One Constant In Life is Change

One Constant In Life  is Change
“We must welcome change as the rule, but as the ruler.”
Denis Waitley, American Motivational Speaker,
Writer, Consultant and Best Selling Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
One constant in life is change

The one constant that you have in your life is change . . . . it happens with or without your input.

Change in itself . . . . is neither good nor bad it just is.

You can react to change . . . . and let the change that comes into your life control you and your future. Or you can be proactive with change. You can respond to change . . . . and stay in control of the changing conditions that come into your life.

You will experience difference levels of change in your live everyday some very small that goes almost unnoticed  . . . and other change that can transform your life to a new level.

Take control of the change that enters your life . . . . with positive thinking and in your actions. Make the most of the positive change that comes into your life.

And don’t allow the negative change that you encounter to control your thinking . . . . your life or your future. When you encounter negative change, become a problem solver in the room. Look for the solutions . . . . and find the best way to remove the condition from your life in a positive manner.

Stay in control of change and you stay in control of your life. As change comes into your life look the rainbow of opportunity . . . . and pot of goal that the opportunities offer.

One constant in life is change. Change happens, the way you handle the change . . . . is optional . . . . and will make all the difference on how the change will affects you.

Your Inner Beliefs

Your Inner Beliefs
“The outer conditions of a person’s life will always be
found to reflect their inner beliefs.”
James Lane Allen, American Novelist

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Your inner beliefs

You will fly as high as your inner beliefs tell you that you can . . . . or it will anchor us to the ground.

Your inner beliefs silently work in the background of your subconscious mind . . . . and become an attitude of possibility and opportunity. Or it becomes an attitude of why even make the effort to try?

Your inner beliefs are the foundation for the way you think and will become the nucleus for your actions . . . . and the results that you achieve.

The way you think and your inner beliefs is a habit. Over time you have programmed your thinking to be exactly what it is today. The good news is if you don’t like the way you’re thinking you can reprogram your mind . . . . and your thinking to be whatever you want it to be.

To change your thinking you have to change . . . . the habit and the patterns in the way you think.

You think in terms of pictures . . . . and we convert those pictures into thoughts.

Visualize the pictures in your thoughts as you want them to be.

For example:

a.                    You want a new car, and you’re thinking about buying the car in the fall. The thought is vague with no clear picture of the car.

b.                     You’re thinking about buying a new 2014 white 4 door Ford Focus. The car has tan leather interior with a Bose surround sound system. The car will have a sunroof, power windows and door locks. The car will also have cruise control and GPS. You want the car delivered in October by the 15th of the month.

The picture of buying the Ford Focus is specific and the mind can process the picture of the car into a clear thought and a vision of ownership.

See the different in converting a thought into a clear vision. Thinking about the new car in terms of specifics intensifies the thoughts in to a clear vision of the desired outcome.

To create a change a habit in your thinking you have to change . . . . the information that your feeding into your mind to reflect the changes that you want to see.

Change the information that you’re feeding your mind . . . . and you will change your thinking.

Think in terms of the positive thoughts and positive change . . . . see yourself achieving your goals. See yourself prospering . . . . and in a happy relationship.

The key . . . . . is to program your mind to think in the positive.

Your mind is a storyboard . . . . and you’re the author. Write your future the way you want it to be . . . . and program that vision into you subconscious mind until it become a crystal clear vision in your thoughts.

Your inner beliefs . . . . controls your thinking . . . .  your actions . . . . and your results. Take control of your thoughts . . . . and you take control of your future . . . . and you will change your results to be a reflection of your vision.

Find Happiness in Your Moments

Find Happiness in Your Moments
“Finally, what I really want is to be happy in this moment,
where the magic and miracles happen. Stay in the
moment and all gifts are added as you
breathe and take inspired action.”
Dr. Joe Vitale, Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .
Find happiness in your moments

There is happiness being in the moment.

Take advantage of the moments in your life . . . . and you will have the gift of opportunity . . . . and the inspiration to make the most of your opportunities. In those moments you will find the time to take action on the opportunities that you find . . . . and those actions will have a positive impact on your life and future.

