wrapped with a sign on them that reads “opportunity.” Most opportunities look far more like hard work. Or they will come to you out of the challenging conditions that you encounter. Opportunities are found by those who look past the hard work . . . . and the challenges of the moment a see a bigger picture.

An opportunity is a chance for personal growth . . . . and to move forward to achieve greater success.

Opportunities multiply when they’re seized. They will die on like fruit on the tree when they are not harvested. What happens with an opportunity will depend on how you see it . . . . and your willingness to seize the moment . . . . and the opportunity when they come into your life.

Opportunities multiply when they’re seized . . . . and wither away when they are not harvested.

It Takes Time to Become an Overnight Sensation

It Takes Time to Become an Overnight Sensation
I've got a theory that if you give 100% all of the time
somehow things will work out in the end.”
Larry Bird, Professional Basketball Player

As I see it . . . . . . .
It takes time to become an overnight sensation

Overnight sensations are not made overnight . . . . they become who they are through persistence effort . . . . and focusing on their goals.

Becoming an overnight sensation takes time . . . . and hard work. They have committed themselves to be the best at what they do. And they have structured their activities to achieve their goals to get them to their objectives.

Overnight sensations will invest the time required to succeed . . . . and their energy in developing the skills necessary to become the best at what they do. When they invest their time . . . . and energy they will move forward in the direction of their goals.

Successful people are consistent with their efforts and will commit to the time required to achieve success. They will also pay the price for success.

Be an overnight sensation . . . . and Commit yourself to become an overnight sensation . . . . and enjoy the journey.

When it comes right down to it . . . .  it takes time to become an overnight sensation along . . . . with persistence and hard work.

Opportunities May Look Like Hard Work

Opportunities May Look Like Hard Work
“Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work,
so most people don’t recognize them.”
Ann Lauders, columnist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Opportunities may look like hard work

The opportunities are there . . . . but you may not recognize them as they look like hard work.

The best opportunities . . . . are usually an obstacle away.

There no signs on opportunity that say “opportunity stop here” but they are there when you look for them.

The biggest opportunities seem to come as a result of your hard work and persistence’s.

Turn a possibility . . . . into an opportunity with your hard work.

Opportunities may look like hard work . . . . but when you look at things through the eyes of possibilities you will see past the hard work.

Greater Achievement is Within Your Grasp

Greater Achievement is Within Your Grasp
“No one has to wait for a sudden burst of intelligence,
or a bolt of lighting or a mystical experience . . .
With what you have and where you are,
you can begin the process of finding
productive, meaningful, and
 productive work.”
Dan Nutler, Author, Inspirational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Greater achievement is within your grasp

The means of creating greater success starts from where you are.

Take what you have as a foundation . . . . and build on it to create a solid foundation to support the weight of your success journey.

Success won’t come as a result of a bolt of lighting. But will come to you from an inner fire that you want to achieve more than what you have today. And in having the willingness to do hard work that has to be done to achieve it.

Today is the day to adjust your course and become the person that you want to be. Take the steps that will move you in the direction success and greater achievement.

Success is achieved by take one step at the time, in the direction of your goals . . . . and the success journey starts from where you are with passion and purpose.

Greater Achievement is within your grasp . . . . when your willing to stretch yourself to reach it.

Character Differentiates the Champion

Character Differentiates the Champion
“Ability may take you to the top,
but it takes character to keep you there.”
John Wooden 1910 - 2010, American Basketball Player
and Coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Character differentiates the champion

Champions separate themselves in their profession from the masses. A champion wants to standout above the crowd and they will look for . . . . and find degrees of separation that will propel them to the top of their field . . . . and keep them there.

A champion’s goal is not only to get to the top of the mountain but once they get there is to stay there. They will look for ways to create a cutting edge advantages that will keep them at the top of their profession.

To have a successful and study climb to the top mountain a champion has a vision . . . . goals . . . . a plan . . . . and endurance to achieve their objectives. To stay at the top of their profession a champion has to have character.

When you look at politicians . . . . entertainers . . . . and professional athletes that reach the top of their profession then you see them fall from the top of their profession. Far too many times their fall from grace is result of them compromising their character.

It takes hard work and dedication to become a leader in your chosen profession and it take even harder work to stay at the top.

Character differentiates the champion, It takes character to succeed and to get to the top of your professional . . . . and it takes character to keep you at the top.

A Matter of Preparation
“Luck is what happens when preparation
meets opportunity.”
Seneca, Roman Philosopher 1BC-AD 65

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A matter of preparation

There is an old saying “that the harder you work . . . . the luckier you get.”

That saying is true to a point. Hard work certainly can open doors and create opportunities . . . . but hard work by itself will not carry us over the finish line.  When we combine hard work with working productively with focused activities the likelihood of successful results is greatly increased.

