Take Control Your Fears

Take Control Your Fears
“I have not creased being fearful, but I have creased
to let fear control me.”
Erica Jong, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Take control your fears

Having fears are normal what you do with those fears is optional  . . . . and becomes a personal choice. You can control your fears . . . . Or you can allow those fears to take control of you.

Fear can paralyze a person from living a full and productive life . . .  it can create inaction . . . . and freeze a person in place.

Or you can elect to take control of your fears . . . .  by first acknowledging the fear.

Once you have acknowledged the fear you can find a way to adjust your thinking about the fear. Work on removing the fear . . . . or work around the fear. You are now in control of your fear and in the process to remove it.

The fear may still exist . . . . . but you now have far more control you’re thinking about the fear.

Take control your fears . . . . and you take charge of your life and your future.

Take the Responsible for Your Success

Take the Responsible for Your Success
“Responsibility’s like a string we can only see the middle of
both ends are out of sight.”
William Mc Fee, Author

As I see it . . . . . . .
Take the responsible for your success

Success is not an overnight thing . . . . and when a successful outcome is your goal it’s your responsible to create it.

At the start of your success journey, it becomes imperative to have a vision for your future.  For what you want to accomplish . . . . and a road map to get to get you to your objectives successfully.

It’s your responsible to take control of your success journey . . . . and to set the gears in motion to create a successful outcome.

You are responsible for the success or failure that you encounter in your life’s journey. You have made the choices . . . . your decisions and your actions to get you to where you are today.

When you want change take the personal responsible for the changes you want to see in your life and for your success.

Just Do It . . . . Do It Now . . . . and Do It With Passion.

Take the responsible for your success . . . .  for the direction that your life takes . . . . and for the results.

Those Who Wait Get the Leftovers

Those Who Wait Get the Leftovers
“The first man gets the oyster, the second man gets
the shell.”
Andrew Carnegie 1835 - 1919, Scottish – American Entrepreneur
 and Industrialist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Those who wait get the leftovers

The leftovers go to those who are content to wait . . . . and settle for what’s left.

Know what you want to achieve with your life . . . . and create the goals to achieve them. Don’t wait for permission to achieve your goals . . . . and don’t allow people to tell you what can’t be done, Or that this is not the right time.

When you listen to those people you will be served the leftovers of life and you deserve to have the right to earn the main course.

In letting people tell you what you can and can’t achieve in your life is in essences allowing other people to control direction that your life takes. You are the master of your life and your future. Take control of your life and the direction of your success journey. It’s your life and you and control the course that you want your success journey to take.

Decide on the direction you want your life to take and follow that path with a purpose.

You have to decide if you want the oysters that life has to offer . . . . or if you will settle for the leftovers . . . . and the shells.

Those who wait get the leftovers . . . . Look at the menu of life and select the main course . . . . and go for it.

Make the Circumstances You Want

Make the Circumstances You Want
“People are always blaming their circumstances for what they
are. I don’t believe in circumstances. the people who get
along in this world are the people who get up
and look for the circumstances they want
and if they can’t find them
they make them.”
George Bernard Shaw 1856 - 1050, Irish Playwright,
Co-Founder of the London School of Economics

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Make the circumstances you want

You can either make your circumstances . . . . or allow others to make them for you.

No one can control your circumstances without your permission.

Take control of your circumstances . . . . and you take control your life and your results.

If you are not happy with your circumstances . . . . change them.

If you’re not happy with the direction of your life . . . . change the direction.

If you can’t find the circumstances you want . . . . make them.

You control your circumstances . . . . and you control your life.

Make the circumstances you want . . . . and you create the path to living your destiny.

Seeking the Solutions

Seeking the Solutions
“Courage means to keep working a relationship,
to continue seeking solutions to difficult
problems, and focus during stressful periods.”
Denis Waitley, inspirational author and speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Seeking the solutions

When you’re facing challenges and difficult problems that seem to be overwhelming . . . . have the courage remain composed.  Focusing on seeking the solutions becomes imperative to overcome the problems.

Difficult problems won’t solve themselves . . . . by themselves.

Don’t allow a problem to become overwhelming. Taking control of the problem is looking pass the problem and seeking out the best possible solution to the problem. Apply the solutions to the problem . . . . until the problem is successfully resolved.

