Fully Engage in Your Career

Fully Engage in Your Career
“We are at our very best, and we are happiest,
when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on our
journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves.
It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep.
It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, Motivational Speaker, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Fully engaged in your career

You achieve more when you become fully engage in what you enjoy doing.

When you enjoy your career . . . . and turn your career into your passion . . . . you’ll become fully engaged in your success journey. When you’re enjoying what you’re doing . . . . your career takes on a new dimension and it will never seem like you’re working again.

Your motivation will soar . . . . and your career will move to a higher level. You will have an extra spring in your step . . . . and you’ll be enjoying your career.

Enjoying your work doesn’t mean that you won’t have bad days and challenges because guest what . . . . you will. When you enjoy what you’re doing you look at your challenges with a difference prospective and you become problem solver.

If you hate what you’re doing your career has peaked and heading down a very slippery slope that will end up in a crash and burn situation.

If you’re not enjoying your career will either have to change your thinking . . . . your attitude . . . . or recommit yourself to your career. Which will take a change of mind set on your part . . . . and changing the way you look at your career and refocusing your energies on productive activities.
Th
You may also have to look at your association . . . . and evaluate the people who bring a positive influence into your life. . . . . Those who bring . . . . and create a negative influence into your life.

Eliminate the negative influences in your life . . . . and in your association. Connect with positive people that will booster your career. Find a mentor or a coach that will keep you moving in the direction of your goals.

Fully engage your career and eliminate the detractors from your life and you will be on the pathway of a successful career in doing what you enjoy.

Be Ready

Be Ready
“The great secret of success in life
is a man to be ready when opportunity comes.”
Benjamin Disraeli 1804 - 1881, England Conservative
Politician, Writer,
 Twice Served as Prime Minster

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Be ready

An opportunity can happen in a blink of an eye and can be lost just as fast. You will either put yourself into a position to be ready to grasp the opportunity . . . . Or you will see it slip away into the sunset of missed opportunities.

Opportunities don’t come along everyday. But when they do . . .  You have to be prepared . . . . and have a positive mental attitude. To recognize the opportunity and to maximize what the opportunity offers.

It’s not the size of the opportunity when you first see them, it’s what you make of the opportunity you see. Some of the biggest breakthroughs are the results of recognizing a small opportunity. Then finding the potential in the opportunity . . . . and turning it into breakthrough moment.

The key to recognizing opportunity is to be continuously looking for them . . . . and mentally being prepared to act on them when you find them.

You will see the opportunities want you have an attitude of possibility; you will take advantage of the opportunity when you’re prepared.

When you see an opportunity will you be ready to take the opportunity to the next level?

Your Inner Beliefs

Your Inner Beliefs
“The outer conditions of a person’s life will always be
found to reflect their inner beliefs.”
James Lane Allen, American Novelist

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Your inner beliefs

You will fly as high as your inner beliefs tell you that you can . . . . or it will anchor us to the ground.

Your inner beliefs silently work in the background of your subconscious mind . . . . and become an attitude of possibility and opportunity. Or it becomes an attitude of why even make the effort to try?

Your inner beliefs are the foundation for the way you think and will become the nucleus for your actions . . . . and the results that you achieve.

The way you think and your inner beliefs is a habit. Over time you have programmed your thinking to be exactly what it is today. The good news is if you don’t like the way you’re thinking you can reprogram your mind . . . . and your thinking to be whatever you want it to be.

To change your thinking you have to change . . . . the habit and the patterns in the way you think.

You think in terms of pictures . . . . and we convert those pictures into thoughts.

Visualize the pictures in your thoughts as you want them to be.

For example:

a.                    You want a new car, and you’re thinking about buying the car in the fall. The thought is vague with no clear picture of the car.

b.                     You’re thinking about buying a new 2014 white 4 door Ford Focus. The car has tan leather interior with a Bose surround sound system. The car will have a sunroof, power windows and door locks. The car will also have cruise control and GPS. You want the car delivered in October by the 15th of the month.

The picture of buying the Ford Focus is specific and the mind can process the picture of the car into a clear thought and a vision of ownership.

See the different in converting a thought into a clear vision. Thinking about the new car in terms of specifics intensifies the thoughts in to a clear vision of the desired outcome.

To create a change a habit in your thinking you have to change . . . . the information that your feeding into your mind to reflect the changes that you want to see.

Change the information that you’re feeding your mind . . . . and you will change your thinking.

Think in terms of the positive thoughts and positive change . . . . see yourself achieving your goals. See yourself prospering . . . . and in a happy relationship.

The key . . . . . is to program your mind to think in the positive.

Your mind is a storyboard . . . . and you’re the author. Write your future the way you want it to be . . . . and program that vision into you subconscious mind until it become a crystal clear vision in your thoughts.

