Your Actions Will Speak for You

Your Actions Will Speak for You
“A superior man acts before he speaks, and afterward
speaks according to his actions.”
Confucius 551 BC - 479 BC, Chinese Teacher, Editor,
Politician and Philosopher

As I see it . . . . . . .
Your actions will speak for your

For every action that you take, there will be an equal reaction . . . . and an element of risk.

The cost of success comes in your willingness to take action . . . . To invest your time . . . . your resources . . . . your energy . . . . and take a calculated risk in order to succeed.

Have the courage of your convictions . . . . and take the actions that will move you closer to achieving your goals.

Conversely remaining in your comfort zone that result in inaction has greater risks with a higher probability of creating a massive failure then taking a calculated risk through your actions.

The cost of success is in your planning . . . . taking action . . . . and accepting the possibility of a calculated risk.

Your actions will speak for you . . . . let it be one that your customers speak for you.

To Ask Why

To Ask Why
“Millions saw the apple fall, but Newton
was the one to ask why.”
Bernard M Baruch 1870 - 1965, American Financier,
Statesman and Political Consultant

As I see it . . . . . . .
To ask why

Ask questions . . . . to gather more information.

Ask questions . . . . to understand.

Ask questions . . . .to learn and increase your knowledge.

Ask questions . . . . in order to help other people.

Never fear to ask questions . . . . and never fear the answers.

Asking questions incorporated with active listening skills . . . . leads to understanding . . . .  Understanding leads to knowledge . . . . and knowledge leads to the answers.

The person with the most knowledge used effectively . . . . is in control of the conversation.

Answers are the stepping stones . . . . to your future success.

To ask why . . . . keeps you on purpose . . . . and it takes courage to ask.

Sometimes You Make the Adjustments

Sometimes You Make the Adjustments
“Sometime you make the right decision,
sometimes you make the decision right.”
Dr. Phil, Author, Talk Show Host

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Sometimes you make the adjustments

You will make many decisions in your lifetime . . . . and when you make them they will seem right at the time. Some of them will be good decisions . . . . and some them you would like to forget about; quickly.

Guess what? It’s physical impossibly to go through life . . . . and never to have made a bad decision.

Your objective should be to make the best possible decision you can with the information you have . . . . and in the conditions that you find yourselves in.

You have seen the results of bad decisions . . . . and many times they where made by people you know.

The biggest pitfall in making a bad decision is accelerating it through having a case of denial.  Bad decisions have to be recognized for what they are (bad) . . . . and the quicker the issue recognized . . . . and resolved the better it will be for everyone involved.

It takes courage to admit that you made a bad decision . . . . and the self-confidence to correct it.

Bad decisions that are left to fester become worst . . . . and create an infection in your thinking and drain your energy. You have to look for the best possible solution under the conditions that you find yourself in.  Make the adjustments that are required to correct the situation and move pass the bad decision as quickly as possible and move on.

The Courage To Live Your Dreams

The Courage To Live Your Dreams
“It takes someone with a vision of the possibilities
to attain new levels of experience. Someone
with the courage to live his dreams.”
Les Brown, Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
The courage to live your dreams

In order to live your dreams you have to step outside of your comfort zone . . . . and step into the realm of possibilities. Living your dreams has a certain element of risk that comes along with stepping outside of your comfort zone . . . . but without an element of risk there are no rewards.

Create a clear vision of your dreams in your mind. See the details of living your dreams . . . . as if you where living them today. Turn your dreams into your passion . . . . and peruse them with a sense of purpose.

As you peruse your dreams you will gain forward momentum in your life . . . . and continue to move in the direction of fulfilling your life’s purpose and in living your dreams.

Have the courage to live your dreams . . . . and to step outside of your comfort zone . . . . and to stretch yourself into the possibility zone of your future success.

Goals Allow You to Control the Direction of Your Life

Goals Allow You to Control the Direction of Your Life
“Goals allow you to control the direction of change in your favor.”
Brian Tracy, Self-Help Author, Motivational Speaker

As I see it . . . . . . .
Goals allow you to control the direction of your life

Efforts along does not create success. If you’re working hard and moving in the wrong direction, you’ll have very limited or no positive gain in your career.

To control the direction of your life and career path you’ll have to know where you’re going . . . . and how you’re going to get there. The road map for a successful career is in having written goals . . . . and using your goals to guild your success journey.

