Fully Engage in Your Career

Fully Engage in Your Career
“We are at our very best, and we are happiest,
when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on our
journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves.
It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep.
It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, Motivational Speaker, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Fully engaged in your career

You achieve more when you become fully engage in what you enjoy doing.

When you enjoy your career . . . . and turn your career into your passion . . . . you’ll become fully engaged in your success journey. When you’re enjoying what you’re doing . . . . your career takes on a new dimension and it will never seem like you’re working again.

Your motivation will soar . . . . and your career will move to a higher level. You will have an extra spring in your step . . . . and you’ll be enjoying your career.

Enjoying your work doesn’t mean that you won’t have bad days and challenges because guest what . . . . you will. When you enjoy what you’re doing you look at your challenges with a difference prospective and you become problem solver.

If you hate what you’re doing your career has peaked and heading down a very slippery slope that will end up in a crash and burn situation.

If you’re not enjoying your career will either have to change your thinking . . . . your attitude . . . . or recommit yourself to your career. Which will take a change of mind set on your part . . . . and changing the way you look at your career and refocusing your energies on productive activities.
Th
You may also have to look at your association . . . . and evaluate the people who bring a positive influence into your life. . . . . Those who bring . . . . and create a negative influence into your life.

Eliminate the negative influences in your life . . . . and in your association. Connect with positive people that will booster your career. Find a mentor or a coach that will keep you moving in the direction of your goals.

Fully engage your career and eliminate the detractors from your life and you will be on the pathway of a successful career in doing what you enjoy.

Motivational Speaker

Much like a boomerang returns to the person who sends it out . . .  your attitude has its own life . . . What you sow through your attitude you come back to you . . . . and you will reap in like kind.

Your attitude will be a reflection on the way you look at the world. As you see the world . . . . the world sees you. We will either be living is a world of possibilities and opportunities . . . . or a world of quicksand that’s pulling you under.

A person with a positive attitude and mindset will approach their life and career from a positive prospective. They will find that much of their life is a mirror of their attitude and they will reap what they sow.

People with a positive attitude will attract quality and like minded people into their lives. They will form strong . . . . and lasting relationships that will contribute a successful business career, a referral based business and full life.

When You Doubt Yourself You Doubt Everything

When You Doubt Yourself You Doubt Everything
“Doubt yourself and you doubt everything you see.
Judge yourself and you see judges everywhere.
But if you listen to the sound of your own voice,
you can rise above doubt and judgment,
and you can see forever.”
Nancy Lopez, Professional Golfer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When you doubt yourself you doubt everything

Doubt traps us into the mindset of what you can’t do . . . . and creates the limited beliefs in yourself and your abilities.

Believe in yourself . . . . and the vastness of your potential. Remove any doubts that you have in your mindset and focus on what is possible. When you remove your doubts . . . . you will release your potential.

Listen to your inner voice . . . . and it will guild you to find your potential and in that potential you will find the pathway to unlimited opportunities.

Never doubt yourself . . . .

Allow your inner voice to speak to you and guide your thoughts to find your strengths. In your strengths you will never doubt yourself or your potential.

Let go of the negative thinking. Believe in yourself . . . . in your abilities and in your potential to achieve great things. Release the power of positive thinking and never doubt yourself.

When you doubt yourself you doubt everything . . . . Release that doubt and everything becomes possible.

It’s Not the Size of the Opportunity

It’s Not the Size of the Opportunity
“Jumping at several small opportunities
may get us there more quickly
than waiting for one big one
to come along.”
Hugh Allen, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

It’s not the size of the opportunity

It not size of the opportunity that’s as important . . . . it’s what you do with an opportunity that will make all the difference.

Jump on the small opportunities with the passion to turn them into big opportunities.

Your biggest opportunities often seem insignificant at the time. It’s not until you begin to seize the moment and the opportunities do they become extraordinary . . . . and have a positive impact on your business and your personal success.