The moments in your life will grow into days . . . . and the days will grow into years. The way you spend your moments today will grow into the way that you lead your life . . . . and the level of happiness that you attract into your life.

The moments in your life can slip away almost unnoticed. The moment that you grasp the moments in your life you start to shape your future . . . . and your destiny.

Find happiness in your moments . . . . and in those moments you’ll find happiness and a full life.

Reset Your Sails to the Changing Winds

Reset Your Sails to the Changing Winds
“We must reset our sails to take advantage of the changing
winds and prosper as a business and individually.
You can make the most of this downturn and
position yourself for the next boom that’s
going to follow.”
Harry S. Dent, Economist, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Reset your sail to the changing winds

The winds of business continue to change . . . . You must reset your sails to navigate yourself into a position to weather the storm in your life and sail into the waters of change and opportunity.

Many of the rules for business have changed. You can either try to live in the past of old ideas or reset our sails to take advantage of the new business environment . . . . and the opportunities that change holds.

Adjusting your sails may not be easy . . . . but the alternative is far worst.

Reset your sail . . . . and be determined to weather the winds of change in your life . . . . and you will set the course for your life and your future success.

Position yourself for change . . . . and to prosper in the days ahead.

When change is needed . . . .  reset your sail to the changing winds to stay on purpose  . . . . and moving in the right direction.

When You Doubt Yourself You Doubt Everything

When You Doubt Yourself You Doubt Everything
“Doubt yourself and you doubt everything you see.
Judge yourself and you see judges everywhere.
But if you listen to the sound of your own voice,
you can rise above doubt and judgment,
and you can see forever.”
Nancy Lopez, Professional Golfer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you doubt yourself you doubt everything

Doubt traps us into the mindset of what you can’t do . . . . and creates the limited beliefs in yourself and your abilities.

Believe in yourself . . . . and the vastness of your potential. Remove any doubts that you have in your mindset and focus on what is possible. When you remove your doubts . . . . you will release your potential.

Listen to your inner voice . . . . and it will guild you to find your potential and in that potential you will find the pathway to unlimited opportunities.

Never doubt yourself . . . .

Allow your inner voice to speak to you and guide your thoughts to find your strengths. In your strengths you will never doubt yourself or your potential.

Let go of the negative thinking. Believe in yourself . . . . in your abilities and in your potential to achieve great things. Release the power of positive thinking and never doubt yourself.

When you doubt yourself you doubt everything . . . . Release that doubt and everything becomes possible.

Things Come With Their Challenges

Things Come With Their Challenges
“Since nothing we intend is ever faultless,
and nothing we attempt ever without error,
and nothing we achieve without some measure of
finitude and fallibility we call humanness,
we are saved by forgiveness.”
David Augsburger, Writer

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Things come with their challenges

Things are not always be perfect . . . . or the way that you would like them to be. Your life will take on many faces with each one of them representing a challenge and opportunity.

You will be faced with obstacles . . . . with some being larger then others.

You will also find opportunities . . . with some that are very obvious and others that you will have to dig for.

You will experience setbacks that can delay your forward progress on your success journey . . . . but they will never stop you from succeeding unless you decide to quit.

With each success you achieve . . . . it will give you an opportunity to stretch yourself to greater heights.

Your life will be shaped by the way you respond to the things that your life presents to you.

A major portion of your success will be based on your ability to effectively work through each situation that is presented to you, finding solutions and corrective measures.

Your thoughts and your attitude will determine the direction you choose in selecting the solutions.

Look at every obstacle as an opportunity and every opportunity as opening the door to a successful future.

Things come with their challenges and life may not be perfect . . . . life is what we make it.

Complacency is a Career Killer

Complacency is a Career Killer
“Each success only buys an admission ticket
to a more difficult problem.”
Henry Kissinger, 56th US Secretary of State

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Complacency is a career killer

The fruits of success can lead to complacency. You can see it in professional sports . . . . business  . . . . and in people’s personal lives. We have all seen people who have experienced success and could have taken their career to the next level. But instead they chose to become complacent . . . . and they never became the success that they capable of being.

Complacency becomes a trap and a silent killer of careers.

Success creates the opportunity to try again. The more success you achieve the more opportunities you invite into your life.

