A World Class Thinker Has the Awareness

A World Class Thinker Has the Awareness
“The ultimate goal of a world class thinker is to ascend to
the highest level of awareness in the shortest amount
of time. The more aware you become, the more
successful and happy you will be.”
Steve Siebold, Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .
Be a world class thinker has the awareness

World class thinkers have written goals . . . . and a clear purpose in their mind and actions. They have an awareness of where they’re going and a plan on how they’re going to get there. What they’re not thinking about is a maybe. They’re focusing on “IT’S A MUST.”

A world class thinker; thinks through a process . . . . and evaluates the conditions,  knows what the next step is. . . . and takes it. They will take massive action to achieve their goals . . . . and to successfully reach their objectives.

World class thinkers are conscious about their surroundings. They know where they are today . . . . and what they will have to do to successfully cross the finish line. As a result of their awareness they will grasp the day . . . . and push forward with a purpose.

Through they’re awareness, they are to responsive to change . . . . and will continually sharpen their skills to stay ahead of the business curve . . . . to keep themselves at the top of their profession.

A world class thinker thinks in the present. . . .  and plans for the future.

By focusing on the future they are investing their thinking and energy on creating a successful future. They won’t live in the past and when they think about the past they’re referencing the past as a learning experience . . . . and use the history as  building blocks for the future.

They will do their best to move forward with a purpose and a plan . . . . and not to leave things to chance. They stay in control of their success journey and in their future.

A world class thinker has the awareness . . . . of what they have to do to succeed and they will do it. As a result they will remain in control of their success journey and their destiny.

Real Security in Life

What You’re Aware of You Can Control

What You’re Aware of You Can Control
“What you are aware of you are in control of;
what you are not aware of is in control of you.”
Anthony de Mello, Author, Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .
What you’re aware of you can control

Be aware of your business and personal environment for what you understand you can control. Know the people in your life . . . . and be grateful for the people that are there to support you . . . . your efforts . . . .  and are there to mentor you.

Call them friends . . . . and treat them as valued resources in your life.

What you are unaware will control you.

To compete in a changing and competitive business environment you have to keep your skills to razor sharp edge.  The professional that has the sharpest skills . . . . and applies them in a professional and affective manner creates a strategic business advantage.

Having an awareness that you have to continue to acquire new skills . . . . and keep your existing skill sharp and relevant will keep you on the leading edge of success.

Awareness keeps you tuned in your personal surrounding . . . . and your professional environment. Awareness gives you the ability to adjust when it’s required . . . . and lets you know when you’re on track. Awareness is your person GPS that lets you know where you are at any time in your career and in your life.

What you’re aware of you can control and that control will allow you to stay in control of your environment.

As Rain Drops Erodes Solid Rock

As Rain Drops Erodes Solid Rock
“The drops of rain make a hole in the stone
not by violence, but by oft falling.”
Lucretius 99 BC – 55 AD, Roman Poet and Philosopher

As I see it. . . . . . . .
As rain drops erodes solid rock

Drops of rain are like the moments in our life.

As your moments in your life pass; you don’t think much about them or how we use them. Why? Because there will be many more of them for you to experience.

As a drop of rain falls . . . . they become lost with along with the many other drops of rain that fall with it.

When your moments in your life are combined in positive undertakings the moments accumulate . . . . and returns value to you. The more productive you make your moments the higher rate of return those moments return to you.

When a drop of rain falls . . . . and is combined with many more they can erode the face of a mountain . . . .  cut a hole in stone. Rain drops can accumulate to create a stream that becomes the head of a mighty river.

There is power . . . . in a rain drop  and in a moment in your life.

In your moments you build the skills to change your life . . . .  to become a leader in your profession . . . . and to accomplish great things.

Success is not produced in a vacuum . . . .  it created in the moments of your life that you direct towards your goals, in productive activities . . . . and in planning your future.

The moments in your life are important . . . . Anyone of them can be the moment that you change the direction of your future and that creates greater levels of success . . . . and where you find personal happiness.

The moments in your life are like drops of rain they may come down hard . . . . or they may fall gently. But when everything is said and done the moments in your lives make you who we are.

May the drops of rain fall gently into your life and may your moments become productive and supply the fuel for a positive success journey.

As rain drops will erode solid rock . . . . they will erode your obstacles.

Listen Your Way to Success

Motivational Power Quote

Listen Your Way to Success
“Most of the successful people I’ve known are the ones who
do more listening than talking.”
Bernard M. Baruch 1870 - 1965, Wall Street Legend

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Listen your way to success.

Successful people are professional listeners and listen their way to success.

Successful people listen to the person that’s speaking with empathy until they know and understand the person better then the person understands them self.

