Be willing to take a risk of making mistakes in order to succeed.

You’ll find successful people made mistakes on their success journey. But they use their mistakes as a building block experience to learn . . . . and grow. They will learn from their mistakes . . . . and they make every effort not to repeat the mistake in the future.

What becomes paramount with successful people is they won’t dwell on their mistakes. They move forward and focus on their success journey. They also take the next step of  putting their mistakes behind them.

You are far better off to be willing to risk a mistake . . . . rather than spend your lives waiting and playing it safe . . . . and spending a lifetime of doing nothing.

Decide to act . . . . don’t react

Your future is a blank canvass . . . . that only you can paint.

To paint the canvass with our future you have to have a vision for what you want your future be . . . . and how to paint in.  You will have to act on your vision to make it become what you believe it can be.

There are only two ways that the canvass of your life can be painted. You can take control of your life and act on determining your future and to start to paint your canvass as we want to see that future. Or you can decide to live a reactive life . . . . and have someone else paint the canvass of your life for you . . . . as they see your life.

The choice is simple to act and to control your future . . . . or too reactive and have someone else decide your life for you.

Create a grand vision for your life . . . . and act on your vision of what you want your life to be.

See your life as a blank canvass . . . . and use your imagination to paint your future. Remember you have the bush . . . . it’s your canvass . . . . and you have the paint. So paint your life and it can be anything that you want it to be.

Believe in the possibility for your future, because what you believe you can make come true.

Make the decision and to decide to act . . . . and not to reaction . . . . and to take control of your destiny.

Your will is a powerful your internal force . . . . that pushes you pass the hurdles in your life. It gives you the strength to pick your self up after a setback . . . . and to try and try again.

A person’s will is their inner drive to go the extra mile when . . . . they feel too exhausted to take another step.

Your will is created in your thinking and then you act out your will of what you want to be . . . . and what you want to achieve in your daily achievity. Focus your thinking and concentrate your thoughts on your objectives and priorities. Your will and determination . . . . will be the driving force to achieving a successful outcome.

Whatever you will to be . . . . you are motivated to achieve.

Stay on purpose . . . . internalize your goals. Make the commitment to yourself to make continuous and consistent progress in achieving your goals and not to become sidetracked.

The greatest challenge in communications . . . .

Are you communicating . . . . or talking?

Are you talking . . . . and not listening?

Good communication is an interactive skill where information is exchanged between the parties to create a mutual understanding among the parties.

The best communicators  . . . . are the best listener because they are listening to understand and they focus on the other person and what they are saying and their needs. An effective listener will listen 80% of the time and speak with a purpose to gather information 20% of the time.

A good listener creates rapport and will build a strong bond in their business relationships.

It’s important to understand the other person, and their expectations are in the communications. Your role is to meet or to exceed their expectations and to communicate at a level they can understand and accept.

The greatest challenge in communication . . . . is to be a great listener.