When you stay in control of challenging situations and difficult problems you reduce your stress . . . . and stay in control of your emotions. As a result you will make far better decisions in finding the solutions.

Seeking the solutions . . . . to difficult problem takes a consistent effort . . . . and in seeking out the solutions to difficult problems.

The key to change . . . is to let go of fear.”

Roseanne Cash, singer - songwriter

As I see it. . . . . . . .

The key is to let go of fear

A person can freeze at the thoughts of acting . . . .

Rather than taking action and trying, they fall back into the safety net of their comfort zone and elect not act out of fear.

A person’s fear can trap them into inaction . . . .and paralyze a person’s forward progress.

Fear is an inter voice that hinders a persons thinking . . . . and freezes them into a downward spiral of uncertainty and a lack of confidence.

There are many things that can cause fear to creep into our life.

When fear creeps into your life you have to take control of the fear and take the steps to successfully remove the fear from your thinking.

1.     Find a positive person to mentor you . . . .and to help you to focus on moving forward one step at the time.

2.     Believe in yourself.

3.     Remove the negative influences from you life . . . .and replace them with people that will support you.

4.     Create written goals to keep you focused . . . . and a target to aim for and take the actions to achieve your goals.

6.     Commit yourself to continuous personal development.

7.     Read self-help books and listen to audios programs . . . . that will inspire to grater heights.

8.     Don’t allow the media to create a negative influence in your thinking.

9.    Change you attitude and your change your thinking and your prospective on your future.

Fear is; false evidence appearing real.

When fear comes into our life we can choose to give into the fear . . . . and the fear will take over your life. Or you can make the choice not to give into the fear . . . . and take control of the things that you can do to remove the fear from your life.

Be On Purpose With the Use of Your Time

Motivational Power Quote

Be On Purpose With the Use of Your Time
Ordinary people think merely of spending time.
Great people think of use it.”
Source unknown

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Be on purpose with the use of your time

The day is yours to do with it . . . . as you please.

You can take your 24 hours . . . . and use it with a purpose in creating value in your day and in your time. Or you can spend it as you please in ways . . . . that may or may not return any value to you or your time.

There is always freedom in what you choose to do with your time. But there is a price that you pay on how you decide to use your time. Time used with a purpose is well used . . . . and is returns to you with interest. Time poorly used is gone forever . . . . and returns no lasting value to you.

When you recognize that your time is a precious resource and you use it with a purpose. It becomes a vehicle that can be used . . . . to create success and prosperity in your life.

Use your time with a purpose and you will harness the power of your time . . . . and you will take control of your days and your life.

Be on purpose with the use of your time . . . . and you will live an on purpose life.

It’s Your Life and Your Dreams

Motivational Power Quote

It’s Your Life and Your Dreams
If you don’t design your our life plan, chances are
you’ll fall into someone else’s plan.”
Jim Rohn, Motivational Author and Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

It’s your life and your dreams

Designing a life plan comes down to two choices. You can design a plan for your life . . . . and take control of the plan and your future. Or you can give that choice away to someone else . . . . and live your life through the plan they have for you.

The choices may sound simple but in far too many cases we allow the people around us to control our lives and our choices. If you allow that to happen you lose not only control on how you live of life but . . . . you lose control of your spirit of who you where meant to be.

You have to decide how you want to live your life and you have to design a plan to meet the expectations and to live that life to its fullest.

This is not . . . . a dress rehearsal this is the real thing.

It’s your life and you have to make the choice on who you want to be and how you will live your life . . . . and then take the actions to achieve that life.

Design a life plan . . . . it’s your life and your dreams. Make it the one you where meant to live and live that life to it’s fullest capacity.

Once you have successfully resolved a difficult situation your self-confidence grows. As your confidence grows . . . . you become more productive and your confidence increases.

Take Control of Your Life to Realize Your Full Potential

Motivational Power Quote

Take Control of Your Life to Realize Your Full Potential
Only by coming to grips with difficulty can you realize
your full potential.”
Charles de Gaulle 1890 -1970, President of France

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Take control of your life to realize your full potential

To realize your full potential you have to handle the conditions that you encounter. You have to handle your success and you have to be able to handle the difficulties that you face.  Both have unique challenges and both will move you closer in achieving our goals.