Before your activities become productive you have to prepare yourself to achieve successful results. Plunging into activities without preparation can become a recipe for disaster of wasting the opportunities . . . . . and becoming a total misplacement of your efforts and a waste of your time.

Successful results are not a matter of luck. Successful results are created in the preparation by those who plan for their success . . . . and then work hard to achieve it. The people who have prepared themselves for success and work at it will seem to find luck on their success journey.

When you take on a task that you have prepared yourself for and apply a health dose of hard work you’ll find yourself becoming lucky.

Success becomes a matter of preparation . . . . when you have prepared yourself to meet your opportunities . . . . your will find them and make the most out of them.

Discover a World of New Opportunities

Discover a World of New Opportunities
Discovery consists of seeing what everybody has seen
and thinking what nobody else has thought.”
Jonathan Swift 1667 - 1745, Anglo-Irish Satirist,
Essayist, Poet, Cleric

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Discover a world of new opportunities

There is a whole new world of opportunities waiting for you to discover them.

You will only see the world of new opportunities when you open eyes to look beyond the horizon . . . . and when you get there you will have to look a little further. The little further is the extra mile that takes you to the opportunities that have the potential to change your life.

You will only see that world of new opportunities when you open your minds to the possibility . . . . and when your willing to take the steps find them. The greatest of opportunities lay outside of your comfort zone.

The path to your world of new opportunity is a path less traveled . . . . To get there you will have to step out of your comfort zone and leave your own footprints in the sands of time. The pathway to opportunities is found when you are willing to work hard and make an extra effort to achieve them.

To discover a world of new opportunities you will have to think in terms in ways that you have not thought in the past . . . . and to take the actions that others are unwilling take.

When You Get a Second Chance . . . . Take It

When You Get a Second Chance . . . . Take It
“We’re given second chances every day of our life,
we don’t usually take them, but they’re
there for the taking.”
Andrew M. Greeley 1928 – 2013, Irish-American Priest,
Sociologist Journalist, Novelist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you get a second chance . . . . Take it

Second chances are presented to you everyday of your life. But in the first blush what is the second chance will be disguised.

To see your second chances you have to have an open mind and an attitude of what can be possible . . . . and not one of what was.

Forward thinkers will see their second chances where others just walk by them.

Your second chances may be dressed working clothes and all you may see at the time is the hard work . . . . and the pain of your past setback. If you are looking behind yourself you’ll not see or recognize the second chance that is in front of you, because you’re looking in the wrong place.

You have look past your previous setbacks and look forward to what you can make of your future and you will see the second chance.

A second chance gives you the chance to pick up the prices in your life. You have the opportunity to start over again from where you are today and in starting over you change your future and create new results.

In order to take advantage of a second chance your mind has to be open to the possibilities and your eyes open to see them.

Look at your second chance as a new lease on life. Grasp the second chance and the opportunity it offers with all the passion in your heart and turn your second chance to the fuel to put you into the winner’s circle of life.

When you get a second chance . . . . Take it . . . . and make the most out of it.

The Best Way to Avoid Mistakes

Motivational Power Quote

The Best Way to Avoid Mistakes
“Every mistake that I made - and we all make mistakes-
came because I didn’t take the time to get all the facts
Charles Knight 1791 -1873, English Publisher,
Editor, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The best way to avoid mistakes

Mistakes are a fact of life and we all make them. The question is . . . . how to we respond to the mistake . . . . and what do we do to prevent the mistake from recurring?

You learn from your mistakes but only when you’re willing to look at them realistically . . . . and take responsibility for your actions that has gotten you this point.  You will have to decide on the best course action to remedy the mistake . . . . and look at the best course of action to prevent the mistake from happing in the future.

With this course of action you have created a valuable learning experience that can play the lesson forward boosting your future success.

Or you can be in dentinal of the mistake and hope it goes away.

Hope is not a strategy . . . . and inaction makes the situation worst.

Intense preparation prepares you for success . . . . and lessens the changes of making a mistake.

The best way to avoid mistakes . . . . is to prepare your self for success is through massive preparation and the wiliness to hard work. Be willing to pay the price of success in advance . . . . and you have formed a solid foundation for your success journey.

You Earn . . . . What You Believe Your Worth

Motivational Power Quote

You Earn . . . . What You Believe Your Worth
You can never earn in the outside world
more than you earn in your own mind.”
Brian Tracy, Motivational Author, Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You earn . . . . what you believe your worth

What you believe you can achieve . . . . becomes within your reach when you believe you can achieve it . . . . and your willing to work hard to accomplish it.

What you earn will be in a direct relationship . . . . to what you believe your worth.