You have to have . . . . the courage to indentify your goals and to create your purpose to determine your direction that you want your life to take. You will have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone and into the future with confidence with direction.

The moment that you make those decisions you have began to start to take control the direction of your life and your success journey.

You have to indentify the direction that you want your lives to take you and create a plan to get you there. Once you establish that direction you have to pursue that course with a purpose . . . . and with massive action. At that moment you will control the direction of your life.

Goals allow you to control the direction of your life.

with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your
own imperfections but instantly set about remedying
them everyday begin the task anew.”

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Have patience’s with all things

Don’t lose faith in yourself . . . . or the courage to try to continue to move forward.

As you move forward on your success journey you will find that your journey will move at various paces. On some days your success journey will seem like you’re on an expressway with no tolls . . . . and the pace will be quick. While on others days it will feel like your in gridlock . . . . and making no forward process.

Taking a Stand

Taking a Stand
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience
which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able
to say to yourself ‘I have lived through this horror
I can take the next thing that comes along.’
You must do the things you think
you cannot do.”
Eleanor Roosevelt 1884 - 1962, Former First Lady

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Taking a stand

You develop who you are through your life experiences. Some of the experiences bring back happy memories that you would like to go back and relive. While other experiences you would like to forget about.

You develop your strength, courage and confidence in life by taking a stand. When you make a commitment to dig in and face your fears and challenges . . . . you change your life and your results.

You find your strength in working your way through life’s difficulties. Your difficulties test you on who you are as a person. When you dig in, you take a stand and in that moment you stand your ground. You will do your best and create the courage to face any challenge in the future with confidence.

When we have the courage to face your fears . . . .  You look fear in the eye with inner confidence . . . . and you will develop the strength to overcome your fears, and you will see your obstacles melt away.

Taking a stand is the start of a new chapter in your life

Sophia Loren, Italian actress

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Seeking the Solutions

Seeking the Solutions
“Courage means to keep working a relationship,
to continue seeking solutions to difficult
problems, and focus during stressful periods.”
Denis Waitley, inspirational author and speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Seeking the solutions

When you’re facing challenges and difficult problems that seem to be overwhelming . . . . have the courage remain composed.  Focusing on seeking the solutions becomes imperative to overcome the problems.

Difficult problems won’t solve themselves . . . . by themselves.

Don’t allow a problem to become overwhelming. Taking control of the problem is looking pass the problem and seeking out the best possible solution to the problem. Apply the solutions to the problem . . . . until the problem is successfully resolved.

When you stay in control of challenging situations and difficult problems you reduce your stress . . . . and stay in control of your emotions. As a result you will make far better decisions in finding the solutions.

Focus on Reaching a Distance Shore

Focus on Reaching a Distance Shore
“To see far is one thing; going there is another.”
Constantin Brancusi, Romanian-Born Sculptor

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Focus on reaching a distance shore

Many have dreamed of a great adventure . . . . and traveling to a distance shore. But very few have the courage take the steps to get them there.

A dream is a great ambition and a vision to be achieved. For many people their dream burns in their heart but they allow the flame to flicker and burn out not realizing that their dream is within their reach.

To fulfill your dreams you have to set your course and remain focused on the distance shore. On your journey there will be obstacles to overcome and setbacks to where you may have to reset your course.  In challenging time always be focused on the distance shore as the destination.

You have to have the fortitude to pick yourself up after you’re knocked down and to get back on course when the winds of life blow you off course.

The distance shore is there for you to reach when you remain committed to your success journey . . . . and are willing to be persistent in your efforts.

You are the captain of your life . . . . and we set the course that your life will take. Set the heading for a distance shore . . . . Commit yourself to keep your success journey on course and you will find that as a result of your commitment and actions the distance shore becomes with in your reach.

Focus on the distance shore . . . . and commit yourself to a successful journey.`

Spread Your Wings and Leave Your Comfort Zone

Motivational Power Quote

Spread Your Wings and Leave Your Comfort Zone
If you’re growing we’re always going to be out
of our comfort zone.”
John C. Maxwell, Leadership Expert and Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Spread your wings and leave your comfort zone

Spreading your wings takes an act of courage . . . . and a leap of faith on your part . . . . to leave the safety of your comfort zone behind you. Take that leap of faith and be lifted into . . . . a new world of personal growth and new possibilities.

With faith you will feel the air under your wings . . . . and find yourselves being lifted out of your current world of the status quo into and . . . . a new realm of possibilities.

