Being Prepared Removes the Fear

Being Prepared Removes the Fear
“Success in business requires training and discipline and
hard work. But if you’re not frightened by these
things, the opportunities are just as
great today as they ever were.”
David Rockefeller, American Entrepreneur and Chief Executive
of Chase Manhattan Bank

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Being prepared removes the fear

Being prepared for success removes the fear of moving forward . . . . and allows you to step forward with confidence.

Success will be available for those who are willing to develop the skills required to succeed . . . . and have the discipline to move forward with a purpose to pursue their goals and without fear.

As you move forward hard work with a purpose . . . . with a plan will keep you moving in the right direction . . . . and you will accelerate your forward momentum on your success journey.

Move forward with confidences . . . . and fear will evaporate into a distance memory.

Being prepared removes the fear . . . .  and will continue move you in the direction of your goals with the confidence that you will successfully achieve your goals and dreams.

Fear is a Paper Tiger

Fear is a Paper Tiger
“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest
is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tiger, you
can do anything you decide to do.”
Amelia Earhart, American Aviation Pioneer

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Fear is a paper tiger

A person with fear in their heart derails their success journey . . . and kills their career.

No matter if it’s the fear of the unknown . . . .  the fear of failure . . . . or the fear to take action fear paralyzes a person into inaction. That fear prevents a person from taking the actions required to succeed. It will also greatly hinder a person’s ability to be successful in almost any endeavor.

When you make a decision to act . . . . you will dissolve any fear that you have . . . . Once you act you find that your fears will melt away quickly with your actions.

Once you make the decision to act you find that you can do anything that you decide to do . . . . and believe you can do.

Fear is a paper tiger . . . . and the silent killer of careers . . . . and will derail your success . . . . and will move you into inaction . . . . and a lifetime of “I can’t.” Take the actions to move the fear out of your life. Move forward into the future with a “I can do it” attitude . . . . and the “I will zone”  and you will find yourself accomplishing amazing things.

Fear is a Negative Thought Pattern

Fear is a Negative Thought Pattern
“Of course people are afraid. But honestly facing
that fear, seeing it for what it is, is the only way
of putting it to rest .”
Edna Ferber 1885 - 1968, American Novelist, Short Story
Writer, and Playwright

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Fear is a negative thought pattern

Everyone at some point in there lives will experience fear. How you respond to those fears will determine the direction that your future will move in.

Fears become a death sentence for your minds . . . . and create negative thought patterns.

You have to look past your fears and remove them from your thoughts and your life. Replace the fears with a positive outlook for your future and see your future as productive and successful.

A fear is . . . . False Evidence Appearing Real . . . .

The only way that you can successfully control . . . . and overcome your fears is to face them head on.

A fear is a negative thought pattern that has to be replaced with a new positive thought pattern.

Facing your fears will take courage and will not always an easy process. You have to recognize and acknowledge your fears . . . . and make the decision to overcome then. That decision will change the course of your life. When you put your fears behind you, you will feel a weight being lifted off your shoulders.

Take corrective measures to overcome the fears and as you do you recapture the control of your life and your future. Then push the fears aside and move on.

Face your fears and you will be facing your future with breath of fresh air and with a positive can do attitude.

A fear is a negative thought pattern that has to be replaced with a new positive thought pattern.

Fear Become a Life Sentence of Inaction

Motivational Power Quote

Fear Become a Life Sentence of Inaction
The fear is worse than the pain.”
Shannon Bahr, forward thinker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Fear becomes a life sentence of inaction. . . .

Fear becomes a life sentence of inaction . . . . and frustration following a winding path with no destination when we allow fear to control our life.

Fear disables the person into inaction.

The person that lives in fear dies a thousand deaths without making any forward progress in their lives.

Living in fear is like many things in our life . . . . what we do about fear is a choice . . . . we can surrender to fear or we can address it and find a to remove it and to get past it.

Fear can be best defined as false evidence appearing real. That allowed to grow will freeze a person and distort their t decision making and consume their life.

It takes courage to acknowledge your fears exist and to take the steps to eliminate them. But once you step out of the shadows of your fear they will begin to melt away.

Fear is a life sentence of inaction. . . . until take the first step to eliminate them. Take that step today and you’re on the pathway of removing them and feeling a weight being lifted from your shoulders.