Be on the lookout for the silent killer of complacency.

Don’t turn off the energy switch that powers your career efforts . . . . Keep the light of your career burning brightly. Keep your energy flowing into your career and into your forward momentum.

Do not misuse your time on non productive tasks remain focused on your most productive . . . . and in success building activities.

Be aware of taking shortcuts . . . . They can easily take you off track and can lead to failure.  Maintain your success habits and focus them on creating your future success.

Don’t have a sense of entitlement; you earn your results from your efforts. Do your best and the best will come back to you with increased dividend.

Your next success is an effort away.

Complacency is career killer. Don’t allow complacency to kill your career or to block your success.

It’s Not the Size of the Opportunity

It’s Not the Size of the Opportunity
“Jumping at several small opportunities
may get us there more quickly
than waiting for one big one
to come along.”
Hugh Allen, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

It’s not the size of the opportunity

It not size of the opportunity that’s as important . . . . it’s what you do with an opportunity that will make all the difference.

Jump on the small opportunities with the passion to turn them into big opportunities.

Your biggest opportunities often seem insignificant at the time. It’s not until you begin to seize the moment and the opportunities do they become extraordinary . . . . and have a positive impact on your business and your personal success.

Be willing to jump on the opportunities regardless of their size. In doing so you’ll create opportunities that you can be turned into a breakthrough opportunity that has the potential to propel you forward in the direction of your goals.

Create a mindset of continuously looking for opportunities, and the opportunities will begin to find you.

Don’t wait for the big opportunities; jump on the small opportunities that you find. The ones that will build forward momentum that you can turn into the fuel for your success journey.

It’s not the size of the opportunity . . . . it’s what you do with the opportunity that makes the difference.

Last Year is Last Year

Last Year is Last Year
“For last year’s words belong to last year’s language
and next year’s words await another voice, and to
make an end is to make a beginning.”
T.S. Eliot 1888 – 1965, Poet, Author, Publisher,
Playwright, Literary and Social Critic

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Last year is last year

We’re about to enter into a new year . . . . and with the new year there is an opportunity for you to have a new start.

Take your successes of the past . . . . and use them as building blocks for the new year. Use your past successes as a foundation to build your future success.

Take your setbacks and failure from your past . . . . and use them as a learning experience and then remove them from your thoughts. Look that those experiences as mental garbage put that garbage in a trash bag . . . . and put that trash bag in the trash can be done with that past.

Your new year will be what you visualize to be . . . .  and what you make it.

Last year is last year . . . . and a new start awaits you to grasp it.

A Go Getter Gets It Done

A Go Getter Gets It Done
Men who are resolved to find a way for themselves will always
find opportunities enough; and if they do not find them,
they will make them.”
Samuel Smiles 1812 -1904, Scottish author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

A go getter get it done

A go getter creates there own path in life . . . . they prefer to blaze their own trails rather than to follow in someone else’s footprint. They don’t wait for opportunity to find them. They are constantly looking for opportunities . . . . and if they don’t find them they will create their own opportunities.

When others are sitting around talking about what they’re going to do.  A go getter is no were be found, they are out taking care of business . . . . and getting things done.

A go getter is a person of few words . . . . and instead of talking about what they’re going to do, they lets their actions speak for them. Their actions speak volumes for who the person is and what they’re accomplishing.

In time a go getter separates them self from the pack and stands outs in their profession and will be seem a person of influence.

A go getter gets it done . . . . You won’t find them looking back with regret, they will be looking to the future with positive anticipation.

Intense Desire Will Lift a Person to Great Heights

Intense Desire Will Lift a Person to Great Heights
“It sometime seems that intense desire creates not only it’s
own opportunities, But it’s our talents.”
Eric Hoffer 1902 - 1983, American writer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Intense desire will lift a person to great heights

There is a powerful driving force within a person that will cause them to take a leap of faith . . . . and to knock down doors to achieve their goals.  They will travel an unknown path to get closer to their goals . . . . and they’re willing stretch themselves out of their comfort zone.

People around them will tell them that something can’t be done.  The person with intense desire will push forward to find a way to successful get it done while the people who told that they couldn’t be done is watching them get it done.