A person with high self-esteem believes that there are no limitations on what they can earn . . . . And they will find themselves taking giant steps in that direction. They will continually strive to extent their reach to go a little farther for greater success . . . . and to expand their ability to earn more. Once that they stretch themselves . . . . they will repeat it again and again.

What a person believes about their self-worth is in their thinking.  Those thoughts then are acted out everyday in their actions. What you believe about yourself will be a reflection of your self-image and what you believe you are worth.

Believe in yourself . . . . in who you are . . . . and you will be

Create the vision in your thinking of who you want to be . . . . and in your actions to become that person. Believe in your self-worth as a person . . . . and everyday take the steps that will make you’re that person.

You earn . . . . what you believe your worth. When you believe in yourself and take the actions to earn what you believe your worth. Believe in yourself and don’t allow anyone to take that belief away from you.

The Energy of Enthusiasm

Motivational Power Quote

The Energy of Enthusiasm
I have found that men and woman who got to the top were
those that did the jobs they had with everything they had
of energy, enthusiasm and hard work.”
Harry Truman, 33rd President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The energy of enthusiasm

You can spot it from a mile away . . . .  there’re the successful professionals in any field. They live there lives by a set of rules . . . . and have consistent characteristics that sets them apart from the other people in their professions.

The Price of Success is Focus and Hard Work

Motivational Power Quote

The Price of Success is Focus and Hard Work
The dictionary is the only place where success comes
before work. Hard work is the price we must pay for
success. You can accomplish anything if your
willing to pay the price.”
Vince Lombardi 1913 - 1970, football coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The price of success is focus and hard work

The person that is passionate about their career . . . . and is willing to work hard to become successful will have a strategic business advantage. They will beat the person to the finish line that has all the tools . . . .  but does not work hard to achieve success.

Hard work will separate the person that’s committed . . . . from the person that would like to.

The price of success is focus and hard work . . . .

When you combine your preparation . . . . with hard work that you perform away from crowds, it will make all the difference when . . . . you can execute it with excellence in front of people.

The price of success is what we’re willing to pay today to become the best at what we do. The price of success may seem high at the time, your are paying for it. But when you achieve success you will look back at the hard work and the sweat and say the price was well worth the results.

The price of success is focus and hard work . . . .  be willing to paid the price to enjoy success.

You Can Make It Happen

Motivational Power Quote

You Can Make It Happen
I learned that if you want to it bad enough,
no matter how bad it is, you can make it.”
Gale Sayers, HOF football player

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You can make it happen

Success is choice and when you want something bad enough . . . . you will make the choice to find a way to make it happen.

When you want something bad enough you will be willing to . . . . work hard, and make the extra effort to make it happen. You will also make the commitment to stay on purpose and . . . . will strive for what you want everyday to achieve it.

Focus your efforts on the activities that will move you closer to your goals.

When you’re committed . . . . you will stand your ground when you encounter challenging conditions, obstacles and setbacks. You will push yourself pass them and to move forward and closer to their goals.

Getting what you want takes the personal belief that you will achieve them. The strength of purpose to achieve what you want and . . . . the tenacity to stay course to achieve it.

If you want it bad enough you can make it happen; make the choice to get what you want.

The Luck Factor

Motivational Power Quote

The Luck Factor
I’ve found that luck is quite predictable.
If you want work luck, take more chances.
Be more active. Show up more often.”
Brian Tracy, Self-Help Author and Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The luck factor

You will find that the harder you work . . . . the luckier you become; hard work seems to attract luck.

With a positive metal outlook you see the things around you . . . . with a positive mind set. You’ll see the opportunities and the possibilities and you’ll find the potential in the things you see. Luck will seem to find you.

When you step outside of our comfort zone . . . . you step into a whole new world. In that new world you’ll discover it’s one of unlimited opportunities. Within those opportunities you discover there is . . . . an opportunity for unlimited success and our luck will look to be unlimited.

Turn Your Good Intentions Into Hard Work

Motivational Power Quote

Turn Your Good Intentions Into Hard Work
Plans are only good intentions
unless they immediately degenerate into hard work.”
Peter Drucker, Management consultant

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Turn your good intentions into hard work

The world is full of people with good intention  . . . . and you see many of them parked at the rest stop  as you pass them on your success journey.

They have good intentions but they don’t take the actions to turn their good intentions into successful results.

Good intentions only become valuable to you when you act on them. When you combine good intentions with hard work you have capacity to turn them into goals and to achieve them.

Turn your good intentions into an action plan to achieve your desires outcome. Once your plan is in place take massive actions to insure your intentions turn into great results.

Turn your good intentions into hard work . . . . and you will create unstoppable forward momentum.