Your inner beliefs . . . . controls your thinking . . . .  your actions . . . . and your results. Take control of your thoughts . . . . and you take control of your future . . . . and you will change your results to be a reflection of your vision.

Plant the Seeds of Your the Future in Your Thoughts

Plant the Seeds of Your the Future in Your Thoughts
“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish
with repetition and emotion will one day become reality.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, American Motivational
Speaker Self-Hhel Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Plant the seeds of your future in your thought

The thoughts that you plant in your minds today . . . . will take root . . . . and you will harvest those thoughts in the future.

Select your thoughts with care as they will grow and become dominate in your thinking patterns . . . . and create the direction for your life. Remove the unproductive thoughts from your mind the same as you would weeds from a garden. Unproductive thoughts are unhealthy for your thinking . . . . and they create unproductive activities that moves your further away from your goals .

Plant your thoughts deep into your thinking and nourish them with care . . . . and you will reap a bountiful harvest from your thoughts in your future.

What we think about today becomes the foundation for your future. Your thoughts will control the actions you take . . . . and your persistence to stick with a project until it’s successfully competed.

What you think you become. Your thought process affects your attitude and the level of your enthusiasm that you bring into your days and your activities.

Your thoughts is the nerve center for your life , . . . The life you lead and the results that you accomplish.

Plant the seeds for your future in your thoughts . . . . and nourish those thoughts with care . . . . and your harvest will become a direct reflection of those thoughts.

Some People Will Call it Luck . . . . .

Some People Will Call it Luck . . . . .
“I think luck is the sense to recognize an opportunity
and the ability to take advantage of it.”
Samuel Goldwyn, Movie Executive

As I see it . . . . . . .
Some people will call it luck  . . . . .

Luck can really described as preparation meeting opportunity.

One of the first requirements of luck . . . . is to put yourself into a position to become lucky.

Go into your day with an attitude of possibilities . . . . and your attitude will open your eyes to new thinking . . . . new possibilities . . . . and new results.

Open your mind to see opportunities . . . . and they will be there.

Too many people are so busy that they fail to open their minds to see what’s around them. They rush through life . . . . and as they do the opportunities rush by them unseen.

If you want to bring the luck factor into your life you have to open up your mind that new opportunities exist . . . . and they will be there for you.  Step away from the status quo . . . . and think out of the box.

Once you open your mind to opportunities you’ll start to see them . . . . and you will recognize their potential they hold.

Continue to enhance your skills through personal development to stay on the leading edge with your skills. When you recognize the opportunities . . . . you will be in the position with your skills to take full advantage of the opportunities.

It can be said that luck is putting yourself into a position to see the opportunities . . . . and to being prepared to take full advantage of your opportunities.

Some people will call it luck . . . . . while others call it opening your mind to the possibilities and to recognize the opportunities that are around you.

Become The Best at What You Do

Become The Best at What You Do
“If you can’t be the highway, just be a trail.
If you can’t be the sun be a star.
It isn’t by size that you win or fail
it’s by being the best of
whatever you are.”
Anonymous

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Become the best at what you do

Make the choice to do the things that you do the best you can . . . . And make the decision to move yourself to the forefront of your profession by being the best at what you do.

It’s not a matter of what profession you’re in . . . . It’s a matter of how you do what you do . . . . in your chosen profession. Make the commitment to become the best at what you do.

It’s not the size of the job that has to be done. When the job has to be done and when that job is worth doing . . . . it’s worth doing it the best you can.

It’s not what as to be done . . . . it’s doing  what you’re doing the best you can with the resources you have  to get the job done successfully.

Being your best attitude to what has to be done . . . . and you will find that your attitude will lead the way.

Ignite your attitude to become the best at what you do . . . . and you will standout with the things you do.

Perseverance is Essential to Your Success
“Few things are impossible to the diligence and skilled.
Great works are performed not be strength
but by perseverance.”
Samuel Johnson 1709 -1784, English Author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Perseverance is an essential to your success

Success is achieved not by your strengths along . . . . but through of perseverance.

Many times success becomes within your reach . . . . and you stop pursuing your goals just short of achieving success.

Achieving success . . . . and happiness achieved by those who are willing to give a little bit more . . . . and work a little harder. Successful people will remain determined . . . .and focused on their goals. They will stay the course to see their goals out . . . . to a successful outcome.

The person that can stay focused on their goals and weather the storms in their life will persevere . . . . and will make the extra effort to achieve their goals.

A person that’s persistent in their efforts . . . . and has an attitude to persevere will remain standing when others are taking a break.

Attitude is the Key to Your Future

Attitude is the Key to Your Future
“I am convinced that attitude is the key to success or failure
in almost any of life’s endeavors. Your attitude – your
perspective, your outlooks, how you feel about
yourself, how you fell about other people –
determines you priorities’, your actions,
your value. Your attitude determines
how you interact with other people
and how you interact
with yourself.”