When you encounter difficulties you have a choice . . . . You can choose to deny the fact that you’re experiencing a difficulties which would make the matters worst.

Or you can choose to face the difficulty head on and find the best possible solution to resolve the difficulty.

The person that effectively resolves their difficulties has a sense of control over their difficulties and will approach them and resolve them with confidence.

When you take control of your life to  realize your full potential . . . . When you come to grip with your difficulties and step forward resolve them. You also have to make the most out of your positive conditions that you encounter to turn them into positive opportunities.

Take Control of Your Life

Motivational Power Quote

Take Control of Your Life
“We can let circumstances rule us, or we can take charge
and rule our lives from within.”
Earl Nightingale 1921 - 1989, Dean of Personal Development, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Take control of your life

You take control of your life the moment you choose to.

You begin to take control of your lives the moment that you take personal reasonability for your circumstances and how you respond to them. You can’t always control the things that happen to you, but you can control how you respond to the things that happen to you.

Organize the things in your life by their order of importances and prioritize their order of importances for taking action on them. Focus on the most important things first and you will maximize the use of your time.

By focusing on what’s important you maximize the use your time, and reduce your stress levels because you’re taking action and completing the things in your life that’s most important to you.

Over time you turn your circumstances in to successful results.

You take control of our life the moment we take personal responsibility to control your circumstances and to take the actions on them by their order of importance.

If it’s to be it’s up to me.

Control Your Emotions When You’re Negotiating

Motivational Power Quote

Control Your Emotions When You’re Negotiating
“You cannot always control what goes on outside.
But you can always control what goes on inside.”
Dr. Wayne Dyer, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Control your emotions when you’re negotiating

Staying in control of your emotions when you’re negotiating is critical element of successful negotiations.

If you lose control of your emotions you lose control of the negotiating process.

Experienced negotiators will use the tactic of attempting to have you lose control of your emotions when they’re negotiating with you. If they become successful and you lose control of your emotions they take the power position and have a distinct advantage in the negotiating process.

They will challenge your personally, your ability and your position in the negotiations to disrupt you. Remain focused on the big picture not the opinion of the other person.

Focus on the issues in the negotiation not the people.

The people that can stay in control of their emotions are in the power position in the negotiations.

Control your emotions when you’re negotiating and you will increase the potential have having a successful outcome in the negotiations.

You Drive Your Business and The Results

Motivational Power Quote

You Drive Your Business and The Results
“If you don’t drive your business,
your be driven out of business.”
B.C. Forbes, founded Forbes Magazine

As I see it. . . . . . . .

You drive your business and the results
It’s doesn’t matter what your role is your company. You control your business and your results. It doesn’t matter if you are a CEO, a manager, an employee or an independent contractor. You control your efforts, your attitude and the energy put into what you’re doing.
You make the decision if you’re going to do your business with excellences or be average.

You control your tasks you take on and the results for what you do.

We will either do what’s required of us to be successful in the things we do, or we’ll skate through the day doing the minimum that we can by with.

If we don’t take control of our live and business someone else will control it for us. We control the level of our success or the extent of our failure. Take control.

We control our business and the results. Take control of your days, your activities of your future; enjoy the journey and the success.

Define the Moment

Motivational Power Quote

Define the Moment

“When a defining moment comes along,
you can do one of two things.
Define the moment,
or let the moment define you.”
Tin Cup (the movie)

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Define the moment.

A defining moment is a moment of choice, do we let the moment define us or do we take control and define the moment.

When we passively allow the moment define us we accept what that moment brings to us either positive or negative, without any control on our part.

In taking control of the moment we define ourselves and what that moment represents and how to maximize the moment in our life.

Define the moment by taking control and you control the outcome.

Don’t Let Fear Stand in Your Way

“Do what you fear most
and you control fear.”
Tom Hopkins, author and speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .
Don’t let fear stand in your way.

Fear can strike a person at any moment.

The fear can be real. Fear can be a reaction to an event, a situation or the fear can be imaged. Whatever the fear is it will have the same impact if not address and controlled.

Take control of the fear do what we fear by looking for the solutions. When we do, we begin to control fear, our life and the outcome.
Don’t surrender to your fears.

If we let fear control us we give up the ability to control our life and we lose control of our future and the outcome.

Look fear in the eye and take control of what you fear and you will control fear.