The person has intense desire is passionate to follow their dream.

Their intensity burns in their heart and their actions which they do with a purpose. They will push harder . . . . and long to achieve their desired outcome and achieve their goals.

Intense desire creates a concentrated force in a person’s quest for success. Their intense desire creates a keen sense of awareness, . . . . that will open the doors to opportunities that other don’t see.

When they open the doors of opportunity they have the courage to boldly step through it . . . . and take advantage of the opportunity.

The person with intense desire becomes an opportunity magnet and in time their opportunities multiply and their success accelerates.

A person with intense desire will out perform a person with superior talent and with in their intense desire they will create a cutting edge business advantage. Fire up the intense desire that’s within you and you will create the success to place you into the winner’s circle of life.

Intense desire will lift a person to great heights . . . .

Turn Your Circumstances Into Opportunity

Turn Your Circumstances Into Opportunity
“Make the most out of the best and the least of the worst.”
Robert Louis Stevenson 1850 - 1894, Scottish Writer and Poet

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Turn your circumstances into opportunity

Every circumstance that we face will have the possibility of opportunity . . . . and its shares of challenges.

We will be faced with many circumstances in our life time some that will appear to be overwhelming while others are just routine. Making the best of the circumstances that we face will become your choice and those choices will impact our future.

When you are faced with a bad circumstance use it as a learning experience. Make the best decision that you can make under the circumstances . . . . and find the best solution to the circumstance. Take positive action to do the best you can. Make the commitment to yourself not to repeat or to get into those circumstances again in the future.

Make the most of your circumstances by using them as solid building blocks for your future. Use your circumstances as stepping stone to achieving your goals, objections . . . . and in achieving greater success.

See every circumstance that’s presented to you as an opportunity. Look at your circumstances as an opportunity to make the choice to turn the circumstances into the fuel for your success journey.

Make the best out of your circumstances . . . . and will turn your circumstances into opportunity.

Be a Positive Influence and Role Model

Motivational Power Quote

Be a Positive Influence and Role Model
I never thought a role model should be negative.”
Michael Jordan, HOF Basketball Player

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be a positive influence and role model

Be a positive influence and role model to those you come into contact with.

Young children and teenagers are searching for positive role models to be in their lives. They are looking for someone that can look up to . . . . and aspire to be like.

In the absences of a positive role model they will become like the people in their lives . . . . and the people they associate with. In many cases they are lead down the wrong path in life . . . . and they may never recover from the negative influences.

Young children and teenager become very receptive to a positive role model in their lives. The role model can be parents or grandparents, family members, teachers, coaches, clergy, big brothers, big sisters the list is endless.  A positive role model can change the direction in a person’s life . . . .  and help them to go down a positive and productive path in their life.

When the opportunity is there reach back and be a positive influence and role positive model . . . . grasp the opportunity to be a person of influence and the experience will change the person’s life for the better.

Make a Massive First Impression

Motivational Power Quote

Make a Massive First Impression
Never forget with every new customer, you have only one
chance just one to make a great first impression.”
Mac Anderson, Founder of Simple Truths and Successories

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Make a massive first impression

Making a massive first impression can make the difference forming a strong and productive relationship. Or just becomes passing moment in time with someone that we met that passes . . . . without any impact in either persons lives.

There can be first impressions that we all would like to forget as a result of everything seeming to go wrong with the first contact. Or as they say getting of on the wrong foot in this situation there is . . . . about 99% probability that no relationship will be established.

A massive first impression can lead you to a long lasting business or personal relationships . . . . referrals . . . . and success in our career and personal life.

You have one and only one opportunity to make a massive first impression . . . . and when that moment passes its gone forever along with the opportunity.

A bad first impression leaves a person with a poor impression of you. . . . your company . . . . your products . . . . and or Your services. As a result it can lead to a blemish on your reputation . . . . lost business opportunities. That leads to a non productive relationship with the person.  It can also lead to a lose – lose situation for everyone involved.

Each person that you meet has the potential to have a major impact on your life and you can have the same effect on the life of the other person.

On your success journey you will meet a number of people that can have a substantial impact on the direction that your life takes and the level of success you achieve.