The moment that you feel the air under your wings you may experience a flash of hesitation about leaving your comfort zone.  At that very instance is where you have the capacity to . . . . change your life forever.

You can close your wings and stay in your comfort zone . . . . and let your tomorrows become the mirror image of your past. Or you can put your faith in yourself to create a brighter future. Let the air lift you . . . .  into the world of new possibilities and personal growth.

Spread your wings and leave your comfort zone . . . . and soar with the eagles.

You where meant to fly and reach great heights. But you and you alone is the only person that . . . . can open your wings and learn to fly.

Spread your wings . . . . out of your comfort zone and you will change the view of your world.

Genius is to Believe in Your Ability

Motivational Power Quote

Genius is to Believe in Your Ability
Genius is the ability to reduce
the complicated to the simple.”
C.W. Ceram, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Genius is to believe in your ability

Genius is . . . . the thin slice between ordinary and extraordinary.

Genius is . . . . turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Genius is . . . . finding a way to do the things that other people are not doing and to do them and to turn them into opportunities and success.

Genius is . . . . focusing on the little details and doing them with excellences and turning them into the big things that make a big difference.

Genius is . . . . when you hit a wall is to have the courage to scale it to a new height.

Fear Become a Life Sentence of Inaction

Motivational Power Quote

Fear Become a Life Sentence of Inaction
The fear is worse than the pain.”
Shannon Bahr, forward thinker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Fear becomes a life sentence of inaction. . . .

Fear becomes a life sentence of inaction . . . . and frustration following a winding path with no destination when we allow fear to control our life.

Fear disables the person into inaction.

The person that lives in fear dies a thousand deaths without making any forward progress in their lives.

Living in fear is like many things in our life . . . . what we do about fear is a choice . . . . we can surrender to fear or we can address it and find a to remove it and to get past it.

Fear can be best defined as false evidence appearing real. That allowed to grow will freeze a person and distort their t decision making and consume their life.

It takes courage to acknowledge your fears exist and to take the steps to eliminate them. But once you step out of the shadows of your fear they will begin to melt away.

Fear is a life sentence of inaction. . . . until take the first step to eliminate them. Take that step today and you’re on the pathway of removing them and feeling a weight being lifted from your shoulders.

Go Into The Fog of the Unknown

Motivational Power Quote

Go Into The Fog of the Unknown
“A man can learn nothing except
by going from the known to the unknown.”
Claude Bernard 1813 - 1878, French Physiologist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Go into the fog of the unknown . . . .

In the fog of the unknown is where you will find the pathway to unlimited opportunities and success. That pathway may have been obscured to you in the past but it there for you to take the moment that you look for it. In taking that path you will have to step out of your comfort zone and into the unknown.

When you take that step into the unknown you are taking a leap of faith and in taking that path we will discover that the path is the one that you were meant to follow.

Stepping into the unknown can be the first step away from doing something that you always done and trying something new. In doing something new you change the results of what you have been getting in the past.

It becomes very easy to continue the do the some old stuff because you feel comfortable in your routines. It’s not until you change your routines do you find yourselves getting new results and expanding our horizons.

To take the step and to go into the unknown will take courage and having faith in yourself. That faith will be rewarded in new opportunities and a pathway to person growth and expanded success.

Go into the fog of the unknown . . . . and you will find knowledge and opportunity.

It Takes Courage to Do What’s Right

Motivational Power Quote

It Courage to Do What’s Right
“Every time I’ve done something that doesn’t feel right,
it’s ended up not being right.”
Mario Cuomo, former Governor of New York

As I see it. . . . . . . .

It takes courage to do what’s right

Doing what’s right is more important than doing what’s politically correct. Overtime, people will judge you by your actions and your character.

Your words will have an impact when there spoken and in time fade away, you will be remembered by your actions and doing what’s right.

It takes courage to do what’s right because there will be times that you will feel like we’re standing alone and you’re becoming a target as a result of your actions. But you’ll find that by having the strength to do the right thing you will gain support for your actions of doing what’s right.

Many times it will appear the easy way out of a challenging situation is to what politically correct or what others think you should do. But if in your heart you feel that it’s not the right thing to do; you’re right. Follow your heart and do the right thing.

When you do what’s right you develop your character. People will judge you as a person that can be trusted and you will be recognized as a person of character.

It takes courage to what’s right . . . . When you do what’s right your doing the right thing.
