The Inner Strength of Your Courage

Your Confidence Comes to the Surface

Your Confidence Comes to the Surface
“Experience tells you what to do: confidence allows
you to do it.”
Stan Smith, Professional Tennis Player

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your confidence comes to the surface

When the chips are down and your back is to the wall your confidence comes to the surface. How you respond to challenging situations will be a direct reflection of the level of confidence that you have in yourself.

Having confidence in yourself will give you the confidence in your decision making, acting with confidence . . . . and in finding successful solutions.

You will draw on your past experiences to guild you . . . . and you will step up to a challenging situation with your emotions under control. You will have the confidence that you will make good decisions . . . . and that you will act in accordance to your beliefs.

Your confidence will show in the way you carry yourself . . . . and in your actions. It will also show in the way that you interact with people.

You will also find that when you have confidence in yourself and you reflect that confidence in your actions, people will respect you. That respect will carry over every aspect of your life.

Your confidence comes to the surface . . . . and when you show a high level of confidence in yourself people will reflect the same level of confidence in you.

You Learn From Your Mistakes

Motivational Power Quote

You Learn From Your Mistakes
“I have learned more from my mistakes
than from my success.”
Sir Humphrey Davy 1778 – 1829, English Chemist,
Inventor

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You learn from your mistakes

You learn lessons from your past . . . . from both your successes and your mistakes.

The lessons that you learn from your mistakes can offer . . . . a greater opportunity for success in the future than what you learn from your successes. Your mistakes create life lessons that give you the insight on what to do in the future to create greater success . . . . and what to avoid.

Mistakes are a window into your past and offers excellent opportunities to learn . . . . and to benefit from the lessons in the future.

Experiences become a great teacher but can also be very expensive lessons.  Your experiences offer an opportunity to look at new challenges in a new insight. You are able to draw on the lessons from your past to make better use of your time and to focus your efforts on the most productive areas of our life.

You learn from your mistakes . . . . creates an excellent opportunity to play those lessons forward for greater success.

Dare to Be a Doer

Motivational Power Quote

Dare to Be a Doer
It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare;
it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.”
Seneca 4 BC to AD 65, Roman Stoic Philosopher,
Statesman, Dramatist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Dare to be a doer

The doer has the mindset of getting things done . . . . and in producing their desired results.

The person that sits and complaints . . . . is the producer of negative thinking and very little success.

Dare to be a doer . . . . . . . .

The doer will take calculated risks . . . . to achieve greater success.

Doers will experience setbacks and failures on their success journey as a result of stretching themselves . . . . to achieve greater success. They will learn from their setbacks and failures . . . . and they’ll use their experiences to do things better and more effective the next time. They see their setbacks and failures as temporary conditions . . . . and they push forward to go pass them.

The doers in life are a special group on people who . . . . are not content to stand on the sidelines and watch their life go by. They want to get into the game of life . . . . and be an active participant in the game and the outcome.

The doer wants to take control of their lives . . . . and have goals for what they want to achieve . . . . and have a plan of action to ensure that they are successful.

Dare to be a doer . . . . and set the course for a successful life.

You Will Only Go This Way . . . . One Time

Motivational Power Quote

You Will Only Go This Way . . . . One Time
Every man dies, but not every man lives.”
Garth Brooks, Entertainer

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You will only go this way . . . . one time

This is not a dress rehearsal . . . . this is the real thing.

You can choose to grasp the opportunities that you have . . . .  create new possibilities . . . . and extend your reach . . . . Or You can wait to see what happens.

Life is a series of experiences. You will encounter both setbacks and achievements. There will be times that you will have to take calculated risks . . . . at times that you miss opportunity by not taking action. You will reach the highest of highs . . . . and the lowest of lows. But with each experience comes the life lessons . . . . that can become the stepping stone for living a full prosperous life.

When you have a setback you can shake it off . . . . and push forward in the direction of your goals . . . . and objectives. Or you can sit where you are and nurse your wounds.

Life is not perfect . . . . and you will make mistakes along the way. There will be a time that you may feel that life is not treating you fairly . . . . but in reality is life is not always fair.

Life is what you make it . . . .

You will have bumps and bruises to show for your efforts of pushing forward . . . . but they are a very small price to pay for progress. The bumps and bruises . . . . are the tolls we paid on our success journey. Paying those tolls take you to a higher level of achievement . . . . and moves you closer to your goals.

To live a full and prosperous life is not sitting under a shade tree in the heat of summer or sitting next to a fireplace on a cold winter’s night.

Living a full and prosperous life comes in trying to be the best that you can be. It comes in extending yourself out of your comfort zone . . . . and picking yourself up . . . . and trying again after a setback.

You only go this way . . . . one time. Make the journey a master piece one that worth living . . . . and one that your willing to put you signature on.

Motivational Power Quote

Your Lessons of The Past Make You Who You Are Today
Results! Why, Man, I have gotten a lot of results.
I know several thousand things that won’t work.”
Thomas Alva Edison1847 – 1931, Inventor, Businessman

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your lessons of the past make you who you are today

Prior to inventing the incandescent light bulb Thomas A. Edison discovered the lessons of 10,000 ways that . . . . the light bulb would not work. There could have been 9,999 reasons for him to quit . . . . but Thomas Edison endured. He used his experiences as lessons to learn from what did not work . . . . until he had the break through and invented the incandescent light blub.

Thomas A. Edison learned valuable lessons . . . . on the way to success.

He learned that when things are not going the way he wanted them to, he . . . . . maintained the mindset to keep on going forward using the experiences of the lessons that he had learned.  He also learned a great lesson in turning his setbacks into stepping stones to success . . . . and that failure was only a temporary condition unless you quit.

He had the perseverance to continue to believe in him self . . . . and to work through his obstacles.

It is safe to say Thomas Edison would say . . . . your lessons of the past make you who you are today.

We Learn the Truth From the Past

Motivational Power Quote

We Learn the Truth From the Past
“We live in the present,
we dream of the future,
and learn eternal truths from the past.”
Chiang Kai-shek, Chinise Political Leader

As I see it. . . . . . . .

We learn the truth from the past.

The past has occurred and what has taken place is done and in the history book of our lives. As a result we can look back into that history and judge the underlying facts for the truth.

The truths are in the facts of our past. Those facts can be judged for the truth and the accuracy.

The eternal truths are in the past and those experiences are there us to draw on, learn from and to use those experiences in our future.

We learn the truth from the past, but we do with those experiences in the future is a personal choice and will determine the direction our lives take.