Through their listening skills the professional knows their customers as a person and discovers their needs, wants and motivations.

Listening opens the doors for a professional to understand their customer’s and puts them into the position to better service the customers’ needs. That understanding creates a strategic business advantage for the professional in assisting the customer.

A professional listener uses their listening skills to understand and they speak to gather information.

The most successful negotiators are the most effective listeners. They listen their way to successful negotiations.

Professional listeners are professional communicators.

The professional listeners use their listening skills to know their customers’ needs, wants and motivations and listens their way to success.

Preparation Opens The Doors to Success

Motivational Power Quote

Preparation Opens The Doors to Success
“Success depends upon previous preparation
and without such preparation
their is sure to be failure.”
Confucius

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Preparation opens the doors to success

Preparation becomes the difference between a person succeeding or failing. The margin of success can be measured in a very thin slice but that thin slice is enough to propel the person into the winners circle.

The difference in a person’s reaching the winner’s circle is their commitment to preparation. That commitment to preparation becomes the difference between one person success and another person failing.

A prepared person has prepared themselves for their success journey and for the contingencies that they encounter on their journey. When a person is prepared they know with certainly what actions they have to take to become successful and they have developed the skills to successful do what has to be done to reach their goals.

Preparation is that thin slice of success that separates the successful person from the person who fails.

Preparation is the edge that winners use create to succeed.

Preparation opens the doors to success and you have the key.

What You Do is What Counts

Motivational Power Quote

What You Do is What Counts
“The world cares very little about
what a man or woman knows;
it is what a man or woman is
able to do that’s counts.”
Booker T. Washington, educator, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

What you do is what counts
We can talk about what has to be done, but without action our talk has no value.

We can be the smartest person in the room, but without using that knowledge, our knowledge has very little value.
What matters is how you use your skills and knowledge that you have been blessed with to do what has to be done.

Attracting Opportunities

Motivational Power Quote

Attracting Opportunities
“Those who embrace learning will attract
business opportunities and success in their future,
while the non-learner will no longer be able to successfully compete.”
Lou Ludwig, sales and marketing consultant, author, speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Attracting opportunities

The person that commits themselves to continuous learning will acquire the skills necessary to compete and achieve success in a competitive world and changing business environment. While others will no longer be able to keep up and compete.

The person who has prepared themselves will be on the leading edge of attracting opportunities. That person will see opportunities that won’t see. They will also take advantage of opportunities that others miss.

The person who has prepared themselves creates the thin slice of differences between attracting opportunities and missing opportunity.

The people who have sharpened their skills to a razors edge will maximize the opportunities that they find and turn their opportunities into successes.

Attracting business opportunities will go to the person who has prepared themselves to attract them.

Few Things are Impossible

 Motivational Power Quote

Few Things are Impossible

“Few things are impossible
to the diligence and skilled.
Great works are performed
not by strength, but by perseverance.”
Samuel Johnson, writer (1709-1784)

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Few things are impossible.

Being diligence and skilled in your chosen profession increases your possibilities.

The diligence person that’s exercises urgency in their efforts will be seen by others as a leader in their field. When we commit to work for our success we increase our possible of success.

Acquiring and applying the necessary skills opens the doors that are closed to others.

Few things become impossible for those who are diligence in their efforts and willing to consistently apply the skills needed to succeed.

Strength will not create lasting success; perseverance with the right attitude and skills will make the differences in creating success.

Continued Incremental Improvement

  Motivational Power Quote

Continued Incremental Improvement

“Only those who constantly retool themselves
stand a chance of staying employed in the years ahead.”
Tom Peters, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Continued incremental improvement . . . . becomes critical to stay completive in a completive world and business.

Retooling ourselves and sharpening our skills is required to stay ahead in your field. Professionals who retool themselves will carve out a distinct business advantage.

The choice is clear retool ourselves and move forward with confidence or stay as we are and fall behind.

We retool ourselves by committing to daily incremental improvement in our attitude, in our business and in our social skills. At first the improvement isn’t always noticeable over time the different become enormous and will separate us from those who elected to stay the same.

Retool and thrive.

There is No Success Without Learning

Motivational Power Quote

There is No Success Without Learning

“Learning is not compulsory. . .
neither is survival.”
Dr. W. Edwards Deming, consultant, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
The future belongs to those who are continuously learning. They accumulate the knowledge to successfully compete in the new business environment.

Relevant knowledge properly applied becomes a powerful tool. Lack of knowledge becomes fatal.

The key to the future is learning the skills and accumulating the knowledge that gives you the ability to master your field of endeavor and then apply the skills and knowledge in an effective manor.

The price of being a non-learner is astronomical and paid over a lifetime.

The price for our future success is paid today in our commitment to learning in the present.