Treat every person that you meet with respect and show interest in the person as a person. Be a good listener and by your listening you’re create rapport with the person . . . . and earn their respect.

Make good eye contact with the person . . . . be friendly . . . . smile . . . . make the person feel like the most important person in the world . . . . and shake hands with the person in an appropriate manner.

Making a massive first impression is about being prepared for the situations that you find yourself in . . . . and maintaining a proper . . . . and professional image. But the most important aspect of a massive first impression is about making the other person feel important.

Choose the Right Path

Motivational Power Quote

Choose the Right Path
It is easy to choose a path in life that has been well traveled by
many before you and crowed  by many walking beside you.
There is safety in knowing the obstacles ahead, comfort and
warmth from the companionship of others and certainty in the
destination. Embarking on a journey into unknown territory
steely courage, an adventurous spirit, a deep belief in oneself
and simple hope for a better tomorrow.”
Marcy Blochowiak, CEO World Financial World

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Choose the right path

There will choices on what path to travel in your life time.

There is the path that so many have taken before you . . . . that path is easy to identify become you can see the ruts that have been worn into that path. The more the path is used the deeper the ruts become.

For those who on that path there seems to be a sense of safety in repetition. We will see the same people on that path everyday they become familiar and comfortable with that path . . . . and the path has become a habit.

The same people get on the path everyday and get off it at night only to repeat . . . . the same journey day after day. The journey starts at the same place everyday . . . . and seems to end at the same place every night. If the person were to look back on their journey they would see that they are where they started . . . . and they have not made any meaningful progress.

There is also another path which is much harder to find, there’s no signs that reads the road to success. The path is there but is used by very few people . . . . so it not so easy to indentify. If we’re looking for footprints to follow they may be hard to find so we have to decide to leave our own footprints for others to follow.

If we choose the take this path you will become a trail blazer.

As a trail blazer you will have step out of the rut of your current path . . . . and choose to create your own path to explore new territory and new opportunity.

You have to have the courage to step out of the safety of your rut . . . . And have the confidences in yourself to step into the unknown and onto the path of personal growth and greater success.

Staying on your current path you see the same view everyday . . . .  and your results will remain the same and not improve.

Choose the right path for you . . . . The one that will let you grow into the person that you want to be . . . . and to achieve the results that you want to achieve. The path is there for you but you will have to create it

. . . . and make the choice to step onto the path. Choose the step out of the rut and onto the path that will continue move in the directions of your goals.

You Will Only Go This Way . . . . One Time

Motivational Power Quote

You Will Only Go This Way . . . . One Time
Every man dies, but not every man lives.”
Garth Brooks, Entertainer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You will only go this way . . . . one time

This is not a dress rehearsal . . . . this is the real thing.

You can choose to grasp the opportunities that you have . . . .  create new possibilities . . . . and extend your reach . . . . Or You can wait to see what happens.

Life is a series of experiences. You will encounter both setbacks and achievements. There will be times that you will have to take calculated risks . . . . at times that you miss opportunity by not taking action. You will reach the highest of highs . . . . and the lowest of lows. But with each experience comes the life lessons . . . . that can become the stepping stone for living a full prosperous life.

When you have a setback you can shake it off . . . . and push forward in the direction of your goals . . . . and objectives. Or you can sit where you are and nurse your wounds.

Life is not perfect . . . . and you will make mistakes along the way. There will be a time that you may feel that life is not treating you fairly . . . . but in reality is life is not always fair.

Life is what you make it . . . .

You will have bumps and bruises to show for your efforts of pushing forward . . . . but they are a very small price to pay for progress. The bumps and bruises . . . . are the tolls we paid on our success journey. Paying those tolls take you to a higher level of achievement . . . . and moves you closer to your goals.

To live a full and prosperous life is not sitting under a shade tree in the heat of summer or sitting next to a fireplace on a cold winter’s night.

Living a full and prosperous life comes in trying to be the best that you can be. It comes in extending yourself out of your comfort zone . . . . and picking yourself up . . . . and trying again after a setback.

You only go this way . . . . one time. Make the journey a master piece one that worth living . . . . and one that your willing to put you signature on.