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Attitude is the key to your future

Your attitude becomes the key . . . . to your future success or failure.

The Key to Positive Emotions

The Key to Positive Emotions
“Before you can inspire with emotion you must be swamped
with it yourself. Before you can move yourself, their
tears, you own must flow to convince them,
you must yourself believe.”
Winston Churchill 1874 - 1965, Former Prime Minister
of the United Kingdom

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The key of positive emotions

Before we can inspire others emotions . . . . you first have to inspire yourself.

The emotion that you inspire other with will never be above the level that’s within you and moves you.

To convince others you first have . . . . to convince yourself.

Believe in yourself . . . . and others will believe in you.

The key to positive emotions is in your attitude . . . . your attitude will influence your thinking . . . . your actions . . . . and your emotions.

You Will Achieve What You Believe You Will Achieve

You Will Achieve What You Believe You Will Achieve
“We cannot achieve more in life than what we believe
in our hearts we deserve to have.”
 James R. Ball, Author, Businessman

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You will achieve what you believe you will achieve

Believing in yourself is a choice. To achieve success we have to believe in yourself, in your dreams, and in your abilities.

Your personal belief system begins with your attitude. A positive can do it attitude creates a positive self image . . . . positive beliefs . . . . and will move you in the direction of positive results. While a negative attitude creates a negative self image . . . . negative beliefs . . . . and very limited results. Your outcome will be a mirror image of your attitude.

Believe in yourself and what you can do. Setbacks and obstacles will occur on your success journey, with a positive can do attitude you will find a way to successfully work through them. They are only temporary conditions, unless you decide to give into them . . . . and quit.

Believe in what you can do . . . . take advantage of your positive outlook and build a bridge to the future on the foundation of your strengths.

The choice of what you believe you can accomplish . . . . and what you believe is your choice.

You will achieve in life what you believe you can do. Become a possibility thinker . . . .  believe you deserve success . . . . set your goals . . . . and then go out and take the actions to achieve them.

You will achieve what you believe you will achieve.

When You’re Determined

When You’re Determined
“I have learned that success is to be measured not so much
by position that one has reached in life  as by the
obstacles which he has had to overcome
while trying to succeed.”
Booker T. Washington, educator

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you’re determined

You can reach the heights of success when you’re determined . . . . to do it.

The position that you reach on your success journey is a reflection of your persistent of effort . . . . and in focusing on achieving their desired outcome.

When you look at the obstacles that a person had to overcome to achieve success; you look into the measure of the person’s character in their efforts and determination to succeed.

The secret of a successful person is in overcoming great obstacles on their success journey in order to reach greater success. Successful people are committed to their success and with that commitment. They will remain focused on their goals . . . . and will work through their obstacles maintaining a positive can do it attitude.

Use your obstacles as stepping stones to greater success . . . . not road blocks on your success journey.

Success is measured by overcoming obstacles . . . . when your determined you create the personal power to overcome your obstacles  and on achieving your goals.

Trying Works Wonders

Trying Works Wonders
“You may be whatever you resolve to be – determine to
be something in the world and you will be something.
‘I cannot,’ never accomplished anything.
‘I will try’ has worked wonders.”
J. Hawes, U.S. Representative

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Trying works wonders

You can when you believe in yourself.

You will accomplish your goals when you resolve yourself to take the actions that are necessary to turn your beliefs and goals into a reality and successes.

When you try your actions work wonders.

The moment that you begin to believe in yourself and try . . . . everything changes for the better and everything becomes possible.

You literally will amaze yourself at your results when you commit yourself to try . . . . and try again until you succeed. You will find that things become within your reach that once appeared out of your grasp.

Those doors open for you that once seemed to be closed to you.

Trying works wonders is taking the path of possibilities. Sitting and waiting is the path of the status quo and getting more of what we have been getting.

What makes the difference is the act of trying.

You can wait for success to find you . . . . or you can be proactive and go out and create your own success. The attitude I will keep trying will drive you to push a little longer . . . .  a little harder and stick what your doing until it’s achieved.

Trying works wonders . . . . Believe that you can do it . . . . and you will find that trying works wonders in your life.

Making a Choice

Making a Choice
“A pessimist is one who makes difficulties of his
opportunities an optimist is one who makes
opportunities of his difficulties.”
Harry Truman 1884 – 1972, 33rd President the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Making a choice

You have a choice . . . . and you can choose to live in the positive world of the optimist. Or you can spend your life living in the negative world of the pessimist. The world that you choose to live in is your choice.

The difference between an optimist and a pessimist is in your attitude, your point of view and the choices you make.

The world of the optimist is one of boundless opportunities, to where they look forward to each new day and the possibilities that it offers. When they encounter a roadblock on their success journey they reset their GPS for the best route to get them to their goals.