Be willing to jump on the opportunities regardless of their size. In doing so you’ll create opportunities that you can be turned into a breakthrough opportunity that has the potential to propel you forward in the direction of your goals.

Create a mindset of continuously looking for opportunities, and the opportunities will begin to find you.

Don’t wait for the big opportunities; jump on the small opportunities that you find. The ones that will build forward momentum that you can turn into the fuel for your success journey.

It’s not the size of the opportunity . . . . it’s what you do with the opportunity that makes the difference.

Getting Started id the Secret of Getting Ahead

Motivational Power Quote

Getting Started is The Secret of Getting Ahead
The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret
of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming
tasks into small manageable task and then
starting on the first one.”
Mark Twain 1835 - 1910, American author and humorist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Getting started is the secret ahead of getting ahead

The secret of getting ahead is the mindset of taking the actions that are required to pull you in the right direction.

Skills, motivation or desire by themselves will not make you a success. Success is achieves when you combined . . . . your skills . . . . motivation . . . . and desire into your activities and actions. By combining your talents you create the forward momentum that will push your forward into the direction of your goals.

As you move forward you will encounter many situations that will have to be managed properly to keep you moving in the right direction. You will encounter situations that at first glance would seem overwhelming; that you feel could derail your forward progress. When confronted with a situation break the conditions drown into manageable tasks . . . . and work on the smaller tasks until you have successfully taken an overwhelming situation . . . . and resolved the condition one pierce at the time.

Managing overwhelming situations is in your attitude of how do you eat an elephant? The answer is that question is you eat the elephant one bit at a time. Big issues or conditions are resolved one step at a time.

Getting started is the secret of getting ahead  . . . . focus on the road in front of you and continue to make progress one step at the time in the direction of your goals.

Dare to Be a Doer

Motivational Power Quote

Dare to Be a Doer
It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare;
it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.”
Seneca 4 BC to AD 65, Roman Stoic Philosopher,
Statesman, Dramatist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Dare to be a doer

The doer has the mindset of getting things done . . . . and in producing their desired results.

The person that sits and complaints . . . . is the producer of negative thinking and very little success.

Dare to be a doer . . . . . . . .

The doer will take calculated risks . . . . to achieve greater success.

Doers will experience setbacks and failures on their success journey as a result of stretching themselves . . . . to achieve greater success. They will learn from their setbacks and failures . . . . and they’ll use their experiences to do things better and more effective the next time. They see their setbacks and failures as temporary conditions . . . . and they push forward to go pass them.

The doers in life are a special group on people who . . . . are not content to stand on the sidelines and watch their life go by. They want to get into the game of life . . . . and be an active participant in the game and the outcome.

The doer wants to take control of their lives . . . . and have goals for what they want to achieve . . . . and have a plan of action to ensure that they are successful.

Dare to be a doer . . . . and set the course for a successful life.

You Can When You Believe You Can

Motivational Power Quote

You Can When You Believe You Can
“Optimism is essential to achievement and it is also the
foundation of courage and true progress.”
Nicholas Murray Butler, American philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You can when you believe you can

What you believe you can achieve . . . . you will achieve.

When you believe in yourself . . . . you open the doors of unlimited possibilities.

When you’re hopeful about your future . . . . you see the world as an optimist.

When you have faith in yourself . . . . your confident in your actions.

When you believe you’re destine for success . . . . your actions are in harmony with your beliefs.

An optimist lays the foundation for their future in their thinking. The thinking of I can and will . . . .  and then will do everything in their power to turn their thinking into a reality.

Live your life with positive expectations. Just like everyone else you will have your share of bad days and encounter setbacks and failures. But with the mindset of being an optimist you will get up . . . . dust yourself off and get back on track.

An optimist is hopeful about their future . . . . and with the positive self expectations that they will achieve their desired outcome.

Be the optimist and have the courage to step outside of your comfort zone . . . . and to move in the direction of their goals with confidence.

You can when you believe you can . . . . and you will do and be . . . .what you believe.