The Biggest Difference Between Courage and Bullying

Motivational Power Quote

The Biggest Difference Between Courage and Bullying
“Courage is the fire, and bullying is the smoke.”
Benjamin Disraeli 1804 – 1881, British Prime Minister

As I see it. . . . . . .

The biggest difference between courage and bullying

A person finds their courage and their strength in their adversity.

They will withstand the onslaught of uncertainty and stand their ground. The pressures can be become unbearable but they will not be move from their position and they will not quit.

A person’s courage comes from their heart. It’s the person that steps forward become the leader when everyone is freeze in place that finds their courage.

Courage is the fire to do the right thing for the right reason. A person of courage stands out and becomes viewed as someone to be trusted and looked up to.

Bullying on the other hand is very interesting. The bully seeks out their victims; they will prey on the person that they perceive as weaker themselves. The bully sets out to terrorize the person to gain control over the person. A bully controls the person thought fear.

The only way a bully can control a person is when that person agrees to become a victim.

The bully finds power in creating victims. A bully has very low self esteem and only sense of power is in creating and maintaining victims and controlling them.

A bully is smoke because once a bully is challenged their will be no substance to the person.

The biggest difference between courage and bullying is the person with courage will prevail over a bully.

Step Out of the Shadows Into the Light

Motivational Power Quote

Step Out of the Shadows Into the Light

“Never fear shadows they simply mean

there’s a light somewhere nearby.”

Ruth E. Renker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Step out of the shadows into the light

The shadows may seem like a dark and uncertain place, much like life can be at times.

How you see the shadows in your life makes all the difference.  You can see your shadows as a place to fear or you can see the shadows as being stepping stone into the light.

When you fear your shadows your life becomes very uncertain with no direction. When you look through your shadows you will be able to see the light and in that light you will see the path to follow.

A shadow is a temporary condition and finding the light is a choice.

Have the faith in yourself to step out of the shadows and into the light.

Positive Actions Creates Success

Motivational Power Quotes

Positive Actions Creates Success
“The secret of getting things
done is to act.”
Benjamin David

As I see it . . . . . . .

Positive actions creates success

Positive action breeds our confidence in ourselves and that confidence builds our courage to step outside of our comfort zone and into the success zone.

A positive action becomes a key step in our success journey and in achieving our goals.

Inactions breeds doubts in our abilities and that doubt turns to fear. The fear of taking action and in making a mistake will paralyze our decision making and our ability to act. Both will create a downward spiral and move further away from success.

Plan your activities and actions to align with achieving your goals. When you align with your actions with your goals you are taking positive actions to move you closer to your goals.

Taking positive action will keep you on purpose and will move you forward on your success journey.

Do What Scares You

Motivational Power Quote

Do What Scares You

“Do one thing everyday
that scares you.”
Eleanor Roosevelt, former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Do what scares you.

When we’re scare it creates fear, and that fear paralyzes us and will keep us awake at night worrying. Fear creates anxiety and affects our ability to think effectively and take action.

Commit yourself to do one thing everyday that scares you. Do the things that scare until you have successfully removed them and the fear.

Once fear is removed you will feel that a weight has been removed from your shoulders. With the fear removed you will find yourself becoming more productive and your thinking improves.

Do what scares you and you will remove from your life.

Courage is a Decision

Motivational Power Quote

Courage is a Decision

“Fear is a reaction.
Courage is a decision.”
Winston Churchill, former British Prime Minister

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Courage is a decision.

The sense of fear is a reaction to a circumstance that we find ourselves in. Controlling fear is essential to finding a situation and removing fear from our thoughts.

Fear can paralyze our thinking and our ability to act.

We have to have the courage to recognize our fear and make the commitment to work though the fear, risk the unknown to find resolution to the fear and move on.

Master your fate, master your fear and have the courage to move pass your fear and into the light of possible.

 Motivational Power Quote

Understanding Fear

“Half our fears are baseless; the other discreditable.”

Christian Bovee

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Understanding fear . . . .

Fear is false information appearing real.

Half of our fear is either baseless or false.

Fear can be based on incomplete information or misunderstanding the information we have.

Fear can come from intentionally being threatened or pressured for the others person gain, a good example would be in negotiations.

When you sense fear; mentally step back from the situation for a moment and analyze the feeling determine what causing the feeling and if it creditable or is it baseless.

If it’s baseless the fear will pass in a moment, if it’s real determine the best methods to handle it.

In either case you are handling the feeling and not carrying the baggage.