An optimist encounters obstacles . . . . setbacks . . . . and failure on their success journey just like everyone else. Within their challenges they look for the opportunities . . . . and as a result they will make the best of the conditions that they find themselves in.

The optimist will focus on a positive outcome and work hard to ensure successful results. An optimist will focus forward and not waste their life looking over their shoulder.

A pessimist is all together a different story, they see the clouds on a bright sunny day. They will also see the problems in every opportunity.

When an opportunity presents itself to a pessimist they will focus on the work that will be required. They will convince themselves that it’s not worth the effort and the opportunity will pass them by.

Life presents you with many choices. You choose the way you see your world . . . . and what that world has in store for you.

It’s your choice on the way you see your world . . . . and in those choices you will make your future . . . . and the world that you live in.

In making a choice . . . . you are creating the stepping stones to your future and in the direction that your future takes.

Success is Achieved in Doing What You Do best
“What I wanted was to be allowed to do the thing in
the world that I did best-which I believed then
and believe now is the greatest privilege
there is. When I did success found me.”
 Debbi Fields, Entrepreneur

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Success is achieved in doing what you do best

When you’re doing what you love to do. . . . You’ll put your best foot forward in your efforts to those things you love to do. When you do . . . . success becomes within your reach.

There are far too many people who labor at their profession . . . . and don’t enjoy what they’re doing. They will labor their life away without ever putting their best effort or heart into the things that they are doing.

The person who doesn’t enjoy what they’re doing . . . .  will end up living an unfulfilled life with minimal results. Their days will seem to drag on and becoming long and tedious. It gets to the point where the only thing that they see as important in their day . . . is quitting time.

They hate going to work . . . . and what they are doing. Their life becomes a refection of their attitude which is mitered in a negative world of thinking and actions.

Do what you love . . . . and your days will become day’s filled with possibilities. Your days will fly by . . . .  and you’ll be lifted in the direction of your goals.

Do what you love to do with passion and the extra effort will become routine. The pace of your success journey will accelerate to higher levels of achievement.

When you’re doing what you love and do . . . . what you do will flow and seem effortless and greater success will be within yours your reach.

Success is achieved in doing your best . . . . and when you love what your doing you will do what you do with excellence.

Making the Most Out of What You have

Making  the Most Out of  What You have
“Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty
heads and empty hearts can do that.”
Dr. Norman Vincent Peale 1898 - 1993, Minister, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Making the most out of what you have

The person who makes the most out what they have . . . . makes the most out of their resources. They will become a magnet in the laws of attraction . . . . and will attract more as a result of their efforts.

What you have does not determine your future . . . . or what you attract into your life. What you have is a measure in time . . . . and is not an indication of what you will attract into your life in the future.

Making the most out of what you have . . . . is a positive philosophy in creating attraction. What you have in your life today is the result of your beliefs and attitude. If you want to attract more in your future you have to change your beliefs and our attitude. If you want to attract more into your life you have to have a strategy to attract it . . . . and take the positive actions to ensure successful results.

It’s within your power to create more success in your future and what you attract into your life. The change that you want to see starts the moment that you make the decision that you want change in your life.  And you’re willing to take the steps to make the change a reality.

Your future starts today from where you’re standing with doing the most with what you have.

Every journey has its share of trial and errors and ups and downs. What important about your journey is to remain focus on your goals and to do your best in the conditions that you find yourself in.

Success is not about never falling; success is about getting up after you’re been knocked down and make the most out of what you have.

The Beginning of a New and Better Year

The Beginning of a New and Better Year
“When one door closes another one opens. What you
believe is the worst moment of your life could
turn out to be the beginning of a new
and better life.”
Margie Tsoukias, Real Estate Professional

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The beginning of a new and better year

Your life is in perpetual motion . . . . On some days it will feel like you’re riding a rollercoaster going from the highest of highs to lowest of lows . . . . in what seems to be a matter of minutes.

As a professional you have to weather the changing conditions in your life to keep your success journey on the right tract and moving in the right direction.

There are no guarantees in life and your path will be filled with twists and turns. As you approach a turn in the road . . . . it may appear to be a dead end.  But as you get closer you will see a smooth road to accelerate your success journey.

You see your life and future through the eyes of . . . . your attitude.

When you see your life through the eyes of closed doors . . . . You’re focusing your thoughts through a negative prism. A negative prism distorts your thinking . . . . and misdirects your energy and your time. It will create a negative downward spiral with very limited success.

A person with a positive attitude sees their world through a positive outlook . . . . and one of unlimited opportunities. With a positive outlook when you see one door closing . . . . you will for a new door opening.

When you see your life and your future through a positive attitude you expand your thinking and your possibilities. Your mind will be open to finding new opportunities and to maximize the opportunities that you find.

The beginning of a new and better year . . . . is when your attitude is receptive to see them.
