Stop Worrying and Start Living in the Moment

Stop Worrying and Start Living in the Moment
“It’s no accident that things are more likely to go your
way when you stop worrying about whether you’re
going to win or lose, and focus all your full
attention on what happening
right in the moment.”
Phil Jackson, Basketball Coach

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Stop worrying and start living in the moment

When you live in the moment you’re making the most of each of the moments that you have been blessed with.

Your life is built on the little successes . . . . by making the most of your moments. Your moments become the building blocks for your future . . . . and the foundation that you build you future success on.

Let your moments become the strength that your future is built on . . . . and the strength of those moments will pull you through the  changing condition you encounter.

Your moments may seem like they’re fleeting . . .  But the results of those moments accumulate . . . . and in those moments you will either build the foundation of your future on bedrock . . . . or on quicksand.

Stop worrying and start living in the moment. Make every moment count in your day . . . . and you will be able to count on your moments to be your strength today and in the future.

Taking a Stand

Taking a Stand
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience
which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able
to say to yourself ‘I have lived through this horror
I can take the next thing that comes along.’
You must do the things you think
you cannot do.”
Eleanor Roosevelt 1884 - 1962, Former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Taking a stand

You develop who you are through your life experiences. Some of the experiences bring back happy memories that you would like to go back and relive. While other experiences you would like to forget about.

You develop your strength, courage and confidence in life by taking a stand. When you make a commitment to dig in and face your fears and challenges . . . . you change your life and your results.

You find your strength in working your way through life’s difficulties. Your difficulties test you on who you are as a person. When you dig in, you take a stand and in that moment you stand your ground. You will do your best and create the courage to face any challenge in the future with confidence.

When we have the courage to face your fears . . . .  You look fear in the eye with inner confidence . . . . and you will develop the strength to overcome your fears, and you will see your obstacles melt away.

Taking a stand is the start of a new chapter in your life

Pull Other People Up

Motivational Power Quote

Pull Other People Up
There are two ways of exerting one’s strength:
one is pushing down, the other is pulling up.”
Booker T. Washington 1856 - 1915, African American
Educator, Author, Orator

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Pull other people up

There are two ways that a person can lead their lives . . . . and find their real strength and purpose.

One can lead a life of pushing the people around down. They will also try to suppress the person’s personal growth . . . . and ambitions while restraining the person’s progress and success.

This type of person has self-esteem issues . . . . and is they are trying to conceal it by treating the people around them harshly. By pushing people down gives that person the false allusion of satisfaction.

This person will eventually . . . . self-destruct.

There is another type of person that spends their lifetime in pulling and pushing people up.

They are the mentors in life . . . . that person will be there to give a person a boost at just the right time . . . . and help them to push up when it’s needed.

The mentors are the giver in life and what they do is not done for recognition or personal gain. The giver gains person satisfaction in helping others to succeed . . . . and in helping them to achieve their goals.

But something happens along the way for a giver, they become recognized for what they have done . . . . and what they have contributed to others. They will attract success through their efforts of giving.

There are two types of pushers in life the person who pushes people down . . . . and the person that pushes people up and boosters them. There are light years of differences between the two.

The path way to success and achievement is to pull other people up and you will find your strength and purpose.

Motivational Power Quote

Show Appreciation . . . . and Give Thanks
When you arise in the morning, give thanks for the morning
light, for your life and strength. Give thanks for your food,
and the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks,
the fault lies with yourself.”
Tecumesh 1768 - 1813, Shawnee Chief

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Show appreciation . . . . and give thanks

Show appreciation and give thanks . . . . to the people who bring joy into your life . . . . and they will become the pillars of your strength.

Focus on the positive things in your life . . . . and give thanks for what you have . . . . and strive for the things you want to achieve.

You have it within your capacity to give thanks for each day that we are blessed with . . . . and to make the most of your day and to take joy in what you accomplish.

When you show appreciation . . . . and give thanks . . . . for your day and the people in your life . . . . You change your view of the people in your life and how you see the world.

The Biggest Difference Between Courage and Bullying

Motivational Power Quote

The Biggest Difference Between Courage and Bullying
“Courage is the fire, and bullying is the smoke.”
Benjamin Disraeli 1804 – 1881, British Prime Minister

As I see it. . . . . . .

The biggest difference between courage and bullying

A person finds their courage and their strength in their adversity.

They will withstand the onslaught of uncertainty and stand their ground. The pressures can be become unbearable but they will not be move from their position and they will not quit.

A person’s courage comes from their heart. It’s the person that steps forward become the leader when everyone is freeze in place that finds their courage.

Courage is the fire to do the right thing for the right reason. A person of courage stands out and becomes viewed as someone to be trusted and looked up to.

Bullying on the other hand is very interesting. The bully seeks out their victims; they will prey on the person that they perceive as weaker themselves. The bully sets out to terrorize the person to gain control over the person. A bully controls the person thought fear.

The only way a bully can control a person is when that person agrees to become a victim.

The bully finds power in creating victims. A bully has very low self esteem and only sense of power is in creating and maintaining victims and controlling them.

A bully is smoke because once a bully is challenged their will be no substance to the person.

The biggest difference between courage and bullying is the person with courage will prevail over a bully.
